Everything was spot on. Great Breakfast buffet, one of the he best. Staff were excellent, very attentive. Rooms were very modern, large and clean. Value for the money was outstanding....it was the offseason. Highly recommend. Unfortunately the infinity pool on the roof is not heated. Limited use in the winter. Very few English TV Channels and limited channels in general.

The hotel was lovely, anything you asked about was done really quickly, ie change of pillows, requesting an iron and ironing board, breakfast was really good Depak was particularly good, the only fault with the hotel was the indoor pool, it was a spa pool lovely and warm, but there was no support rail, I'm unsteady on my feet, so I couldn't use the pool, unless one of my family were with me

We would highly recommend this hotel. It was in a built up location but only a 5 mins walk to the front promenade with lots of restaurants along the side streets and front. We had a meal in the restaurant on one night, which included a varied choice of meals and our included breakfasts were excellent, from the fresh orange juice machine to the range of fresh pastries. The spa had some excellent offers on at the time and I enjoyed a relaxing head massage and reflexology session, thankyou Sheena. Our room was spotless, very spacious, with a complimentary minibar inc beer, mini bottles of wine, fruit juices, coke, lemonade & water! The bed was very comfortable and even had a pillow menu. The hotel has an amazing rooftop pool & sun terrace which would be an added bonus in the summer. The only downside of this hotel is that if you have a car, the street parking around the hotel is a nightmare, we were very lucky to get a space in the underground car park (no charge) but there is only limited number.

I asked for high floor, quiet room and that was silly on my part as restaurant on top floor and I had to call reception on more than one occasion due to noise after closing moving chairs etc cleaning. Would be the only thing that stopped us returning. Bar has good area, food and service in restaurant good.

When we checked in there was a bad smell in the room, a damp like smell. We complained at reception and someone was sent up to clean the drain in the shower. The smell was still in the room, we had to ask to be moved room, overall the experience was stressful as this should really have been offered, reception had first offered us a smaller room, which was unacceptable considering the smell was the fault of the hotel. No gestures offered following this experience which is not great considering. Staff at breakfast seemed unhappy overall. The rooftop was nice for sunbathing & the beds were comfortable.

Great hotel. Luggage storage pre-book in and use of the rooftop pool. Big plus! Clean and new. Hot shower. Comfortable bed, with big pillows. Claimed to have a custom pillow service but we were unable to get any even after 3 requests. Kettle and instant coffee in the room. Would have loved a Keurig machine but overall, a great stay. Thanks!

Best hotel we've had on Malta, good location in the centre of everthing and still very quiet and cozy. Newly built so everything is still in good conditions, good windows, good AC. The beds are cozy and comfortable, the rooms huge with plenty of space. The rooftop terrace is amazing, stunning views not only at sunset. The staff is attentive, nice and professional.

Overall experience was good. We was on the 8th floor which was executive floor with sea view. There was one big downside to this which was the dining area was directly above so we was woke up at 6:30 every morning when it was being set up. We did complain and they was very quick to move us which was good!

Stayed at the hotel for 16 nights in a jr suite and it was great had lots of room and the bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned pretty much everyday. Room service was great and the pool deck was wonderful.

Our second visit here in 4 weeks & it was much busier because, I expect, word spreads & more people want to experience this wonderful hotel. The underground car park is now fully open. Check- in was fast & easy & our room was available on arrival. The room on the 8th floor was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom equipped with plenty of towels & toiletries - bedding & pillows immaculate. The room had a small fridge that was stocked with complimentary red/white wine, beers, soft drinks & water. There was also the usual tea/coffee making facilities. The balcony opened to a dual aspect sea view and had a small table and chairs. The room was cleaned daily, towels replaced & bedding changed during the week stay. The pool bar is fully operational offering a great variety of meals, snacks, cocktails etc., all beautifully presented & offering good value. The hotel provides towels for guests, free of charge, there are plenty of sunbeds & shades. The pool area is maintained to a high standard & the guys working around the pool are attentive & friendly. We stayed half board this time & the food was always excellent and well presented with lots of variety. But what makes this hotel special are the staff. Those on the frontline who work extremely hard & are so attentive & caring. Petya & Sofi - the restaurant managers, their staff - Subina, Deepak, Sudip & Nikesh (who never stopped smiling) & Raju who seemed to be everywhere! Value them because a hotels success rests on them!

