Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. L'établissement a une grande terrasse avec belle vue (étage où on prend le petit-déjeuner, avec baie-vitrée). Le petit-déjeuner était OK mais choix un peu limité. Personnel très serviable (meme si communication parfois un peu difficile selon la personne présente). Bonne localisation, très centrale. Nous sommes restés 1 semaine et nous sommes satisfaits.

Certamente un hotel da 10e lode per il servizio e la pulizia.Praticamente a 100 metri dalla via della movida.Colazione impeccabile sulla terrazza esterna.Dovevamo starci un giorno e invece siamo stati tre giorni ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Consigliatissimo.

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens de cet hôtel à Van et j'en suis très contente. Les chambres sont confortables et grandes et le personnel est très aimable (juste à noter qu'ils ne parlent pas trop anglais). La salle de restaurant a un balcon et une vue magnifique sur la montagne. La localisation est très centrale. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.

In my opinion, the hotel has an excellent value for price. The staff are very helpful, unfortunately they don't speak English. It was not possible to park in front of the hotel, but one of the employees navigated me to a nearby free parking space and took our luggage. Breakfast on the terrace of the hotel was very good including warm soup. The terrace offers a view of the surrounding mountains.

We had a great stay here. The staff were excellent, doing all they could to help us. Our room was very clean with good linen, and the breakfast was fantastic. It is located in an area surrounded by shops and heaps of food places. Highly recommend this hotel.

Personel kibardı iyi karşıladılar.Fakat odalar tamamen iyileşmemiş çarşaflar kirliydi.Söylediğimizde hemen değiştirdiler Banyolar askılıklar ve aparatları yoktu kendilerine söyledim yeni açtıkları ve değişimin yapılacağını söylediler.

Only thing I like was breakfast. Other than that the room was not the same with the picture, it had 4 beds and I really annoyed the change. Faucets were not working, towels were old vice versa.

Les chambres sont confortables et grandes et le personnel est très aimable (juste à noter qu'ils ne parlent pas trop anglais). La salle de restaurant a un balcon et une vue magnifique sur la montagne. La localisation est très centrale. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.

In my opinion, the hotel has an excellent value for price. The staff are very helpful, unfortunately they don't speak English. It was not possible to park in front of the hotel, but one of the employees navigated me to a nearby free parking space and took our luggage. Breakfast on the terrace of the hotel was very good including warm soup. The terrace offers a view of the surrounding mountains.

We had a great stay here. The staff were excellent, doing all they could to help us. Our room was very clean with good linen, and the breakfast was fantastic. It is located in an area surrounded by shops and heaps of food places. Highly recommend this hotel.

Certamente un hotel da 10e lode per il servizio e la pulizia.Praticamente a 100 metri dalla via della movida.Colazione impeccabile sulla terrazza esterna.Dovevamo starci un giorno e invece siamo stati tre giorni ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Consigliatissimo.
