The property was close to the highway and to our concert. Our room was very clean. The parking lot had a bus taking up several spaces, so parking was limited and tight. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Really cute hotel; parking was only $10 a night, which is excellent for the Bay Area (we live in the Bay Area but were celebrating a birthday with a stay at the Hampton Inn). Friendly staff and a nice gym!

The hotel was crammed between businesses and a busy intersection. Access to the property was limited by the street layout. There was no street parking and you had to pay $10 a night for parking and the lot filled up quickly. The room was nice. My only complaint was the bed was uncomfortable. I did have to ask for additional towels, which they did provide.

If you're not familiar with the area, the roads around the hotel might appear funky. Nevertheless, we had a great experience, friendly front desk staff. Appreciate there is a filtered water station, great gym, and daily housekeeping.

I didn’t like the sliding door for the bathroom. You could use the bathroom and hang your clothes at the same time. Pretty cool concept for the room but it is not functional for family traveling and sharing the room. Breakfast was great. (They have a waffle machine.) I didn’t like that fact that there was a fee to pay for parking, and I wasn’t shown during booking online. The way to get in and out of hotel is a little inconvenient. Just one way out. I probably stay again just because it’s five minutes away from my grandma’s apartment.

There was a $10 per night parking fee that was not disclosed while booking the hotel. We asked for the two rooms to be next to each other and even when we booked the stay around 2 weeks ahead of our arrival at the end it was not possible.

The only issue was Saturday night there was no parking. Luckily I had an electric car used the charging spot. Sometimes the front desk was unmanned and had to wait to ask questions. Breakfast was great and the staff helped with special diet foods.

It is a brand new facility, so finishes and cleanliness were wonderful. However, there are some system kinks that need to be figured out. My A/C was running and felt cool to the touch the entire time, but it couldn't get the room above 76 degrees, being set at 71 and on COOL. Outside was 56, so it wasn't overwhelming the system. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the extreme until the middle of the night or I would have asked to be moved. Also my room's shower had very poor water pressure. I thought for sure it had to do with a setting, but ran through them all. I'll give it another try, but I'll wait a few months to give time for working through the tweaking needed.

This was one of the most well designed hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. Roomy, with hooks in the entry area for jackets, three hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and toiletry bags. Extremely clean and well maintained. My only complaint was that the pillows were flat as pancakes.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Concord was just so so. Initially, the closet/bathroom sliding door was stuck on the closet side. The door had jumped over the stopper and couldn't slide correctly over to the bathroom door side. The outlets near the lamps did NOT work. We had to use the outlets on the clock. The front desk people were very nice and friendly.

Welcome to find hot breakfast served with full complement of choices. Hotel room was modern and very clean. Very quiet in the room despite being on a fairly busy intersection. Free parking was a nice perk as other area hotels often charge for parking. Limited food options within walking distance, as this is primarily a commercial area.

Kept experiencing a lot of noise from the guests above me during my stay from March 20th-22nd. Called front desk during my stay and they did attempt to inform the guests of the noise complaint multiple times, but of course people aren’t courteous at all and proceeded to make even more noise once hotel staff left. I appreciated their attempts though. Aside from that it was an entirely great stay. Near freeway, food options not too far away, good continental breakfast in the morning and fitness room was amazing. Shower pressure immaculate. Will stay here again when in town. Thanks !!

Check in was quick and simple. Employees were pleasant and helpful. Parking was easy and I liked that there were carts available for use to load your bags to your room. Rooms were clean, modern, quiet with everything you need plus youtube on the tv and a microwave is a bonus. Beds were better than average compared to other places I’ve stayed. Was also able to DoorDash food to the room with no problem which was a huge bonus.

Newer hotel - room was very comfortable, shower was wonderful. The customer service was excellent. It sets in a very small area between a very busy road and the freeway, with an old building in front and behind. Not convenient to get to if you don't know the area.

The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.

Parking was available when arriving on site, which was great coming from a long drive in from Sacramento. Reception was kind, quick, and informative - made sure we knew about their amenities and its availability. Always nice as a guest! We enjoyed a complimentary hot drink available in their lobby while we got ready for our concert. Forgot to pack toothpaste, but was so delighted when I visited their reception after coming back past midnight and was greeted with friendly service and a toothpaste available for me when asked. Beds like clouds, and pillows so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Breakfast was stocked, hot, and delicious the next morning before our drive back home: oatmeal, potatoes, eggs, waffles; various options, I left with a full stomach before headed into work. Our check out was flawless and quick. A big thank you to this team for making our stay enjoyable, comfortable, and amazing.

