The hotel is great. The only 2 comments, parking should really not be at an extra charge. The second thing we were not told upon booking that there will be renovation of the roof across from pool area where we spent most of the day. It was noisy and hot tub was not usable on first day.

Overall a Good Stay, But Pool Needs Serious Attention We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The rooms and kitchen were clean, well maintained, and the lobby was also in great condition. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and truly focused on client experience—the service was top notch. Unfortunately, the pool was a major letdown. It was visibly dirty, with green grime that clearly indicated it hadn’t been properly cleaned. I raised the concern with the front desk and was reimbursed for the resort/pool fee, which I appreciated. However, it was disappointing not being able to use the pool on our second day due to its poor condition. The on-site restaurant, Olive Bocconcini, had a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service, though the food quality was hit or miss during our visit. Free parking was a great bonus and added to the convenience of our stay. Despite the issue with the pool, we had a good overall experience. The pool upkeep is questionable and it was sad to see that the water quality was murky and green in areas. Trays of room service were left with dirty dishes in the hallway for more than 24 hours. What a surprising experience versus the last time!

Amazing place to relax. Hot tub and pool outside very clean, warm and well maintained. Heated walkway outside to help the transition from inside to in the hot tub. Huge sauna to warm up in. Easy to park in heated unferground parking. Very impressed with cleanliness. Super comfy bed! Gorgeous views!

We went there with 2 kids from Aug 3-4 and paid around 500 dollars for one night swimming pool was terrible and water was really dirty and uncleared water I got sick stay home for 2 days and hot top was out of service really bad experience never back again

Nice rooms and comfy beds, nice renovation , the food at the restaurant is way better than the foods in the village. The waterslide pool and activities around it was closed without any prior notice. the regular pool and hot tub was open.

The only issue was the free form hot tub was being refurbished. I would have like to have known this before booking. The rest of the property was great. Clean, lots of new finishes, very nice staff. Fireplace in the room. Had a great time.

This has become one of my favourite hotels to stay at, I absolutely love it! The staff are very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The property is so well maintained and the cleanliness exceeds my expectations. The upkeep by the staff is so evident and the guest experience is wonderful. I could not recommend staying here enough.

Property was very nice. Pool was clean and perfect for a hot day. Room upon entry was clean. The next day the room cleaners came by our room asked if we wanted service. We said yes and informed them that we would be out of our room in less than 30 minutes. We left for 5-6 hours and when we returned the room hadn’t been serviced. They returned to the room when we were getting ready for dinner we said we needed time to get ready and they never returned. My daughter was playing on the carpet and when I went to sit with her I noticed a scent that was similar to dog pee. It may have been cleaned previously but the scent remained.

Everything was great, and we had a wonderful time there. However, I do wish the housekeeping service had been more thorough. There were no napkins in the room, and during housekeeping, the robe was not replaced. Additionally, the vacuuming did not meet expectations, as there were still crumbs left on the table and on the floor.

The property offers a lot of options. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with a great view of Blue Mountain and very quiet. The bathroom was not stocked properly and was missing towels and the robes that should have been there. The kitchen also could have used a good scrubbing as there were a fair amount of food marks on the cabinet doors and side of the countertops. Overall, I will go back and found it a good deal.

The Westin is very well located in the blue mountain village. Access to the village, it was very easy. The room was clean, but the quality has gone downhill, tremendously. When we arrived to our room, it smelled very musty. No air conditioning was running so that could be the problem. When we went to finally go to bed after a long day. We noticed that the sheets were torn right near the corner. It's like the sheets were way too thin and worn out. This should have easily been seen by the the person making the bed. But they obviously ignored it. I use the app to make a comment about the sheet and to ask for it, to be replaced in the morning. The next morning when we went to have a shower, the bath towels had a weird smell and were small. Not hand towel small, a little bigger. We asked the front desk to replace the sheet and replace the towels with bigger ones, which they did. When we arrived back to our room after our day out, I checked the sheets and the fitted sheet was ripped a little bit on the opposite side in a different area. Again, the sheets were very thin, and it looks like just worn out. This is not what I would have expected of a marriott hotel. I expected to be asked how my stay was during checkout, but I was not asked anything about my stay. And since I was so disappointed, amd will not stay at this hotel again. I decided not to say anything, but that I would leave a negative review. I would upload pictures, but it doesn't look like I can.

Location is perfect, 2 mins walk to the village. Suite Room has all amenities like kitchen, microwave and pans/pots etc to cook if needed. Bathroom was newly renovated and beautiful. Kitchen and living room need updating but overall great experience!

Lovely property close to all the activities and attractions. We had a nice room, balcony, small kitchen and table and chairs, fireplace, seating area. Bathroom was spacious. The hotel restaurant was nice and we enjoyed complimentary breakfast at Oliver and Bonnacini as a Marriott/Bonvoy member. Parking and Blue Mountain activities were included in the resort fee.

