This hotel was the cleanest crappy hotel I have ever stayed at. Friendly service but I had to ask where the functioning ice machine was, had to have the fridge swapped out and that didn't help, had to ask for a new roll of toilet paper because the room was not reset with a new roll. It was clean but that was the best part. Breakfast wasn't special but was well stocked. I'm ambivalent whether I would stay again.

Our room 114 was terrible. There was blood stains on the carpet and on the bathroom floor. It smelled like someone peed all over the carpet and when you walked on the carpet your feet stuck to the carpet. We checked out early just because we didn't want to sleep in there another night.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. I’ll preface by saying the staff was friendly and helpful. But walking into our room we were met with a horrible smell. Not sure what it was but it was very strong and musty. The chair was worn and the bed pillows look like half the size of regular pillows, very uncomfortable. Stains were on the walls like a crime scene had happened and after forensics were completed a hasty clean up was done. Woke up at 4:30 am and couldn’t wait to shower and leave due to the smell. The lobby looked clean upon check in and staff friendly. We had travelled all day and got in late or we would have left plus I had prepaid and it was nonrefundable. Overpriced for the quality.

We checked in and there was a new staff hire that was being trained. So check-in took longer than normal. The place was just OK for us. The TV was disappointing. About 60 percent of the channels were in Spanish so you are limited on channels to watch. Breakfast was fine; nothing you haven’t seen before in other hotels. The AC was old and noisy. We like to sleep with white noise but this AC unit was nocking and bumping at all times so it was hard to sleep. Cleaning staff was very nice. Overall my experience was a 4/10 overall.

The room was over 90 degrees in there when we entered, ac took 8 hours to cool to 76. Didn’t tell us that the breakfast was from 6-9, and missed getting breakfast. We got there at 9:03! Pillows were the size of a throw pillow. Staff was friendly, that was the only reason we didn’t get upset. Extremely uncomfortable stay due to hot room, and small pillows for 2 adults and 2 children

The room was really run down looking. Chips in the paint and paint that was faded. The couch looked like it was picked up from a swap meet. It was not usable. The sink didn’t drain water. For the price it was disappointing. It should have been priced sub-100. It was motel quality. Would not stay here again.

Lady who checked me in was so kind and helpful. She even saw me limping the next morning and came over to give me a few great tips on future bookings to help minimize walking distance . Also the little frig was good and cold. It's a nice place to stay.

The staff here is incredible. For some reason, they never received my reservation from Expedia. But the front desk staff went to work and eventually one of my heroes was able to manually enter my reservation. I was driving 9 nine hours to attend my 50th high school class reunion, so I was grateful to the entire front desk staff for coming to my rescue and making sure I had a place to stay when I got there! The hotel was impeccably clean, as was my room, and had easy access to the interstate. Several places to eat are within walking distance, including Logan's Roadhouse and Cracker Barrel. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but they let me know about it, and it includes both hot and cold items, so if you're a breakfast eater, they've got you covered! I was there for three nights and it was a great place to stay. Based on this experience, I'll be looking for a Comfort Inn & Suites the next time I travel!

The bathtub shower had overhead damage apparently from a room above water leak. There was very little outside or inside seating. The breakfast was very limited to sausage links and scrambled eggs everyday. Our annually travel group has marked this property off the list.
