Good communication with property managers. Easy check in and out. Spacious apartment with nice amenities. Mostly clean but rugs were dirty. Great location in downtown Safety Harbor. Pretty quiet too!

Three week nights at the lovely apartment, so very comfortable and ideal location. No outlet in master bath, so need extension cord for hair care, etc. Also, bright parking lot lights all night and bedroom window coverings don’t block well, but a heavy sleeper won’t notice. Overall, wonderful place.

Great location and property overall. Only thing - both bedrooms had outside lights that we weren’t able to block out so that it was difficult to sleep. Bring a mask for sleeping if you need darkness. Wish there were blackout curtains.

The property was fantastic. Clean, modern, bright and perfect. Everything you could need in a rental property. The location was amazing, situated right in the heart of Safety Harbor. We have visited safety Harbor many times from the UK and this is the best property to date - our favourite so far
