We stay at this facility for all sports, family or whenever we need a nice place for a get away with kids. The games room is a huge bonus that keeps both our older kids and young ones entertained.

This is definitely the best hotel in St. Paul. The included breakfast is quite good and my kids love the games room (where all the games are free). We were in town on a busy weekend (Ironhorse Ultra weekend) and still the games room was empty most of the time. The pool and waterslide is also nice.

Came for the u11 tournament. It was a great time! The free breakfast was actually delicious, the hotel was nice, clean warm. The staff were very polite and patient with the copius amount of kids there for the tournament. With over 100 They couldnt seem to keep the pool towels stocked but they still did their best to accommodate with smaller towels which made me laugh, but our kids appreciated something to dry off with. Haha overall a great stay.

It is usually a good stay here every time I am in the St. Paul area. I was looking forward to using the hot tub but it was down for maintenance. Other than that it was a good experience. The lady that checked me in is so welcoming and always strikes up conversations with you.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Crystal and Cindy were so nice and welcoming. There was an omelette stations on Wed and Thurs which was great. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a game room with lots of boardgames and 2 arcade machines for free! The hot tub was nice and big. The gym was clean. Everything was great!

My stay was pleasant. But I did not have any body wash in the bathroom when I was getting ready to leave this morning. I think housekeeping should top those things off just in case to avoid this with future renters. I also noticed red stains on the duvet. Could not tell what it was, but again. House keeping should just change those items after each person who rents a room there.

I loved the Swimming pool facilities. Complimentary breakfast was good. I was surprised to find that there was no daily room cleaning service. My room was not attended to by housekeepers during my entire 4 night stay. Garbage was not removed daily. Bathroom was not cleaned daily.

It was a very clean hotel and the staff we dealt with were very friendly and hard working. The breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had. We were on the second floor and were disturbed by noisy neighbours above us. Not much sound proofing. Didn’t mind not have bed made or towels changed but would have liked the garbage emptied at least once. We stayed 4 nights.

Will never return. Cleaning staff wake everybody up at 7:30am, banging on doors and vacuuming in hall. It took me a week to recover from over 50 bites on my back and shoulders. Will never return.

I would stay here again, king bed main floor with 2nd door to outside. The bathroom is beautiful with a r large walking shower with a large seat to sit in the shower mounted into wall. Fabulous place

The rooms are getting run down unit 106 needs new mattress the bathroom door is in need of an upgrade. The hotel was maybe 1/3 capacity and they stack everyone on one end. We had to ask to be moved as the room above us was making so much noise with kids running down the halls and slamming the doors. For the $ 200 a night I would expect more. The only issue I was the bed and pillows were as hard as a “rock”, did not sleep at all. I will never stay there again nor recommend anyone else. This is too bad for the hotel cause everything else is quite nice.

Our check in went smoothly and the staff are all super friendly. Unfortunately, day 2 when we came back after a long day, we were unable to get into our room. It took 1/2 an hour to finally get our key reactivated. The clerk said there was a note on our file that we cancelled our second nights stay. Turns out they had a a trainee who cancelled our second nights stay. The doll morning they called again and asked for another payment but we’re not able to provide a receipt and only took out credit card number. Because we were in a rush to attend a funeral we had to leave. Not a very good system and I hope we don’t have more after the fact issues.

We went to St.paul for my grandsons hockey tournament. There were families from Edmonton and surrounding areas. Heres my beef. The hotel knew in advance they woukd be slammed with guests yet they only had I person checking guests in. They wouldnt allow anyone to check in early so everyone came at once. The poor women was overwhelmed but she did a fine job. The hotel is fine, breakfast was good, but again only 1 person to looking after the breakfast facilities.

The hotel experience was awesome, very clean, pool was awesome, the games room was very cool. Had some troubles with the from desk people. I came in the Friday afternoon to check in and i went to pay for my accommodation and my debit kept decline and i called my bank and solved the issues and i paid and it went through. Saturday i noticed there was another charge from the hotel of the same amount i just paid for my accommodation and i asked the hotel and they kept saying it's the banks issue but it wasn't it was the hotel charging me twice. Wasn't impress with that and at check out the front desk asked me to pay more and i already paid for my room. Sounds like they are scamming for money which isn't right. I was disappointed in that. Need honesty.

We stayed here when we came to St Paul for the Iron Horse Ultra. The location couldn't be more perfect. They keep the pool open 24 hours for the event and the breakfast opened early for us. The breakfast was amazing. 24 hour tea and coffee available too. I would stay here again and again. What a wonderful hotel to be so accomodating to it's guest.

This was a very clean and friendly property. The breakfast was good with many options. It was conveniently located close to the Iron Creek Rail Trail that we were able to access from the hotel. We did a three day side by side trip and used this as our base. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel and staff were great. Access to the hotel was easier than in past years due to construction in the area. There were additional accommodations made for those entered in the weekend Ironhorse Ultra Race. The only suggestion I have is starting the breakfast hours moved up an hour earlier so that the Solo and Leg 1 Team runners have time for breakfast before leaving. The staff was very friendly and hospitality was superb! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Tom was very upbeat and friendly. Manager cindy was also very friendly and personable. Breakfast on our last day was disappointing, no whip cream or nutella for the kids breakfasts.
