Myway Deluxe Hotel

Hotel is prima! Grote nette kamers, iets wat mindere bedden, maar dat is in Turkije in meeste gevallen het geval. Zer is een parkeergarage/lift aanwezig waar je auto netjes wordt gestald (ik heb er niets voor hoeven te betalen). 1 minpunt, ontbijt is ERG SLECHT! En al helemaal voor Turkse begrippen! Maar goed, in de buurt genoeg locaties waar je lekker kunt ontbijten.

When we wanted to check in the reception lady told us that our room is unavailable due to construction. She suggested 2 seperate rooms. We are a family with 3 kids, so that was not an option. Unfourtunatly both ladies their English was horrible. She would write her side of the message on GoogleTranslate and show me and when I responded she wouldnt understand the tiniest bit of it. This resulted in a lot of frustration on both sides. It was an unprofessional and rude attitude. Also her message said there is no solution. After a wait, it seems they added a bed to a single room and offered us that option. However, the AC in the kids room was broken, and they "forgot" to mention that. We let them know, they never got back about it. When we complained during check out they said we chose to stay there. Long story short; the reception lady was not nice at all. The lack of basic English in such a job is really very shameful. Also parking is a nightmare, you have to go with your car in a squeezed elevator to a dungeon, basically claustrofobic. On the street little chance you'll find a parking too. Breakfast was so very poor. Very little things and tight canteen, filled with mostly nosejobs and hairline implants. Food not so tasty because of this interior. I do not recommend this place due to this experience.

Çocuğumuzla gittiğimiz için 1+1 suit oda seçtik oldukça genişti. Mini bir mutfak vardı ama bardaktan başka kap yoktu. Su ısıtıcı, bulaşık makinesi, ocak, mikrodalga fırın ve büyük buzdolabı vardı. Tekrar gelsem yine tercih ederim. Çalışanları kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Ücretsiz kapalı otoparkı mevcut.

Hotel is modern with a kind staff and a decent breakfast included. The hotel is close to the local Bazaar and also the seaside. So plenty to see and do within walking distance! My room looked clean at first glance and it was super cute! I had a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Upon closer inspection, there was quite a bit of hair around the bathroom and on the linen as well as residue on the sheets and pillows. I have no doubt that the staff would have fixed this, but decided to use my own instead and enjoy the country. Overall, no complaints. Worth the money and a nice place to stay! Random fact: I was told that the hotel was owned by a hospital nearby that does surgeries and this hotel is where the patients stay afterwards. So, if you see guests that are bandaged, this may be why.

più che un hotel è un residence di mini appartamenti con il servizio di prima colazione. La struttura non è male, anzi, appartamentini con soggiorno-cucina-camera-bagno, spaziosi e tenuti bene. Quello che non mi è piaciuto: asciugamani "vecchi" lavati evidentemente migliaia di volte; alcune luci non andavano, quindi o luce piena o buio; non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola, in 5 notti, benchè macchiate (da me); colazione un po' scarsa. cose positive: appartamento spazioso; silenzioso; posizione in città; servizio taxi velocissimo dalla reception.

Oda temiz sayılırdı, sayılırdı diyorum çünkü tuvalet ve banyo kirliydi. Hava bayağı sogumuştu ama klimalar kış moduna geçmediği için çalıştıramadık. Bayağı serin bir gece geçirdik resepsiyona sorduğumuzda da şu anda sıcak üflemez çünkü sistem değiştirilmedi dediler. Yorgan tek Tek kişilikti. İki kişiye yetmiyor istemek zorunda kaldık eskiden Rezidansmış. Bayağı bir mutfak vardı ama bir tek tabak bile yoktu. Tabağı geçtim çatal bile yoktu. Çalışanlar çözüm odaklıydı. Bütün problemlerimizi çözmeye çalıştılar hatta odamızı değiştirmek istediler temizlik yüzünden rahatsızlığımızı belirttiğimizde. Yorgan hemen tedarik edildi. Çok güler yüzlü değillerdi ama işlerini yapıyorlardı. Kahvaltıya gelince bence çeşitleri yeterliydi hepsi çok tercih ve kaliteliydi uzun 1 saat sonrası gittik içtiğimiz en güzel çay kahve oradaydı herhangi bir Diyet seçeneği yok kendiniz çözmek zorundasınız son gün çekim yapılacak diye değişik kahvaltılar çıktı sunum değişti o da gayet Normal. Genelde sessiz bir otel. Fakat kahvaltı salonu bayağı küçük otelin tamamı kahvaltısı yer bulamaz asla yarısı bile aynı anda ise bulamaz. Ter malzemeleri gerçekten kaliteli ve üst Sınıftı. O kadar iyi donanımlı bir otelin biraz daha sahiplenilmiş olmasını beklerdim.

Odanın büyüklüğü güzel ve temizliği iyiydi. Personeller hizmet sektöründe olması gerektiği gibi güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydı.

Genel olarak güzel temiz ve ailenizle kalınabilecek düzgün bir otel, ufak tefek eksikler vardı. Oda elektrik prizlerinden yatak başındakiler özellikle çalışmıyordu. Üst kat wc sifonu sabaha kadar aktı.