Great hotel. Luggage storage pre-book in and use of the rooftop pool. Big plus! Clean and new. Hot shower. Comfortable bed, with big pillows. Claimed to have a custom pillow service but we were unable to get any even after 3 requests. Kettle and instant coffee in the room. Would have loved a Keurig machine but overall, a great stay. We would highly recommend this hotel. It was in a built up location but only a 5 mins walk to the front promenade with lots of restaurants along the side streets and front. We had a meal in the restaurant on one night, which included a varied choice of meals and our included breakfasts were excellent, from the fresh orange juice machine to the range of fresh pastries. The spa had some excellent offers on at the time and I enjoyed a relaxing head massage and reflexology session, thankyou Sheena. Our room was spotless, very spacious, with a complimentary minibar inc beer, mini bottles of wine, fruit juices, coke, lemonade & water! The bed was very comfortable and even had a pillow menu. The hotel has an amazing rooftop pool & sun terrace which would be an added bonus in the summer. The only downside of this hotel is that if you have a car, the street parking around the hotel is a nightmare, we were very lucky to get a space in the underground car park (no charge) but there is only limited number.

Best hotel we've had on Malta, good location in the centre of everthing and still very quiet and cozy. Newly built so everything is still in good conditions, good windows, good AC. The beds are cozy and comfortable, the rooms huge with plenty of space. The rooftop terrace is amazing, stunning views not only at sunset. The staff is attentive, nice and professional.

My sister and I had a SUPERB experience in this hotel. Price? Fairly expensive but affordable ( I really hope it will remain the same in the future). Room? Amazing (super clean and complete with air conditioning, big shower, balcony, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, TV with a lot of services!, etc...). Staff? Very very kind, professional and helpful. Position? Amazing as well, the hotel is near the sea, near the bus station and stores. Breakfast? A Lot of varied food available (especially fresh fruit). We ate pretty much, I'll admit! I could add a lot of things but I HAVE to mention the beauty of the interior design and of the infinity pool where you can relax, tan, enjoy a terrific view and a good drink. I'll mention as well the confort of the lounge room and the gym (the hotel offers so much more but we didn't have time to try everything). Our stay was really really great. I couldn't wish and expect any better. I hope to live this experience all over again in this beautiful hotel.

Really loved this hotel and all of its staff. Its location is great, a short walk away from restaurants and bars and the sea but in a quiet area of town with no noise disturbance. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return! They even had pregnancy pillows available which I was pleased with!

This hotel was such am amazing and restful haven in the beautiful country of Malta! The rooms were so comfortable and spacious, and the rooftop was amazing! I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the amenities- would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in St Paul's Bay!

Generally my room was spacious. The balcony is small but the roof top terrance is available. I loved that the hotel was quiet but the bus terminal was 4 min walk and the main road was round the corner. Overall the staff were friendly, the waiters - loved them. Shout out to Sandy. Would defo stay there again

Hotel was spotless, so clean. I asked for high floor, quiet room and that was silly on my part as restaurant on top floor and I had to call reception on more than one occasion due to noise after closing moving chairs etc cleaning. Would be the only thing that stopped us returning. Bar has good area, food and service in restaurant good.

Everything was spot on. Great Breakfast buffet, one of the he best. Staff were excellent, very attentive. Rooms were very modern, large and clean. Value for the money was outstanding....it was the offseason. Highly recommend. Unfortunately the infinity pool on the roof is not heated. Limited use in the winter. Very few English TV Channels and limited channels in general.

This is a beautiful hotel with all the services you need. Large, beautifully designed rooms, amazing rooftop pool with reasonably priced pool bar and a good breakfast. We also had dinner at the restaurant which in my opinion needs some fine tuning. However, the staff were friendly and did their best to make it an enjoyable evening.

Had an excellent week's stay at this hotel. Room lovely & a good size too. Roof top swimming pool perfect. Plenty of sun beds for those who want to sit in the sun. Plus shade provided for those who may want to keep out of it. Pool wax a hood size. Nice to be in pool & lookout over the sea. Good selection of choices at breakfast, all very nice Would certainly stay here again.

Overall experience was great, just the roof pool was disappointment, not very well cleaned, very busy too and not maintained well. Otherwise all hotel services and amenities were great. We will be back.
