Very clean hotel and baby friendly - free cot was provided on arrival and staff were very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Buffet breakfast was delicious and a good variety. Hotel pool was also really nice and relaxing - we would go around 11am and it would be completely empty (which was nice actually). Checkout was easy too, just have to wait while they check the room in case we forgot anything. Only thing I wish they would improve on is their contact - I tried to contact them before we went to Qatar through online messaging service and they wouldn’t reply to my message, they would just reply details on discounts and offers. Other than that the hotel itself is great and I would definitely go again whenever I visit Doha.

My family and I stayed for one night, with breakfast and dinner included. The jacuzzi in the men's room was being fixed, and the swimming pool water was chilly. I hope they warm up the pool. Also, I wish there were more food choices for kids and a play area for them.

Comfortable hotel close to a very affordable dentist, restaurant and grocery store, all of which we needed. But the jacuzzi jets were not working except for one and it wasn’t all that strong. I wasn’t the only one there so this was very inconvenient to have only one jet working.

On a weekend trip. Hotel is in good location next to mall and several shops. Excellent service with highly professional staff. In house dining on the roof top, swimming pool & gym in excellent conditions. Will stay again next trip. Highly recommended

I used to live in this hotel for years and things were fine until the last two times the experience was bad, as the room emanated a bad smell from the bathroom all the time. The other problem that I faced was due to the lack of respect of one of the employees in the security department, as he spoke to me with a lack of respect and started shouting without saying anything. To care about the presence of others or even listen to me. Unfortunately, no action was taken by the hotel management other than a word of sorry.

My stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, as we found a bed in one room covered with blood stains on the sheets, while the other room had footprints on the sheets. This is completely unacceptable

Hotel lobby noisy, staff and management don’t care at all, very disturbing at night late , screaming kids and no one care, food breakfast very mediocre, checkout operator don’t speak English well didn’t send doorman for the bags had to get them myself, room cleanliness not that good even though I tipped daily.

As soon as I walked into the room I loved how fresh and clean it looked. I stayed for a total of 7 nights. The first morning I did not realise I need to leave the sign out for the room to be tidied. I went to reception at 4pm and asked if I could get water bottles and coffee top ups. It was immediately actioned and my cleaning attendant Murtaza completed my requests. The next day Murtaza cleaned my room early morning upon my request and I finished the water bottles by 5pm (its so hot and humid in Doha at the moment). I noticed him cleaning a nearby room and asked I could have more water and coffee. He happily said ‘sure’ and let me take how many I liked. (I only need 4 bottles to keep me going till the following day) . Everyone is so attentive at this hotel and always happy to help. The dinner is lovely and I really wanted to compliment the chef but they told me he is downstairs. I hope he was told how much I enjoyed his biryani. The hotel is a 6 minute walk from Joaan Metro Gold line Station which was perfect. I took the metro everywhere I went. One single journey costs 2 QR and capped at 6 QR.

We stayed in the executive suite, which was spacious and very clean. Check in was straightforward apart from being told that my children would need extra beds at an extra cost which was not advertised when making the booking on Expedia. Considering the booking was for 2 adults and 2 children I would assume the room would have enough beds to sleep 4 people. Obaid who checked us in was very accommodating and understanding despite this. Breakfast and dinner was included in our stay. I felt the service was slow and not of 5 star standard. The dinner menu was also very repetitive and not a lot of variety especially with the desserts. Staff was however very pleasant and welcoming. Overall not a bad experience, but definitely room for improvement.

Worst door locking system ever for a hotel if this class. Complaint every day of the trip and got the engineer sent out on last day. Kids room door did not lock for days, lobby phone non functional, kids and wife waiting outside room in the cold after swimming to find door keys not working again. Emailed complaint which got the manager to come out to say I will send you a fruit platter for your kids as compensation for your continuous 6 day inconvenience. Reception staff was the most incompetent, unprofessional, biased staff I have ever experienced.

Brilliant hotel. Very clean and friendly staff with a great breakfast. Only slight criticism is the staff at the front of hotel sometimes would just watch as I struggled to open the door aswell as trying to get a pram through. Sagarika on reception was very helpful. I emailed when I booked that it is my husbands 40th the week we check and we are on holiday to celebrate. The guy that checked us in refused to send a little cake to the room as we arrived at the hotel a just after his birthday which I was slightly annoyed about. All in all a wonderful hotel but staff that receive you need to be just that bit more attentive

Great property with even greater staff. Stayed here with my family, including 2 little kids, for a week and we had a great time. A big thank you to Obaidur, Christoraj, John and all the wonderful staff for taking care of us from start to finish.

The hotel itself is well appointed; the restaurant was poor. It is hard to understand how any self-respecting chef could deliver such appalling food. Even when I arrived within 20 minutes of the start time of the 4-hour window for breakfast or dinner buffet, the food was dry and barely above room temperature. On the third morning (I had prepaid breakfast), I discovered that there was a person making omelets for those who knew to ask - this was not advertised so I do not know how people found out apart from accidental observation. In short, do not get your food here - it is close enough to the metro for you to go one station to Al Sadd where there is a street with many acceptable restaurants.
