The property is amazing. It exceeded my expectations. The ONLY complaint that I have was the fact that there was a wedding at the property during my stay which made certain facilities, restaurants and other areas of the hotel unavailable during my stay. It would have been nice to learn about this at check in. Traveling with kids for hours and learning, at the last minute, that the restaurants are not available for use due to a wedding was not great. Beyond that, we really enjoyed the stay.

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Doha for a week and it was such a wonderful stay. Vanessa was such a gem. She had such a great friendly personality, very welcoming, caring, attentive and easy to strike a good conversation with. The room was impeccable 10/10. Everything was immaculate and well thought of. The pools were a good size and the views were amazing especially being by the pool side at night time and seeing the city lights all lit up.

Hotel novo, limpeza boa. Chamou atenção a excelente estrutura de academia. Impressionante. Piscina interna grande. Atendimento excelente. Achei ruim excesso de equipamento nos quartos com luzes q atrapalham o sono para quem não tem esse costume. O Ramadan atrapalhou de desfrutar tudo que oferece o hotel. Não recomendo vir nessa época.

Stayed at Fairmont and next to us was Raffles. Fairmonts windows were mostly dirty and looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a while whereas Raffles (next tower) looked like they'd been regularly cleaned. Lady at check-in was quite standard with the check-in process and you'd like to think if you arrive early by approx 75 mins before check in time, they'd let you enter your room like other hotels have allowed us in the past but this lady did not offer but said she'd charge over a £100 extra to do that, kindly devlined and just waited instead. Orher staff were friendly. Complakned about the stained windows bug no offer to change to a different room. Was open to pay extra for a room upgrade but the same lady didn't seen interested and just said the balcony sea view isn't accessible and if it did I'd have to sign some disclaimer to do so. Never had I experienced this at other many hotels I have stayed at. Then the pillows in the room were stained! Thats the negatives. The food was awesome at breakfast, lifts were quick and entry staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, I'd give 2/5 stars for the experience.

LOVED the experience. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The view was beautiful. The facilities were pristine. Everything was wonderful except.., The windows were filthy and that ruined the view.. The air conditioning is simply not adequate to cool the room. The room was 77 when I checked in at 2 PM. It was still 74 when I checked out at 5 AM. The air conditioning simply could not cool the room down. The bathroom actually felt like it was blowing warm air. I visited during the beginning of April. It wasn’t a super hot day… I can’t imagine how problematic this would be on a hot summer day..

The Fairmont Doha is obviously a gorgeous hotel, and it is just as impressive inside as it is out. The lobby and rooms were beautiful and spotless. The morning breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. But I have to single out the professionalism and quality of their staff in particular. Hotel greeter Solomon was both friendly and helpful. The concierge staff had excellent pointers for our time in Doha, beyond the "standard" information; Conri was particularly noteworthy. My wife and I were there on our honeymoon, and the entire hotel went above and beyond to make us feel special. Can't wait to stay there again.

Flott hotell med utrolig arkitektur. Vi fikk dessverre et rom der det luktet kattepiss i dusjen og på toalettet på badet. Klaget hver dag, men de klarte ikke å få vekk lukta eller tilbød oss å bytte rom. Når man har betalt for et dyrt superior rom bør man kunne forvente bedre service.

It wasn't as I expected. Cleanliness & rooms are not well maintained. Staff told us because it's not busy season they didn't pay attention to the rooms. We were transferred 2x. For flooded shower & also we were not put to a room for what we reserved for.

It’s very confusing getting around the amenities. The shower was flooding the bathroom. And the sounds system wasn’t connecting. Also there were no tv apps available or a easy tv connection to the computer. I mean it’s a great hotel but with so many upgrades those little details was crucial.

Fairmont Hotel Doha is the definition of pure luxury. Fantastic experience and will certainly be coming back. Friendly and attentive staff and rooms are extremely spacious. We opted to upgrade our room at our expense and it was certainly worth it. thanks to all the staff and especially Ayman at the reception who made this a memorable stay.

Overall, great property and fantastic amenities. But, Service was poor. For a 5 star property like Fairmont, you would expect prompt service. But, it was hard to get hold of the concierge and room service was very delayed for any basic request.

The hotel is very old and worn out, and there is no comfort at all. The air conditioner is very noisy but does not cool properly. The service is extremely bad with a lot of delays — we requested items and no one delivered them until the next day. I was staying at this hotel for relaxation, but I was not comfortable at all. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience.

This property was gorgeous the room and property is just as described. But I must say the staff was not very friendly except for the amazing staff at cava…… This was my second time visiting Qatar and there is a huge difference between the staff/ service at the Mondrian and the Fairmont…. And I must say although the Fairmont was beautiful I will not be back. Having great/ friendly staff is everything and this hotel lacked that!

Nous avons pris l’option Fairmont Gold et cela n’en valait absolument pas la peine. Aucune attention particulière - Même l’accueil était basic ! - Nous avons dû aller régulièrement à la pêche aux informations, parfois contradictoires pour savoir iu se trouvait le lounge, comment fonctionne l’ascenseur. Aucun accompagnement cela n’est pas digne d’un hotel de cette catégorie Par contre, ils ont étaient géniaux pour la surprise pour notre anniversaire de mariage (up grade, fleurs, gateaux) Dans notre chambre nous avions 1 petite tasse et une grande tasse pour le café seulement, 1 verre, 1 peignoir de bain !!! Nous avons demandé le complément a notre depart au 4eme jour nous ne l’avions toujours pas. Mention spéciale pour les « valet » nous avions un soucis avec un chauffeur uber, un valet nous dépanne de quelques QAR en espèces spontanément ! Cela aurait été parfait avec un meilleur service client

Nice hotel with everything .. my feedback better or several restaurant The indian one has only fix menu .. the South American had only buffé intill 9/1 and the Asian one was just “OK” and pool menu the burger could be more testay. Breakfast very simple.
