仕事で5泊させていただきました。1階の大浴場はサウナ付き。男性用の大浴場は洗い場4つで少ないですが、部屋のTVモニターから混雑状況を確認すれば良いです。朝食会場はきれいで明るく、また料理もおいしかったです。デザートのこんにゃく餅は毎日食べました。総じて、気持ちよく出張期間をすごせました。

Nice clean upgraded hotel with clean room & bathroom. Staff was courteous. I liked the bunk beds in the room which was perfect for 4 members family. It’s has nice laundry. The room was little small but designed well. The only issue was parking there is no hotel parking but there are plenty of paid parking around. The closest are expensive I found one on 8 min walk for 1200 yen’s for 24 hr. There are plenty of restaurants and breakfast option around the hotel . I would strongly recommend for families who want to stay in single room.

This property opened up in April 2024 and it is very clean and modern. We loved our stay. We would totally stay again if in the Yokohama area. We got the room with the 2 twin beds and bunk bed. Kids loved having their own bed area.

A family trip with two teen age granddaughters was difficult to plan with Japan's limited options to reasonable prices for a group of four. This Hotel fulfilled all the needs and more. 24年4月オープンとあって非常にキレイ。サウナ付き大浴場も快適で、朝食も普通のビジネスホテルに比べると格段に美味しい。不満は部屋の設備だけ。部屋のテーブルに椅子が付属していないのと、バッグ置きが無いのが不便。テーブル近くのスツールに座るとキャリーバッグを地べたに置くことになり、キャリーバッグをスツールに置くと、ベッドに座るしかない。部屋で仕事することが想定されていない設計なのが残念。

スタッフの方の対応が本当に素晴らしかったです。ライブで利用させていただきました。チェックインまで時間があったので、ロビーで待たせてもらえるかお尋ねしたところ、準備が整っていると早めにお部屋に入れてくれました。本当に助かりました。またみなさん笑顔がとても素敵でした。お部屋もあまり狭さを感じることなく過ごせました。大浴場も気持ち良かった〜。そしてとても綺麗でした。また是非利用したいです。人気にならないようにあんまり人に教えたくないくらい満足しています。

We booked this hotel last minute after pur plans changed and I was very pleases with our choice. We had an Eco room with a bunkbed and while the room was certainly small, it was well designed and comfortable. Eco rooms are a bit cheaper because you don't get housekeeping but you can get clean towels at reception. The reception staff was always very polite and welcoming, greeting us every time we entered the hotel and helping us with a package we were expecting. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to a Metro station and with lots of shops and restaurants near by.

横浜BUNTAIでイベントがあって利用しました。すぐ隣で時間を気にせずに支度ができたのはとても嬉しい。関内駅から近いのも◎ 朝食はオシャレなビュッフェ形式、品数は少ないですが、パンやマフィンが美味しい。各階に製氷機と電子レンジ、アメニティにお茶(ティーバッグ)置き場があって、ありがたく使わせて頂きました。チェックイン前の荷物預かりも大変助かりました。とても気持ちよく宿泊できました。ありがとうございました。
