Great modern and well equipped hotel with great spaces for chatting and socializing, lots of great dining options, late night (maybe 24 hour) cafe with hot drinks, snacks and food. Lots of great dining options across the street. Beautiful rooftop dining, bar, lounging and pool areas. Nice club as well with music and large outdoor terrace. Great hotel, great staff!

The hotel felt very luxurious and my room was lovely, with a big balcony and walk in shower. Only things I’d say could be improved were that the reception staff said they would call us when our rooms were ready before the 3pm check in time, but we were never called so had to just go back at 3pm and ask again. We never got chance to sit at the adults only pool on the top floor as it was always too busy even early on in the day, and the other pools were quite loud and child-focussed with entertainment etc so would bear that in mind. The 24 hour coffee bar was a plus though!

It was a beautiful all-inclusive! We loved our experience. Only downfalls are pools are busy, bartenders are sometimes lazy, and the all-inclusive doesn't include EVERYTHING. There are quite a few restrictions.

Highly recommend! We stayed here for the first few nights after our long trip from Australia, and it was the perfect way to settle into our European Summer. The hotel is beautiful, with a fabulous pool and gym. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever experienced. There isn’t a lot to do in the area, but enjoyed a walk along the promenade and the local eateries. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Infinitypools für Erwachsene. Leider nur Öffnungszeiten bis 18 Uhr. Trotz dass auf der Terrasse noch Sonne ist. Warum der Pool so früh schließt, bleibt offen. Schade! Außerdem kann es manchmal schwierig sein an frische Poolhandtücher zu kommen, außer um 10 Uhr morgens. Manchmal sind keine mehr da. Das Frühstück ist English Breakfast, dafür sehr gut.

Overordnet et rigtig fint hotel, men det er stadig under opbygning. Brandalarmen gik i gang flere gange (også om natten), hvilket var ret træls. Elevatorerne virkede ikke optimalt, og man var ikke altid helt tryg ved at tage dem. Maden kunne godt have været mere varieret, men overordnet var det også okay. Poolarealet på 11. etage var super lækkert.

We liked the food very much , the choice was immense and the food so tasty and fresh. We didn’t like the loud music by the pool at times it was overwhelming, we also didn’t like not being able to access the infinity pool or the quiet bar at the top as we have a 3 month old baby who could do with the quiet space and the lovely shade upstairs that wasn’t available by the pool .

Amazing hotel with lots of great amenities! Activities for kids and adults, especially liked tge adult infinity pools on the rooftop. The animation team is amazing, very entertaining! Also, the breakfast was superb, you could even have a glass of Prosecco 😄 The facilities clean, the staff is really nice! Hope to return next time with all inclusive option!

Poolside and reception staff are superb especially the staff at the slides who were brilliant and encouraging with children. Exterior and public areas are immaculate. Room floors less so. Had a few odd exchanges with catering staff and one at Luzzo restaurant was pretty offhand.

A really fantastic hotel in a good location, with numerous good restaurants within walking distance. We had a superior seaview room which was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. The hotel is situated right on the busy coast road but it was very quiet at night and didn’t cause us any disturbance. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. We requested a room change on arrival because we found it a little dark (perfectly beautiful but a little dark for our liking) and the manager, Priya, went to great lengths to ensure that we were satisfied and happy, which we were. We were most grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Breakfast was included in our booking and there was an extensive range of food and beverages to choose from. It was my birthday whilst we were there and our room was beautifully decorated with balloons, cards and towel art.....a lovely touch. All in all a very satisfactory experience. We would certainly stay there again!

Positives: Cleanliness: the hotel, the rooms and the facilities are really clean. The pool is lovely and the choice of indoor and outdoor ones make it a good variety. Kids club: Amazing people who look after your kids and they have such a variety to activities to entertain them. The kids kept wanting to go back (which made sightseeing hard!) Things the hotel needs to improve on: Food: the variety was good, however the hygiene was poor. Several times we found hair in the food. There were a lot of flies around the drinks area. One night, the chicken was very pink and the I told the staff, they did not do anything. Also if they have a big group booking then one of the restaurants gets reserved for the group which means the only other restaurant gets really so you end up sitting in the lobby to eat. They could do with staggering the big groups. Noise: There is a bar on the 10th floor - amazing views but horrible if you have kids trying to sleep before 1am. They have a lot of other properties opposite the hotel where they can have the parties Overall, the hotel is a great and nice for kids. If the management took some time to plan the food, events, it would easily be a 5 star. But right now it is somewhere between 3 and 4.

