朝晩のビュッフェはたしかに混みますが、追加の食事会場は十分に広く、メニューにも工夫が凝らされていて美味しかったです。　食事時、チェックアウトのタイミングでエレベーターが混むのは仕方ないかと。露天風呂とお風呂上がりのドリンクサービスは満足できますし、宿泊した部屋は綺麗に清掃されていたので、ほぼ不満点はありません。ちいさい子ども連れのファミリー旅行として一泊するに申し分ありませんでした。