Ailecek keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Otel odasındansa bir daireyi otel olarak kullanmak 4 kişilik bir aile olarak çok avantajlı oldu. Oda temiz ve rahattı. Kat görevlileri çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Sadece otel çok dolu olduğundan kahvaltıda masa bulmakta zorlandık. Kahvaltı açık büfe ama çeşit azdı. Kahvaltıdaki personel ilgisizdi. Onun dışında gayet memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler...

Oda çok temizdi, personel ilgili, ancak kalan kişi sayısına göre malzeme yeterli değildi.

Oda biraz eski ve az bakımlı gibiydi. Personel çok yardımseverdi. Konum iyiydi.

Our room was excellent and modern (suite) and door of our suite had an incredible multi-point locking / deadbolt system unlike anything else. Breakfast was lovely but don’t expect the restaurant to provide an evening meal. We tried and it was awful. Location is great and everything is easy and walkable. The wifi was unique and functional with the phone system which appeared to act as a modem. But connecting was slow and speed of the wifi was not useful at all. Signal continually dropped.

Ulaşımı kolay ve yeri merkezi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Odalar geniş ve rahat. Kahvaltı aşağıda bulunan ve dışarıya da açık olan restorantta oluyor. Oda servisinden memnun kaldım yemekleri lezzetli yapıyorlar.

Room has a kitchenette with all amenities but there wasn’t any dishes , pans and or other needed to have quick food or salad so I didn’t get why they put these amenities in there , so if you seeking for a place that you could to have a quick meal here is not the place! Also I choose pay at the property payment method but they take a part of payment from my card without to telling me At the end I will get them the average points.

On arrival at my checkin i wasnt given the correct room which i had booked for 28days, but the manager Secil swiftly rectified it the following day reassuring me and my family. She handled it very professionally always with a smile on her face. The rest of the team from reception, housekeeping etc were also very friendly and welcoming. Well done to the manager Secil and her team and thankyou for everything. I will highly recommended this place a home away from home.

The facilities are very good, the room is new, clean, and spacious. Felt like a small studio, though all the cupboards were empty. We had an issue last day, staff didn’t clean our room, and when we talked to reception, someone just came to take the towels and bring new towels.

Accueil et service irréprochable.

Odanın büyüklüğü güzel ve temizliği iyiydi. Personeller hizmet sektöründe olması gerektiği gibi güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydı.

I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay, and the service from the staff was outstanding. I highly recommend it. If I'm ever in Izmir again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

Satın almadan önce yorumlara baktım ve kafamı karıştıran yorumlar oldu.. Ancak iki aile otele girdiğimizde acaba başka bir yerin yorumları mı dedik? yorumlardaki olumsuz anlatılanların hiç birisinin öyle olmadığını gördük. Karşılamadan başlayarak, otelin tüm donanımı kaliteli, temizdi. Kahvaltı olarak beklenti nedir olumsuz yazanlarda bilemiyorum ama kesinlikle bayat yada yetersiz değildi. 6 kişilik konaklamamızda hepimizin ortak fikri 5 yıldızı hakettiği oldu. Özellikle bizim gibi küçük otel odası değil de geniş konforlu ve kaliteli eşyalar ile donatılmış rezidans daire tipini tercih edenler için doğru tercih olacaktır. MyWay DEluxe otele özellikle bizi misafir eden çalışanları ile birlikte teşekkür ediyorum.İzmirde benzer lokasyonda kalmak için tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

Hotel is in very good location, and is very modern and clean with a full breakfast. It is a popular hotel for people travelling to Turkey for procedures, so lots of nose bandages and such at breakfast. Was some night construction on road at back of hotel so check with hotel on location of room. Great value for location and quality.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, and within distance of the tram, metro, Kemaralti bazaar and the Izmir Bay waterfront parks as well as the famous Izmir clock tower.

İzmirin en güzel konumlarından birindeydi. Bütün gezi rotalarına yakındı . Ayrıca otel çok konforlu ve temizdi. Bu fiyata bu hizmet çok şaşırttı . Teşekkür ederiz

Das Familienzimmer war wirklich schön und groß. Mit großer Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank und Gefriertruhe. Allerdings ist der Frühstücksbereich wirklich sehr klein und die Essensauswahl minimalistisch. Aber es gibt viele kleine Cafes, wo man auch gut und günstig frühstücken oder Essen kann. 5Minuten vom Meer entfernt. 8Min vom Gewürzbasar entfernt. 👍

Kahvaltı gerçekten çok yetersiz ve kötüydü, simitler sabahın sekizinde inmeme rağmen bayattı ki muhtemelen dünden kalanlar konmuştu çay bitmişti botokslar aynı şekilde bayattı çeşit zaten yok denecek kadar azdı

Matratzen waren weich aber man konnte trotzdem schlafen, Frühstück war nicht überzeugend, und es wurde nicht bis zum Schluss nachgefüllt, außerdem war im Vorgängerhotel noch Tee und Kaffee halbe Stunde noch weiter offen nach Frühstücksende, Rezeptionsdamen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, der neue Securitymitarbeiter ist sehr motiviert 👍, Reinigung habe ich nicht gebraucht, kann deshalb nicht viel dazu sagen
