Excelente o lugar, com limpeza diária e muito bem feita. Com lavanderia e espaço para passar roupas. Um rooftop incrível para passar tarde ao sol, mas a música poderia ser mais baixa e menos agitada. Para quem quer tranquilidade eu sugiro não ficar de frente para a rua que nunca dorme! mas para quem gosta de uma noite intensa é o lugar!

Brand new hotel, spacious room, nice big powerful shower and the bed was super comfy. Staff were super friendly too, even gave us a macaroon gift on our last night. There are parties on the rooftop Thurs-Sun and other nights it’s free for you to relax in with daily happy hour. Small pool but it was only ever us two in it when we popped up there, quiet time of year has its benefits. Good area, central to get around the whole island - buses are cheap and you can get anywhere within 30mins. There is a communal gym in the basement which is good. The laundry room is a good touch also although it’s pretty expensive so we didn’t use it. Overall it was a great stay, we think we got an extra good price because it was new and the time of year but it was worth a lot more so I would 100% recommend!

We had a standard room on 4th floor.basic but all you need annd clean . Only noise we had was from others coming back to there rooms but this was minimal. Rooftop pool area was really nice and a bonus. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Yes it’s a very lively area right on the corner of paceville great location to getting around.

Vita hotel is a modern hotel, just a couple of months old in a very central location in St Julians. Facilities are brand new and the room is clean and spacious. The superior double rooms have an external window so be sure to pay more if you want natural light. Staff were helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was good, lovely shower, great air con for peak season. Beds are firm but comfy. Lovely rooftop pool and views of Mercury tower. Cons: not at all soundproof - not suitable for anyone wanting peace and quiet. We did manage to sleep ok despite this - you kind of get used to the noise. You cannot drink your own water on the roof terrace - you need to pay €4.50 for a bottle. I get that this is a business but for guests for have paid hundreds of pounds to stay, I find this ridiculous. Would recommend this hotel to party people wanting to be in the middle of the island chaos!

⭐ 1-Star Review – A Night of Terror in the Vita Hotel Lift We stayed at Vita Hotel in Malta for 4 nights, and while the rooms were spotless and beds comfortable, what happened to us after 1 AM on the 13th of July was something no guest should ever experience — and no hotel should ever ignore. Six of us (4 British, 2 French) were trapped in the elevator on Level 1 for over an hour. The lift stopped suddenly, and from that moment, panic began to rise. We were left with no air, no reception, and most disturbingly, no assurance from the hotel staff. Their response was disorganised, hesitant, and completely inadequate for an emergency. We kept begging them to call the fire brigade, but were met with confusion and delay. Eventually, with a weak signal, one of us managed to call the fire department directly. The fire operator stayed on the line with us until help arrived — more helpful and reassuring than the hotel staff themselves. When the brigade got there, they still had no plan. We were the ones who had to convince them to send a ladder and help us escape through a gap between the lift doors and shaft wall. One of us is asthmatic, and after getting out, paramedics had to check us over due to the physical and emotional strain. What did we get from the hotel after this traumatic night? A lunch and late check-out. That’s it. No follow-up. No written apology. No meaningful compensation. Nothing to acknowledge the emotional distress or danger we were put through….

Very clean hotel and helpful staff, only negative was that the lift was blacking out at times and they wouldn't allow you to take water to the pool without buying it from there

L’hôtel est très bien placé au début de la rue la plus festive. Les chambres sont bien, avec climatisation, télévision, frigo et coffre. On a une vue sur le musée des illusions. Le personnel est très agréable. Il y a un bar avec une petite piscine chauffée.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family – myself, my wife, and our little one who celebrated his 4th birthday during the trip – and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. First off, the staff were fantastic. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The service overall was top-notch. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Cleanliness is a big deal for us when we travel, and this hotel exceeded expectations. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop – the food was excellent, and the rooftop pool was just perfect. We heard it will be heated in the winter, which is a great touch. We're already planning to come back and try it out again during the colder months! Location-wise, the hotel is right in the heart of the city – an ideal base for exploring the island. Yes, it’s in a lively and busy area, but that’s exactly what you’d expect from a central location. We've seen some reviews complaining about noise, and honestly, that’s just poor planning. As a frequent traveler, I always research locations ahead of time. If you’re choosing to stay in a vibrant city center, expect the energy that comes with it. Simple as that. Só tenho um comentário negativo a fazer: a limpeza dos meu quarto deixou a desejar. Fiquei um mês hospedada no hotel e eles não fizeram uma limpeza mais cuidadosa. Era a limpeza rápida do dia a dia. A troca dos lençóis deixou de ser feita várias vezes apesar do meu pedido. No final dos trinta dias meu quarta estava bem sujo. Embaixo da cama era só poeira.

Rooms were only cleaned once in 7 nights.

Room was spotless, staff very attentive. Only downside for us was the noise outside from the bars.

Arrived place was a building site workers all over nothing finished plaster all over the walls floor everywhere asked us to come back later reluctantly left cases they was covered in plaster dust told to go to room we wanted to look at not finished dust all over no curtains or covers on bed you could not breath with dust, demanded manager move us immediately which they did but had to go up north of Malta, would have thought you would have found this information in advance Not Happy , It was a health and safety issue wiring hanging out of walls and ceilings work men still doing electrics, lift was a tip inside and not safe stopping numerous times going up and down lights inside going on/ off builders inside with us we was covered with plaster could not wait to get out of there we need some answers of yourselves Regarding this booking, Awaiting your reply Mr w woods.

The property has facilities in the name of having them. The pool could easily pass for being a large bath. Sells rooms with no actual window,the windows are there but only open to their own corridor lacking fresh air

They gave us a paraplegic room even thought we requested a walk in shower and saw pictures online. When we asked for the room we booked they advised that the hotel was fully booked. Room was not up to standard. Broken walls, ceiling not complete. The shower was broken

Overall hotel fabulous for a short break. Only complaint was we upgraded to have window with natural light but no blinds or net curtains so if you opened the curtains you are looked into from room opposite. No privacy or keep curtain shut and no daylight!

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Our stay at Vita Hotel was very pleasant. Everything is within walking distance (the bus station is about 4 minutes away). The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean. One minor drawback: the rooms seem to lack true windows, and the location is quite busy, which makes it ideal for a party vacation because it can get louder at night. Overall, a solid choice for city trips or party-focused travelers who want a central base. If you’re seeking peace and quiet, you might prefer a quieter area. But in general everything was fine, Malta was wonderful and we had a really good time. We will definitely visit sometime again.

Don’t get this place if you want a calm holiday since it’s right next to Paceville and the clubs, very practical and central to visit the island

With the hotel being new we were worried that potentially it could still be receiving maintenance, this wasn’t the case as the hotel was in excellent condition. The pool whilst small is lovely. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good although it could probably do with changing every few days.

Good location, clean and stuff was ok. Very bad breakfast - low quality of the products. There was a lot of noise and music from the street
