Property is clean and staff are friendly! Breakfast was okay, no fresh items though. Even the eggbites, waffle and french toast are premade and saved in fridge. Guest laundry was very useful! Parking lot was not paved and dusty. Rooms could have been a little bigger.

So nice to find a hotel with enough beds for everyone in the family! The hot tub doesn’t exist anymore which was disappointing, but there was great parking, great views, and the location was convenient.

We specifically picked this hotel because they advertised a hot tub. When we arrived they said it was permanently closed. Why advertise it then? The building seemed very run down with holes in the walls and stains everywhere. Housekeeping didn’t replenish any toiletries and didn’t make the bed. Continental breakfast was a joke. So incredibly disappointing.

Carpet is light cour in rooms and very stained/dirty. Not appealing. Bed was comfortable, just needed 1 more pillow on each bed. Breakfast was the usual free breakfast stuff but there was lots of variety. Staff were friendly.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and funny, and the Rocky River Grill restaurant was a delicious convenient dinner before bed and a good continental breakfast before we departed. Overall a great stop on our road trip.

The staff was so friendly and kind. Unfortunately, my room was extremely dirty and they didn't tidy it/give me new fowls. When I called the front desk I was able to run down and get the towels from them they gave me a $20 voucher for the restaurant as an apology. Appreciate from the slight inconvenience of having to get towels after a long day at work. The part that got me was the hair on the floor in the bathroom and the extremely stained and dirty carpet. It was beyond acceptable to spend almost $700 for two nights in a room with such a disgusting floor - I checked reviews online and it looked cleaner than it was. The location was extremely convenient and the staff was so nice i would stay here again but I'm unimpressed for the cost the cleanliness was so subpar.

We have stayed at the Kanata in Invermere many times and with the passage of time, the rooms are beginning to look a bit rough around the edges. Corners are scuffed. Paint is missing. Apart from general appearance, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Check in was quick and we were allowed in early. Breakfast was disappointing and limited in choice which seems to be the norm nowadays.

Stayed in the triple queen room. 3 adults 1 teen and a youth. Beds were comfortable. Was pleasantly suprised they actually had enough towels. They had left 6 in the room. Have stayed in a few other hotels with more space then a standard room it’s the same amount of ppl and never had more then 4 towels. Negative is they have no pool or hot tub. But there are enough hot springs in the area

Everything was excellent. Check-in was easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and ready for us. The 24x7 coffee station was well stocked, free cookies were a nice touch. The onsite restaurant had lots of options, food was great, staff was friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast was wonderful - bright room, good food choices. Check-out was a snap. And the rate was quite reasonable. A huge thank-you to the management and staff at the Kanata - our stay was very enjoyalbe!!

Arrived at 4pm for check-in. Room wasn't ready.........checked back at 4:30pm, not ready, 5:00 pm........not ready. Didn't get in until after 6 pm. Was charged for two nights, even though I had prepaid for one night in advance. Will need to get an Expedia credit for the prepaid night.

Just outside of Invermere so don’t expect to walk anywhere. Free guest laundry facilities were appreciated! Breakfast was okay- egg bites (microwaveable) were very good. Limited fruit, cold meat (cold cuts) and some sliced cheese. Fresh pancake machine, cold cereal, yogurt cups, prepackaged hard boiled eggs, oatmeal packets, juice, packaged mini muffins, bread/waffles/French toast for the toaster. Coffee and tea available 24 hours- but it’s not good. We bought some K cups in town and made coffee in the Keurig in our room. We had the King Comfort Suite and it was spacious and clean. Mini fridge (no freezer compartment) and microwave in the room. Plus a little round dining table and four chairs, and a couch. Hot tub is PERMANENTLY closed. Was very disappointed to hear that when we checked in. Definitely a decent place to stay. If we came to the area again I would go somewhere more convenient (in town) for the price.

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in recent memory. The rooms were spacious and the staff was helpful. I would book here again. It is a bit far from town, so there is some driving, depending on what activities you want to do.

I live in Yellowknife and my parents are visiting me from India. We left from YK for our drive to Vancouver and on the way stopping by all the touristy spots. Your hotel was the only one I could find with 3 separate beds withthe awesome price which included breakfast too. No complaints. We had a good meal from the on-site restaurant grill too on one of the nights. Amazing stay.
