Staff was mostly friendly with exceptions. Kitchen had no working appliances. No tea pot, no kettle. Broken Keurig machine. Cards for door did not work repeatedly. Light bulbs missing. No room service except on day 6, before we left. The guest laundry closes at 8.30pm. AC in the room did not cool efficient. It was not over 26⁰ outside, and that made it bareable. We had a connecting room. Door lockable. The door made barely a difference to the noise. I will avoid staying there again.

When my husband checked in , they didn’t know we had a dog. There was a spot for me to add my dog as a guest. We we took 15 minutes to move all our stuff from our truck to the room , put our food and stuff in the fridge from our cooler. Was ready to go and eat. As we were leaving the receptionist said you have a dog? My husband said yes! I told you that. She said that we couldn’t stay in the room that we were in and we would have to move. So we had to pack up all our things, dog , food from fridge and move to another room. Just because we have a dog, doesn’t mean that we should be put in a room we’re the shower curtain has brown stains, the room smelled like chemicals, the pillow cases and sides on the sheets have stains. Our dog has traveled with us since a young puppy . Other then that we are great full that our dog child can travel with us.

Booked a pet friendly room and when we showed up they had no rooms available on the lower floor and our booking was canceled. We ended up having to find a new place to stay. The staff does not care. Do not stay here as there are much better options.

Hotel was situated within walking distance of restaurants. The room was very clean and check in and service was excellent. The only drawback was that the seal was gone on our rooms window and extensive moisture was trapped between the panes, hindering outward vision.

We ended up leaving as soon as we entered the room. Mattresses don’t have zippered covers, old mattresses, stains on sheets, including blood. Exposed and stained box spring. Staff was nice and reimbursed us.

Cleanest place to sleep for the night in Edson. They definitely keep things clean. Bleachy clean smelling towels and room. Helpful staff and very accommodating with last min requests. While I understand needing a deposit for potential damages, due to the business being run, their security deposit is outrageous. 78$ room with a 200$ deposit. I usually don’t have to pay a deposit at all booking on Expedia, so it’s kind of insulting for a Someone who will clearly not cause trouble to be treated like someone who will. Only complaint. I usually stay at the travel lodge for that reason alone. Second time at the rodeway. I was happy both times, but shop around due to the deposit. Please use better filtering of potential customers who will cause trouble or not follow rules. It is insulting for those that follow rules and treat a room like their own. Would stay again in the future and see if this policy of treat them all like criminals has been adjusted.

Found te hotel to be very clean and the staff to be pleasant and accommodating .Room we had booked was on the upper floor but the front desk staff moved us.(.. seniors...) to the main level to avoid stairs. the room was large and had a very comfortable bed.Would stay here again.

It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The air conditioner wasn’t working and we informed the desk at checkout and he said he would have changed rooms for us if we had informed them before. I’m sure they would have. The breakfast was good and the dining room well set up. We would stay there again.

The room was simply lovely and exceeded our expectations! Customer service was also exceptional, from the man at the front desk who checked us in to Angela in the breakfast room. In terms of accessibility- the room worked well for me at my level of mobility. It was very large and gave ample space for my wheelchair and the floors were non-carpeted, which is ideal for both my walker and wheelchair. There was also an inaccessible curb, so even though we had parking lot access directly to our room, it was difficult to get my wheelchair from the lot into the room using a wheelchair van. However, as an accessible room, it would be challenging for many people with physical disabilities. This room worked very well for me as my mobility level is fairly high (for a person with disabilities). But--it would be a difficult room to use for someone who completely uses a wheelchair and has higher accessibility needs as the bed is high (hard to get into), the toilet is low (hard to transfer into), the bathroom is small (a wheelchair could not enter), and the tub has no safety bars. That said, the room worked exceptionally well for me. The bed was softly comfortable and there was a minifrige and microwave which we didn't expect as it wasn't listed on the room description. We will hopefully stay here again in the future as it was a really really nice place that far exceeded the cost of the room.

This place is an absolute gem. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, the lady at the front desk very friendly, and the breakfast (sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, cereal, pastries and more) was nice. While the room is on the small side with a little rust on the door, it was more than adequate for my family of 4. We appreciated such a nice place for such a low cost price and i would highly recommend it.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The floors and carpets would have gotten a 5/5 but there are construction workers staying there (and will be continuing to stay there) that forget to bang the mud off their boots before walking in the hotel - it's no fault of the staff - they clean it up and 5 minutes later it happens again. The staff were very welcoming and ready to help with anything you needed.

We requested a handicapped accessible room. When we arrived, we were told that the rooms were booked six months in advance. We were shown the only available room and it was not suitable. The desk clerk cautioned us against booking online. We ended up at another hotel owned by the same people, with a suitable room.

Angela (front desk) and Joe (maintenance and cleaning) were both fantastic and made sure everything was good. The complimentary breakfast was really good. My only recommendation would be to have some kind of mat at the outside door so snow and/or mud aren’t tracked around the room

Booked a pet friendly room and when we showed up they had no rooms available on the lower floor and our booking was canceled. We ended up having to find a new place to stay. The staff does not care. Do not stay here as there are much better options.

Hotel was situated within walking distance of restaurants. The room was very clean and check in and service was excellent. The only drawback was that the seal was gone on our rooms window and extensive moisture was trapped between the panes, hindering outward vision.

This place is an absolute gem. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, the lady at the front desk very friendly, and the breakfast (sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, cereal, pastries and more) was nice. While the room is on the small side with a little rust on the door, it was more than adequate for my family of 4. We appreciated such a nice place for such a low cost price and i would highly recommend it.

Angela (front desk) and Joe (maintenance and cleaning) were both fantastic and made sure everything was good. The complimentary breakfast was really good. My only recommendation would be to have some kind of mat at the outside door so snow and/or mud aren’t tracked around the room

When we arrived at night this hotel onJuly 5,2026 the staff is accommodating and friendly, the ambiance of the hotel is welcoming, clean.And in the morning, the staff named angela greeted us and she is also friendly, accomodating. I forgot the name of the evening staff but they both rendered exceptional customer service.this hotel offers affordable price with yummy breakfast. They offer waffle pancake, fruits, coffee, 3 flavor of juice like apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice, and 3 types of cereals fruit loops, frosted flakes, cheerios, they also have loaf bread, bagel, cherry filling bread( forgot what I called). This hotel is affordable too we pay $126.54 2 adults 2 kids. I will definitely recommend this location of rodeway inn to our friends
