Hotel was OK for the money, but there's a few things that let it down. Firtsly, there were no bar facilities at the pool and nowhere to get a drink - we weren't informed the pool bar would be closed. The pool on a few days was also rather dirty. The shower in the room was falling to pieces and didn't really function at all. Lastly, the staff whilst getting the bulk of issues dealt with, were clearly not happy with being there and had no enthusiasm or desire to work. For the money it's a bed and a roof, but that's it.

Bonjour, Je me permets de vous écrire concernant mon séjour à l’hôtel St. George’s Park Hotel à Malte, réservé via votre plateforme Hotels.com pour les dates du 1er au 8 mai 2025. Je souhaite exprimer mon mécontentement quant aux conditions d’hébergement, qui étaient très loin de correspondre à ce que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement classé 3 étoiles. À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que la chambre était dans un état très peu correct : Une climatisation d’appoint était installée dans la fenêtre, tandis que l’ancienne climatisation murale, totalement hors service, était recouverte de poussière ; Les murs étaient abîmés, avec de nombreux trous visibles et une peinture fortement dégradée ; Le miroir était endommagé ; Dans les couloirs, des câbles électriques étaient apparents, ce qui pose un réel souci de sécurité. Par ailleurs, la piscine était fermée pendant toute la durée du séjour, sans que nous ayons été prévenus à l’avance, alors même que cet équipement était mis en avant sur la fiche de l’hôtel au moment de la réservation. Cela représente une tromperie manifeste sur les prestations proposées. Cette expérience est inacceptable pour un hôtel classé 3 étoiles et ne reflète absolument pas les standards attendus ni les conditions décrites sur votre site. Je vous demande donc un geste commercial ou un remboursement partiel, et je reste disponible pour fournir des photos ou informations supplémentaires si nécessaire. Dans l’attente de votre retour
