Le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre était propre. Les lits très confortables. J'ai apprécié les bornes de rechange pour véhicules électriques près dr l'hôtel. Nous aurions aimé avoir le menu du restaurant dans la chambre et de l'informations sur les environs. La piscine était très froide, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu nous baigner et le bain à remous était hors service.

Restaurant meals were very good and good price. Would be nice to have an elevator to 2nd floor.

The swimming pool and hot tub were excellent! But the sauna wasn't available to use. It was cold!

Nice hotel, but please be aware of no elevator if travelling with elderly. That was a bit challenging for us as my 81 year old mother had to try and navigate the stairs.

Old property, not maintained, hot tub wasn't working, pool was like ice, sauna was room temperature, old tv, limited tv networks, carpets smelled terrible.

The water was brown after checking in. It cleared up that evening but was again brown the following morning. As a result both sink and toilet were very dirty.

We were very disappointed with the noise in the Hallway. Doors slamming and people talking til midnight! The bathroom was dirty and very small. Upon checking out, no one asked how our stay was. Obviously they just wanted our money not our opinion.

The hotel feels old and in desperate need of renovation.

Cozy beds, spacious room and a delicious food ( at the restaurant). We also liked having a fridge and microwave in the room.

I have stayed here many times now and will continue to when travelling to Bathurst. Comfortable beds, clean.

There were not enough electrical outlets and no usb connections for electronic devices

This is my 2nd time staying there in as many months. I went for business. First time I had an executive queen room. It was very quiet and I liked the large room The bed was not super comfy but not awful Last night I stayed. I thought I booked the same type of room but my mistake it wasn’t. Just a regular king room. It’s was dated. It was loud with people in the halls. The bathroom was so small. Tv was broken. Will stay at this property again but will be cautious and only book executive

The hotel only had one wi-fi and the room we stayed in was so terribly far from the lobby that we had to use our data during the whole stay and some plugs you had to keep the light on to use them like what the heck

Room was great, big and spacious.

Rooms were dated. AC was loud and made a big rumble throughout the night every time it turned on. TV was below average for 2025 as well. Good spot to lay your head, just nothing too special.

Our stay was okay but we won't be returning due to the following: The parking lot is not well-maintained (big pot holes everywhere). The towels are low quality and very scratchy. The coffee machine in our room didn't work. Housekeeping is not timely (left for 8hrs after requesting service and nothing was done when we returned). We also tried the on-site restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner. We really enjoyed our breakfast however our dinner experience was very lacking. Their dinner menu has no details about the offerings and no side options are listed. We felt so badly for the waitress who was alone for the entire bar side and had to answer a plethora of basic questions due to the lack of information on the menu. The food was average quality, smaller protein portions, and my request for my food was not honored.

I recently stayed at the Atlantic [Hotel Name] in Moncton and left feeling disappointed. While the place is kept reasonably clean, it’s clear that the hotel has seen its better days. The décor, furniture, and overall setup are dated, giving the feeling of a much older property that’s being stretched to bring in every dollar it can without much reinvestment. For the price they charge — comparable to a higher-end hotel — the experience falls short. It honestly feels more like a motel than a modern, full-service hotel. The biggest surprise came at breakfast. Online, it was listed as a $47 breakfast option, so I expected at least a decent buffet. Instead, guests are limited to a single plate consisting of two scrambled eggs (no choice of style), a small portion of hash browns, three thin slices of bacon, and two pieces of toast (white or whole wheat). Definitely not worth the price or the expectation set online. To make matters worse, the evening staff were quite rude and unhelpful. There was little effort to make guests feel welcome, and when I asked for directions, the response was dismissive and curt. Overall, while the rooms are clean, the value simply isn’t there. Between the outdated amenities, limited breakfast, and poor service, I wouldn’t stay here again — especially at the price they’re asking.

The reception staff was very kind , courteous , polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and next time get the chance to eat at their restaurant!

We waited an hour for a drink at the bar and was never asked if we wanted a second one… then I ordered a second one… waited 26 minutes… canceled it and left …. Also when we were up the hotel had no water, we couldn’t shower or bush our teeth or get ready or even flush the toilet on our room…. We checked out sooner than we wanted to do to this and was offered no type of refund or even an apology for the inconvenience…

We had an issue with one of our rooms at 10 pm and staff was very accommodating and gave us a suite because that was the only room available to move us to. Prompt and courteous service!

Great budget hotel. Ideally situated by the highway. Rooms are dated and there was a musty odour; however, bed was comfortable and clean.

This hotel is situated in a great location , close to highway. The property has lots of green space with a very accommodating and friendly staff.

Nice room a Lille out of the way

It was a nice hotel...normal. close to the highway anf Tim Hortons. Safety wise well someone git his trailer stolen and there is a sign saying park at your own risk...so made me bit nervous. Would be nice if the hotel would install a camera so people would be film when something happens.other from that nice hotel. Friendly staff.

Very nice hotel. Room was beautiful, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We dinned in the restaurant which is convenient to have. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good. Excellent service from the front desk staff. Friendly cleaning crew. One disappointment the hot tub was closed. Still doesnt change anything. Our staw was still excellent.

Great room excellent restaurant

We stayed 3 nights on a family trip. The place is clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and will go out of their way to help. We really enjoyed the breakfast special at the restaurant The fact that the waitress just brought 2 coffees and a glass of water right away to our table, what we had ordered the previous two days was a great touch. We will definitely be back, next time we go visit.

Restaurant food was fantastic!

Very nice hotel I stay there for business a few times a year, one of the best things I like about is the restaurant/bar. incredible service and the food is excellent.
