The building and the room were in good condition. The facilities were also in good condition. The beds were very nice The carpark was fine, but you need to pay more attention if you drive a big car. The cooking wares were in good shape. The laundry machines were very good and easy to handle. They are good models The toilet was clean with very nice water supply. The lighting for the dinning table was not bright enough, it is better to move one of the ceiling spot lights a little bit to make the dinning place brighter (of course, I didn't do it, it is a recommendation only).

Rambla was clean, staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The digital keys didn't work on my phone vut a quick call and we were let in by staff and then we organised a fob for access. Roof top garden was lovely too.

Very hard to access underground Carpark. No signs of where to Park Car when we finally got access to Enter. No signage to show where lift is Located. Once in Lift no Internet Connection to gain access to proceed to our Apartment Floor. Just as well one of the Residents of the Building got us connected to get up to the 5th floor to our Apartment.

Brand new lovely apartment and because of this, a couple of things missing - dish cloth and tea towel. Great shower and comfy beds with crisp new sheets. Check in procedure difficult, as experienced by a few guests we met, as the web key which Rambla sends you is unusable from basement carpark and lifts where WiFi isn't available. As I understand it, where WiFi isn't available you need to access room key via the Bluetooth app via the Wotif portal. It's all confusing and not explained well at all. We just ended up getting a physical key by phoning Rambla on 1300 583 151 and the staff were awesome. They have a key safe and we had a physical key within a minute. This can be used to scan you into the front door, carpark, lifts and your room. I'd definitely stay again but would get a physical key as soon as I arrived, once I'd managed to get in the building. Luckily, kind guests helped us out.

It is a well priced, beautifully designed modern property in a location convenient to travelling via train. The small downsides would be road and train noise at early morning, also signage to other areas within the building when on the ground floor eg rooftop/bin room is lacking. Relying solely on a digital key system is a bit worrisome, a back up physical key card could be convenient also.

There was a fan in the apartment that was activated every time we opened the light at the bathrooms and kept going even after we closed the lights. We tried hard to connect to the TV but it was impossible. The digital key is ok providing that your clients are really tech savvy. If not, the stay is impossible. Therefore, you alienate a big proportion of the population. I am not happy that we had to pay for parking although it was available for clients at the basement. I believe that the parking should have been complementary the same way it was complementary for people who booked directly with the property. I felt we were penalised for booking the property with you. Your communication was thorough though and very accurate so we knew what to do at all times. I could also easily contact a help desk that was answered by a real person. That was extremely helpful.

I will never ever recommend any one to stay this hotel. It is a terrible unsafe experience. Hotel manager never responded our numerous urgent text messages and calls. We stayed for four days and three nights. Digital key lock and elevator did not work for two days. It is a short four-day vacation and we spent numerous hours for resolving digital key and elevator issues. It is very stressful.

Very close to convenient transport. Apartment very clean and nicely furnished. Good variety of restaurants nearby, also close to brunswick baths. Need to set up room key remotely on your phone before arrival and (because tv not directly connected to the internet) also need own device to connect to netflix. Great location and well appointed. Couldn't get lift access to the rooftop. A very loud HVAC system would switch on and off randomly in the closet area off the bedroom. TVs need to be individually named its hard to Chromecast to the right one. Shower grate needed a clean out, the shower kept overflowing.

I would have liked more supplies in the apartment- specifically dishwashing tablets and toilet paper . The floor was dusty and outside table and chairs needed to be cleaned before I could use them. Apart from that the apartment was in a very good location. It would be useful for Rambla Solarino to offer a fob entry system to all clients. I had an issue where I could not get in with the digital entry. After I notified Rambla I was offered a fob entry key- much better.

I wasn’t expecting too much of rambla because it was so well priced, but it was such a surprise to walk in to the most beautiful apartment. It was absolutely spotless with everything you need for a short or long stay - well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, comfy couch and bed, amazing balcony. It’s in the best location for getting around, less than a minute to the train and a short walk from the tram. The proximity to the train might be a con for some, so if you’re a light sleeper it might not work. I loved having the key on my phone and not having to worry about losing a fob or a key. You just have to make sure you have a charged phone and internet and there shouldn’t be any problems.

I normally stay in the city when travelling for work but accomodation prices were at a premium so thought I’d try this out. It’s a new, tidy and stylish apartment, plenty of space and quiet despite being off Sydney Rd and so close to the train station. The electronic keyless entry is a little tricky, just leave extra time before arrival to wrap your head around it! The iron in my apartment wasn’t working and the Rambla team replaced it within hours. Close to coffee, pub and a Woolies. Lovely stay!

Even though the bed was rather too firm for my taste, it was a relaxing stay, in an area packed with cafes. Very clean with a nice bathroom. I liked the little garden on the balcony. It was surprisingly quiet for somewhere so close to the train station. Overall, very convenient to my needs, and I would stay here again.

Stayed for one night mid week. Electronic access to everything was new to us. Didn't realise there was a seperate elevator for guests vs tennants. Room was excellent. Well appointed. Easy access. Clean. Bed was hard as a rock and train noise heard from 5am till midnight. Overall good stay.

Nice apartment with plenty of room and all the appliances necessary. Only issue we found was that the main bedroom door squeaked which was very annoying. And the door cannot open wide enough for easy access / egress in the main bedroom because the bed is too long or the room is too small. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.

This is my second time staying here. I love the accommodation and the locastion suited my needs. The only issue I and my family had was that both apartments I stayed in were noisy in the sense of a fan that stays on most of the time which affected our sleep. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again despite the noise. It would be great if that could be rectified.

This was a great property and I was very comfortable for the duration of my stay. A short walk to the train station and Brunswick boasts many great cafes that are close by. (And a supermarket very close too). Only downside was the online link to get the digital access key. The staff (virtual) at Rambla were extremely helpful and I was given clear instructions on where to get a physical key/fob. (So much easier for me).

Well located and adequately furnished. Good beds and clean on arrival. Communication is appalling. Sent a couple of messages asking questions in advance of arrival and received no responses. On check in you are given a digital concierge which is next to useless. System for messaging them but again NEVER received a reply. Apartment not cleaned or replenished in three weeks apart from once when we happened to bump into the cleaners and they kindly agreed to clean and change the beds etc. kitchen very poorly equipped. Just 5 plates, 5 bowls and some cutlery. No small plates and no cooking pans at all for the oven. No knives for preparing food. When we asked about this again we were ignored.

We had a couple of issues mostly due to human error. I am very understanding about people making mistakes. My problem was with the difficulty I had in having the issues addressed as there was no one on site and no one I could communicate with between 7:00pm and 8:30am unless we considered our situation an emergency. ( I did eventually contact the emergency number at about 9am). Everyone I finally spoke to was polite and sympathetic (although not in the same Australian state as I was) but it was all a bit stressful by then.

New, modern property. Close to train, tram station. Quick, clear communication. Digital key is modern, good way to use. However sometime it’s annoyed while opening if wi-fi/data not strong enough. It could be better if the price is a little bit lower given we have to pay for transportation back and fort to downtown everyday.

The property location is excellent - close to trains and trams, shops and restaurants. The apartment was nicely furnished and equipped however the electronic security system was complicated and difficult. Also the communication with the Rambla administration was difficult and unfriendly. On the basis of the difficulties I had with the administration I would not return to this property.