The room type 544 one bedroom suite was a beyond terrible layout with the tilted ceiling deciding the space offering no view unless standing in front. Last year the basic room facing the village was amazing. Don’t upgrade for a waste. The O & B restaurant has declined in food quality and service since last year. We’re disappointed and not sure to return.

The room was updated, the staff was friendly and helpful, the only drawback (and a BIG one) on this stay is the bed. It is so worn out it had a huge sag in the middle. I had to try to sleep on the very edge of the mattress so my back can get some kind of back support, but that attempt was unsuccessful whenever my husband toss and turn, and the movement inadvertently made me roll down towards the sagging middle that it was almost comical, had it not ruin my sleep when I was already exhausted, which ruined my energy level the next day with all the planned activities, plus going home with a sore back.

We booked two rooms and I had high expectations for this hotel, and the service was very warm and welcoming during check-in. I was satisfied until I went to bed. However, after having dinner at the hotel's lobby around 10pm, it took them over two hours to deliver a blanket when we asked for one at the front desk. We had to call them twice to follow up, and the last time we called, we were very angry because it was already 12:20am. The other room didn’t get the duvet whole night and we were very tired and confused about how poor the room service was at this hotel. We were very disappointed.

It's our first time at Westin Blue Mountain, everything was pleasant except for the check-in process. We booked 4 rooms and we were able to check-in early in two rooms. However, the two rooms was not ready upon the 4pm mark of regular check-in time and this cause a disruptancy with our other family members. Hotel staff apologizes and they gave us discount with our stay which is really nice. Kudos to this hotel customer service! Will definitely be back!

The Staff member who checked me in on Sunday was exceptional - I did not feel safe in the original ground floor room I was given, and she listened, understood my concerns and found me a room on the 3rd floor - I was deeply grateful - I wished I'd gotten her name. Staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient and is right by the Blue Mountain Village. It is just located just far enough from the really busy parts, but close enough to walk (around a 3 minute walk). The views are really picturesque if you have the Village view. The staff was very generous when they found out it was our honeymoon and gave us complimentary room upgrade, free cheese plate, and a bottle bubbly.

Staff don’t take calls when don’t get service , room service 40 late, restaurant 1 hour and 20 mins before a drink served. Called for 30 mins to retrieve car , never answered and had to go down to front desk and wait for car. Stayed here many times and staffing seems to be an issue currently. For this reason not receive value.

Property is in the perfect spot for both exploring the village, and getting a little bit of space from the hustle and bustle. Fully stocked kitchen was a big plus - easy to have breakfast in the room, or snacks throughout the day. Bathroom was extremely clean. Balcony's that don't face the pool area or the village don't have a great view, but otherwise the room suited all our needs. Had dinner at Oliver and Bonicini's and it was excellent. Pool was a nice temperature - great for the kids. Pool area could use a bit of updating, you can tell it's about due for a facelift, but it had lifeguards present and was a decent size with enough seating. Overall a great stay - will be returning!

It is a beautiful hotel very clean staff is amazing. The views are incredible and being right next door to village with shopping plenty of restraunts was perfect distance for a stroll. Then of course mountains at your doorstep skiing and plenty to do and see. Amazing night will definitely be returning for longer stay

The food and service at Oliver&Bonacini was excellent. The room at Westin was beautiful, clean and cozy. I enjoyed the fireplace and balcony. I have noticed an upgrade in the bathroom - beautiful modern shower. Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. I visit every year for my birthday and it has been always very pleasant experience. See you next year ! I visit every year for my birthday and it is always pleasant experience.

My fiancé and I love coming to Blue Mountain and have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It’s usually one of our favorite getaways. The location is amazing, everything around the village is convenient, walkable, and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a cozy, home-like feel. Breakfast at the restaurant was really good and the service in the morning was great. This stay wasn’t quite up to the usual standard though. The booking process has become a bit of a hassle. Even when confirming a village view through Expedia, I still had to reconfirm by text and again at check-in. Dinner service was slow with only one server handling both the bar and the floor, and it took over 45 minutes for a chicken club. Also, concierge and express service were unavailable after 9 PM. I tried calling several times but had to go downstairs myself for water and tea packets that were missing. Still, we really enjoy this place and will definitely come back. Hoping to see the great service we’ve always loved return next time.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cleaning staff was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. Matthew the bartender was great and introduced us to some new drinks. Over all everything was perfect. I down side was that I found the exercise room small.

My first time here and won't be the last time. Staff here is nice and friendly. However, the waitress I had for breakfast at O&B restaurant not friendly at all, no greeting, no smile. I asked for sugar and cream for my coffee, she just took it from my sister's side which my sister needed to ask for hers. Didn't come to ask us how we are doing at all. Other waitress seems nice, except the one we had.