Super gutes Hotel, es gibt eine Tiefgarage fürs Auto. Die Infinitypools im 11. Stock sind der Hammer, die Aussicht ein Traum. Aber auch die Pools unten (Indoor und Outdoor) waren sehr schön angelegt. Das Essen (wir hatten Halbpension) war super. Es gab eine tolle Auswahl und sogar die Getränke (Softgetränke, Bier, Wein) waren inkludiert beim Abendessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung finden sich einige Läden und Restaurants. Nach Cerkewwa dem Hafen Richtung Comino und Gozo, kommt man von hier in rund 20 Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet.

Surprisingly this hotel is quite big. Even the opposite side where Luzzu restaurant is, is also part of the hotel. The problem is the hotel is not able to cope with large event and large group check in. Some of the rooms are still renovating. The room is cosy and small. What I don’t like is the air condition is very erratic and I wake up many times at night feeling v hot. The shower area don’t have door so inevitably will cause the floor to be very wet. The pool view at level 11 is fantastic but can be very crowded. There are a few eatery around the hotel. Bolt or Uber to Valletta is around €12-15.

Very modern, great staff and facilities with excellent food quality and variety. Rooms were clean but surprisingly old fashioned considering the recent renovations. Very seventies style. Window and door sensors control the aircon but often malfunction due to shoddy placement. Likewise the motion sensors in each room emit a strong red light at night when triggered. Can be very noisy even from floor 6 and there are no locks on the balcony doors which is a concern if you have kids.

This hotel is a perfect stay for families, great pool area and amazing restaurants. I stayed here with my 4 year old and it was great, the restaurants have soft play so you can enjoy your dinner. There isn't much around the area and the location did let it down, there also isn't a sandy beach, just rocks so not great for small children. The only thing I would say about our room as you can still hear some noise from outside. The air conditioning is also very noisy. But if your looking for hotel to chill then this is a great choice!

Great all inclusive hotel. The hotel is very close to a bus stop that can take you into Valletta or Mdina. The food was very tasty, thank you to Pradeep Rawat who catered for our food allergies and the the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Kul on front desk. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the facilities the hotel had to offer.

I have traveled my entire life and this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The most INCREDIBLE staff, particularly those working and managing the 11th floor pool, bar and Minoa restaurant. Exceptional service with great food and amenities. If I could give it 6 stars I would !!!!!

Definitely will NOT be returning to this hotel, the staff were borderline racist and rude, the rooms were substandard and unkept, the rules are completely nonsensical, they did NOT provide any of the requests we made before leaving, they put us in the wrong type of room, staff are very slow to respond to necessities, I could go on for hours of how disappointed we were with this stay, if I had not already pre-paid my stay I would’ve left and booked another hotel. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Apart from the common areas being somewhat presentable, the entire rest of the hotel feels like it’s falling apart, I felt like the lifts would give in at any moment. The food is terrible. Staff are not friendly and have to be chased after multiple times to complete simple request such as toilet paper or towels. They also find a way to charge for every little thing. All in all, a complete waste of money and time and a HUGE regret for me personally.

This hotel is a perfect stay for families, great pool area and amazing restaurants. I stayed here with my 4 year old and it was great, the restaurants have soft play so you can enjoy your dinner. There isn't much around the area and the location did let it down, there also isn't a sandy beach, just rocks so not great for small children. The only thing I would say about our room as you can still hear some noise from outside. The air conditioning is also very noisy. But if your looking for hotel to chill then this is a great choice!

