Amazing city and waterpark with unfortunately not the next experience especially as a returning customer. Services have been reduced instead of being enhanced. Free shuttle to vendome mall cancelled. Monday opening for guests at Meryal Waterpark no longer available. No use of park on checkout day even if you check in late on day of arrival. So this significantly reduces days at park if you book certain period. I wouldn’t stay here to use purely as a hotel if it didn’t include the park access. Food has also gone downhill small changes to menu on a daily basis same food generally at lunch and dinner. The special Turkish dishes they use to do weren't available as pizza machine and chef not available at the time. I wouldn’t only return if rates were low and for a few nights to make use of park. Apart from this this hotel doesn’t have much going for it.

Absolutely amazing waterpark — it’s huge, so even with plenty of visitors, the queues were never too long. The pools were lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The rooms were also beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay and a place we would happily return to!

We enjoyed our stay at Rixos, the room was a junior suite and very spacious and comfortable. We stayed here mainly for the waterpark access and the Waterpark was amazing. If you don't mind very busy breakfast and dinner with loads of noise and children running around then you should be fine. Honeslty the dining felt exhausting trying to navigate so many people. It would be helpful if they had another one or two dining options for all inclusive visitors. Overall it was a good hotel, but be prepared for the masses in peak seasons like Eid.