Our stay was great. We had several family units staying here and it was great having a space downstairs where we could gather and visit. The staff was wonderful; friendly and accommodating. Very clean and updated. Enjoyed the breakfast. Centrally located so it was easy to navigate where we needed to be.

We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff was efficient, helpful and friendly, offering us some great dining locations which were conveniently located. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was also nice with a good selection of food choices. Will definitely revisit this hotel if in the area. Highly recommend!

The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars was because of the very unfortunate situation we had at check in. We had notified them that our check in would be very late ( past midnight) and they assured us that was completely fine. Upon arrival at midnight, nobody was at the front lobby. I rang the bell for assistance for 30 minutes!! After we decide to leave and find a different hotel, we were exhausted and just needed a room to sleep. I did have a 2 night reservation so did go back the next day, hotel overall was very nice.

I rang the bell for assistance for 30 minutes!! After we decide to leave and find a different hotel, we were exhausted and just needed a room to sleep. I did have a 2 night reservation so did go back the next day, hotel overall was very nice.

The staff was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. My daughter loves the waffles. The location is a little off. It's behind a gas station/liquor store and barbor shop. We were there the fourth and they were doing fireworks in the barber shop till 10:30. U have to have a key at all times to get in.

The hotel was crammed between businesses and a busy intersection. Access to the property was limited by the street layout. There was no street parking and you had to pay $10 a night for parking and the lot filled up quickly. The room was nice. My only complaint was the bed was uncomfortable. I did have to ask for additional towels, which they did provide.

My only concern was that there was homeless people and hoodlums near the entrance of the hotel. I felt a little unsafe as I was exiting my car and entering the hotel.

The property is new, very clean and convenient to the Fwy, gas stations and dining options. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff, Bri and Sonya were very welcoming. It’s a bit noisy because of proximity to the fwy.

Newer hotel - room was very comfortable, shower was wonderful. The customer service was excellent. It sets in a very small area between a very busy road and the freeway, with an old building in front and behind. Not convenient to get to if you don't know the area.

Parking was available when arriving on site, which was great coming from a long drive in from Sacramento. Reception was kind, quick, and informative - made sure we knew about their amenities and its availability. Always nice as a guest! We enjoyed a complimentary hot drink available in their lobby while we got ready for our concert. Forgot to pack toothpaste, but was so delighted when I visited their reception after coming back past midnight and was greeted with friendly service and a toothpaste available for me when asked. Beds like clouds, and pillows so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Breakfast was stocked, hot, and delicious the next morning before our drive back home: oatmeal, potatoes, eggs, waffles; various options, I left with a full stomach before headed into work. Our check out was flawless and quick. A big thank you to this team for making our stay enjoyable, comfortable, and amazing.

We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff was efficient, helpful and friendly, offering us some great dining locations which were conveniently located. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was also nice with a good selection of food choices. Will definitely revisit this hotel if in the area. Highly recommend!

I didn’t like the sliding door for the bathroom. You could use the bathroom and hang your clothes at the same time. Pretty cool concept for the room but it is not functional for family traveling and sharing the room. Breakfast was great. (They have a waffle machine.) I didn’t like that fact that there was a fee to pay for parking, and I wasn’t shown during booking online. The way to get in and out of hotel is a little inconvenient. Just one way out. I probably stay again just because it’s five minutes away from my grandma’s apartment.

Good experience checking in. The front desk clerk was personable and helpful. Breakfast choices were OK, but could use improvement (e.g., higher quality bread for toast). Also there was no English Breakfast Tea or Constant Comment Tea available in the Breakfast area, only Earl Grey and two other horrible choices.

We arrived early morning on a Saturday and were greeted by the staff. They quickly got us squared away, told us about the breakfast schedule and we went to sleep. The breakfast was more than adequate with many choices of eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, different bakery items, juices, coffee, and cereal.

The hotel is bordered by two convenient stores which seems to attract unsavory characters. We saw drug deals going down from our hotel window. The hotel has a tall black fense around the property and keeps the front door locked 24/7 which appeared to be effective at providing security.
