The smell of cigarette smoke in the whole building was overwhelming. We were initially given keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned. There is no elevator, so you must carry your bags up the stairs. There was what looked like blood stains down the trim around the bathroom door & a bug in the toilet. Our key cards were deactivated after our first day, so I had to have them reactivated. Was not a great experience.

This hotel is newly renovated very clean quiet and the employees are what made my stay even more overwhelming. I will stay here every time I visit Tuscaloosa AL. Thank u for a wonderful stay.

Apparently, the motel has undergone major renovations fairly recently. It is now anon-smoking facility. It was clean, bed was comfortable, had cell phone hookups, ample towels.staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plenty. Rate was reasonable.

The remodels on the property are very nice. The breakfast has a nice selection. The staff was very charming. The rooms are clean. The fitness room was small but had updated machines. Had a small issue but was addressed immediately. I would definitely stay again!

The hallways need new carpet as they always stink but rooms stay clean. Housekeeping was perfect. My only real complaint is lack of elevators here.

First of all when you first pull into the parking lot, you notice a bunch of blinds in the windows that are bent and broken. The grass isn’t cut very well and there’s nothing clean about the outside of the hotel that you’re very first impression. The lobby is drab and has no decoration of any kind. The person at checkout didn’t even look up at me when I walked in or stood at the desk. I arrived about an hour before my check in time that check-in wasn’t until three. But I asked if there was anyway I could check in early. Again, this entire time the person I checked in with never looked at me or gave me any contact at all. She was staring at the computer screen the entire time and acted like I was nuance for even being there , she rudely said no maybe in an hour but again she never even looked at me. The hotel is dirty. I’m certainly not well kept. I could see dirty linens laying in the floor in the hallway when we arrived, and they were still there this morning when we checked out along with boxes of empty pizza and other trash from different rooms

This hotel was very disappointing! We paid over $200 for this room. Being that it was so late and area was booked for Alabama game, we had to settle for it. The room itself was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable with clean fresh sheets. It appeared that the bathroom was overlooked during the cleaning process. It was filthy! The floor was unclean, blonde hair all over the mirror, black hair all in the tub, no tissue on the roll. I literally wiped urine and filth off the toilet seat with a napkin. I asked staff to either have it cleaned or to have us moved to another room. They only had 1 room left with no tv and no staff to do cleaning. So I asked for cleaning supplies to clean it myself and was given 2 towels and some spray. After cleaning I realized there weren't any wash cloths present. We called front desk only to be told there weren't any clean towels in the hotel and the towels I was given with the cleaning solution were the towels she was giving us to bath with... ugh!! Worse stay EVER! We deserve a full refund.

Upon arrival group of young men at checkout entrance sitting on benches they had drug out drinking beer, loud music , beer caps all over round. told them at ck in I was sort of leary of it and it was unprofessional on thier part.. Loud noises in halls early in morning. Upon leaving the at 9am bar open at entrance again

The lady working the front desk was great. I was in town to umpire baseball and she checked me in early. So I could shower and change before going to the school. When I went up to my room the hall way was nasty. Had trash bags in the hall and stuff all over the floor. My room was clean and the ac was cold. When I came back that night the hall way was clean but I had to get my room keys reprogrammed twice because they wouldn’t work. The bed was very comfortable.

Nowhere does it says that you need a deposit once you get there even if you paid online or a booking….. they had dog bowls around the property, suggesting that they have live in Animals on the property…. And the staff does not conversation too well and that’s management

The staff was amazing and kept my room clean. The hallways smell of cigarettes and could use some new flooring as the carpet looks gross but the inside of the room was clean! My only concern was that there were some guys sitting in the grass outside the room on the backside and it appeared they were sleeping there at night. I didn’t feel safe having a ground floor room because of this but that was only the first night I was there.