We could not fault this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and met all our needs. Coffee, tea, small refrigerator, air dryer etc all provided.All staff helpful and pleasent. Facilities were good. Breakfast offerings and choice very good. Also a good location, with great veiws across St Pauls bay. Would we use this hotel again, definitely.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß und demzufolge ist es in den beiden Buffettrestaurants sehr laut. Aber das wußten wir aus den Bewertungen. Das Essen war insbesonder im Restaurant Deck von guter Qualität und auch gut präsentiert. Es wurde zügig nachgelegt. Gut fanden wir, dass die Getränke, Bier, Wein, Saft, Limo in der Halbpension includiert waren. Das Indoorschwimmbad konnte man bereits vor dem Frühstück nutzen, worüber ich persönlich sehr glücklich war. Im 11.Stock ist eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool. Leider immer sehr voll und die Liegen sehr eng gestellt. Aber der Ausblick ein Traum. Alle Ziele konnte man gut mit dem Bus erreichen. Der Busbahnhof Buggiba ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns eine Explorercard für 7 Tage für 25 Euro pro Person gekauft. Damit konnte man den ganzen Tag Bus fahren auf allen Linien und umsteigen wann und wo man wollte. Die Klimaanlae konnte man individuell einstellen. Da konnte man die Balkontür über Nacht schließen und hatte keinen Straßenlärm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben schöne 9 Tage auf der Insel verbracht.

Can’t fault our whole holiday one bit. Every department & member of staff were all extremely helpful and available for any assistance, lovely rooms and facilities and the food & drinks were fantastic. We were all inclusive and the variety of meals that was available every service was incredible, worth every penny and would recommend to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and the waiters were all polite. However the only downside was the breakfast. There was not many options and I noticed some cross contamination between the eggs and the pork which as a Muslim made me uncomfortable. Other than this, the hotel was amazing, the Junior suite was so spacious and the balcony view was beautiful. The bed was very comfy and I loved the decor with the big mirrors. I hope to be back one day. Thanks

Great modern and well equipped hotel with great spaces for chatting and socializing, lots of great dining options, late night (maybe 24 hour) cafe with hot drinks, snacks and food. Lots of great dining options across the street. Beautiful rooftop dining, bar, lounging and pool areas. Nice club as well with music and large outdoor terrace. Great hotel, great staff!

Hotel was lovely. Staff were helpful & friendly. Food in the buffet was tasty & always hot. The speciality restaurants were great especially Minoa on the roof. The pools were good & it helped that there were age restrictions for the different areas. There were always sun loungers available & wasn’t the early morning scramble. Our only complaint was the music (largely dance/house music) blared out all day & night round the middle pool & bar. Either mix it up or turn it down!

Todo lo del alojamiento genial, pero la comida y la variedad es escasa, siempre la misma. Comida con muchas especies para cenar y verdura sin cocinar casi. Otro detalle: reservar las hamacas de la piscina o tirar la toalla en algunas hamacas y luego no acudir a la piscina en horas, deberían controlarlo…

It was a beautiful all-inclusive! We loved our experience. Only downfalls are pools are busy, bartenders are sometimes lazy, and the all-inclusive doesn't include EVERYTHING. There are quite a few restrictions.

Positives: Cleanliness: the hotel, the rooms and the facilities are really clean. The pool is lovely and the choice of indoor and outdoor ones make it a good variety. Kids club: Amazing people who look after your kids and they have such a variety to activities to entertain them. The kids kept wanting to go back (which made sightseeing hard!) Things the hotel needs to improve on: Food: the variety was good, however the hygiene was poor. Several times we found hair in the food. There were a lot of flies around the drinks area. One night, the chicken was very pink and the I told the staff, they did not do anything. Also if they have a big group booking then one of the restaurants gets reserved for the group which means the only other restaurant gets really so you end up sitting in the lobby to eat. They could do with staggering the big groups. Noise: There is a bar on the 10th floor - amazing views but horrible if you have kids trying to sleep before 1am. They have a lot of other properties opposite the hotel where they can have the parties Overall, the hotel is a great and nice for kids. If the management took some time to plan the food, events, it would easily be a 5 star. But right now it is somewhere between 3 and 4.

Hotel was very good, food was delicious, Branded drinks were available in the bar as well as a good choice of cocktails. Staff were friendly, helpful and work very hard. Enjoyed visiting the Greedy Monkey gastro pub and the Italian restaurant. Evening entertainment was a musician in the bar, some nights definitely better than others. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Amazing staff, wonderfull food, clean rooms, breathtaking views, everything was perfect. The only thing we didn't like was the indoor pool was not that warm, but any thing else was splended ❤️
