We were happy with our stay and we were allowed access to our room when we arrived at 12:30 pm. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. We slept well since it was very quiet. We found that the elevator was slow so we often used the stairs instead.

hotel rooms are dark. very less lights. Elevator is limited to only 2 persons at a time. Elevator looks dangerous as it takes almost a minute to go from main floor to 3rd floor. Breakfast is served with very limited quantities. One has to ask for refill and wait a long time to get served. Overall performance is very poor.

Only concern is not adequate parking at front of hotel that felt safe and lit enough for a female traveler. Elevator not working. Room quiet, extremely clean, easy to get to. Some wear and tear noticable to room (wallpaper), but did not impact stay in any way. AC works great! Love the fact that there was no carpet!

My aunt and I stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham Toronto West Mississauga location for one night. Unfortunately our room was not clean and we had found unknown substance and stains within the bedding. We had requested to change rooms however no alternate room was available. The staff present did however change the bedding for us. I gave this hotel a low rating as the overall experience was very poor and as a frequent hotels.com user I was disheartened that I used a free stay for this night.

The rooms were dark due to poor lighting. The bedding had blood stains. Floors weren’t cleaned properly. Their elevator is very old and felt unsafe. The hallways are not vacuumed. The breakfast was terrible and staff service was poor. I do not recommend this property. We stayed for 6 nights and will NEVER reconsider booking here again.

I stay in a lot of hotels. All over the world. This hotel is not fancy, not in a gorgeous location, nor blessed with big rooms and a pool and amenities, but it is by far the cleanest and well maintained hotel I have been in. The management takes care of its property and its staff work with pride.

The staff were all very pleasant. The room was clean. No microwave in the room, but honestly I did check rhay when booking the room. It was just an assumption by me there would be one. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was either old or cheap, not sure, but not a good night sleep.

The only negative was the bed,,it hurt both our backs. Hotels are for sleeping so hotels should buy tge best mattress money can buy. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the internet was spotty,,had to walk down to the end of tge hallway to get internet 75 percent of the time. Their free breakfast was really good, eggs,potatoes,beans, bagels,fresh fruit, great coffee,assortment of cereals no complaints. Staff was eager to help, we stayed 5 days here as we were getting medical treatment a street over. Lots of restaurants right around the hotel to suit anybodys needs.

There’s about eight USB ports in the room, but only one was working. Elevator is questionable, it makes a ton of noise when you’re in it and it stops randomly. The AC is very loud. Overall, if you just need a hotel for a quick stay for a night it’s fine but anything longer there are better options for the price

booked the hotel and made sure a tub/shower was available - shower handle did not work and tub drain did not hold water. promised to have it fixed on Saturday but it was not done and another room was not made available - was told to call back and possibly a discount would be given - not done - very disappointed

There was only 1 towel and 1 washcloth in the bathroom. No hand towel or additional sets of towels. I spoke to the front desk and was given a hard time about getting an extra towel for my partner. I was advised it would be an extra $20 for the night. Ridiculous.

The air conditioner was face level and only blew full force or nothing. When I attempted to get help at the front desk, they never answered. It was unbearable to stay there so I checked out a few hours after I checked in. When I was checking out, the front staff didn’t even inquire why I was checking out so soon after I checked in. I will be asking for a refund.

When we arrived there were no lights on in the parking lot or around property. Not helpful for parking and not safe. There were a bunch of loud folks smoking cannabis in the front - not ok and not conducive to sleeping. Worst was the breakfast - truly inedible.

Bom hotel, mas os serviços são questionaveis. Fiz uma reserva para 3 pessoas em um apartamento e so tinham dois jogos de toalhas, solicitei a reposiçao à recepção e a mesma falou que eu tinha que ir la buscar. A sala de café, muito pequena por sinal, é no mesmo ambiente a entrada e recepção do hotel, incrivel, nunca tinha visto isto antes. Voce toma café junto do recepcionista, com clientes entrando e saido, um absurdo.
