We couldn’t fault our stay! The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Breakfast was brilliant — lots of choice with fresh fruit, good coffee, and eggs cooked to order. Everything was always fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were a real highlight — always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The reception team were great, and the bell boys went out of their way with taxis and local tips. Special mentions to all of the bell boys, Lakshan at the pool and Edward & Meme in The Kitchen. The pool area was spotless and well maintained, with attentive lifeguards. We had lunch at the pool bar one day — the food was delicious and great value for money. Dinner at The Kitchen was another highlight. The buffet offered plenty of choice — fresh salads, local dishes, and tempting desserts — and the set menu we tried twice was just as impressive. Our room was spotless every day, and even on a high floor we never had to wait long thanks to the super-fast lifts. Special mentions to Lakshan, who greeted us so warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. Every member of staff made our stay feel special. Overall, the food, facilities, and service all exceeded our expectations. The location is also great, we loved our visit to Doha! We’d definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

Buffett options were absolutely limited. Food is definitely not all that. Smallish area around the pool. The outdoor pool was not heated although staff promised it was heated- that was no good. Beach area is close by and ok although small. Rooms - we had the 2 bed executive suite- good size and no issues with room. Staff were courteous. I would not come here again though. I stayed at Ritz Carlton previously and that trumps Hilton Pearl in every way possible.

Bereits zum 2. mal dort gewesen. Personal ist sehr nett, die Zimmer recht groß, etwas hellhörig, aber sehr sauber. Schöner Pool auf dem Parkdeck und ein kleiner Strandabschnitt der zum relaxen gut ausreicht. Man darf sich aber nichts Großes vorstellen und somit für "nur" Strandgänger und Familien eher nicht geeignet. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert und ich würde es auch wieder buchen. Man braucht aber wie in Katar oft üblich ein Uber um an die nächste Metrosation zu kommen, denn diese ist nicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Aber das ist kein Problem.Mittlerweile ist auch die Bar mit alkoholischen Getränken geöffnet. Er aslo auf sein Bier nicht verzichten kann, wird auch hier gut bedient.

Expedia n’a pas mentionné que la piscine était en maintenance et donc VIDE ! Nous avons une formule demi pension, cependant ATTENTION pas de buffet a volonté de disponible pour le diner. Uniquement un choix entre - 5 entrée / Plats / desserts. 1 restaurant sur 2 fermé. Spa non disponible également. Une catastrophe. Incroyable. Contacter EXPEDIA pendant de 2h, aucune compréhension alors que avons un compte Gold avec beaucoup de réservation a notre actif ! Nous avons obtenu, avec beaucoup de difficultés, un bon de 250€ (encore a recevoir donc nous ne confirmons pas encore) Très meskin pour un aussi grand site de voyage et surtout pour un voyage a quasi 6000€ pour quelques jours. Faites donc attention et ne vous attendez pas a une compréhension d’EXPEDIA. Désolé d’avance, mais cela est la vérité.

Beautiful location and incredible facilities within hotel room. Some building works are going on in an area of land near the hotel but this did not cause any issues as hotel is quiet, clean and had great views and dining options. Free parking a bonus too!

The staff were incredible. Made the stay. Willing to go above and beyond and always available. The room was perfect for what we needed and easy access, plus a lovely pool and beach area. Highly recommend. Also good location!

Mr. Salah Eddine at reception checked us in very fast, in no time and earlier than 3pm, Mr Salah is a genuine professional, welcoming and very helpful. Actually all other staff at valet, cleaners, room service, lifeguards, at the kitchen restaurant were very nice, very helpful, very welcoming with a great smile. The room that I reserved was Delux superior, with a very nice balcony where you can enjoy the lights at night, the view of the gardens and fountains below. The half board reservation was a good value for a good dinner and awesome delicious hot buffet breakfast with plenty of options to suit all taste buds; Chinese, Asian, middle eastern and classical American. Free WiFi, free parking, and free access to beach and pool all were inclusive. If you want to go out for walk at the pearl or to even lagoona shopping mall will be very easy especially at winter. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. It was really a hidden gem and the best part of it is the staff and reception, thank you very much Mr. Salah Eddine.

Room was not vacuumed once during my 5 night stay. Luggage didn’t make it to my room until I had to go down to reception to insist on having it. Upon checkout I had to personally take my four bags down the lift after waiting 30 min for the concierge to pick them up but to no avail. On the positive side the staff were pleasant and friendly.

I booked this hotel thinking we were in the pearl but it was actually quite remote and needed to take a taxi to the central pearl. The porters (especially Muhammad) were extremely helpful and friendly but unfortunately the lobby staff/front desk weren’t able to provide much assistance for anything due to lack of knowledge which was really disappointing (and slightly concerning to be honest!). Local construction was too noisy early morning and could feel a lot of vibrations from the construction work which was inconvenient. Breakfast options were good and tasty. Experience was average but not great enough to consider returning

I have chosen this hotel for the location that is excellent, in a walkable place near to the Pearl. The views are stunning. The bed is very confortable. The isolation between the rooms is good. I was also lucky to be upgraded and was very pleased with my room on a higher level. However, when all taken together, my feelings are mixed. The hotel is fairly new but already worn out, the cleaning is so so and there are few amenities in the bathroom, for example no close to the bathtube. Not a five star selection. The room is chilly even with the air condition off. The breakfast is quite chaotic, one needs to plan enough time to order the food and receive the food. Given the high price of the room I am not sure if it is worth it. On the other hand, the experience at the hotel spa was fantastic - highly recommended.

We had the best room, we had a great view and 2 bedrooms with living room and kitchen. We had an amazing experience and the staff and amenities was fantastic. Loved the food; we had half board and was able to get room service when we couldn't go down to eat. Staff so friendly and the hotel was very clean.

Everything was perfect! The room was very spacious, people were great, room service and spa were excellent. Great location. So easy to take walks around The Pearl. Only thing I wish was that the tv didnt have netflix etc and i couldnt connect my phone or ipad. But maybe it was just me.

The room was amazing with a balcony that offered breathtaking views. We also had a kitchenette which came in handy. The pool area Was awesome. The only let down was the food, especially dinner. The service exceptional, the view to die for. The pool awesome. The beach was the cherry on top. What wrecked it all ? Sadly, you can hear your neighbours as if they were with you in the room. The owners need to shut the place down for a couple of months and install safe and sound Roxul insulation on the separation walls plus reduce the size of the adjoining unit doors as I’m pretty sure that’s where all the sound is leaking through.

I had reserved a night at this hotel to complete an important online meeting and had clearly asked the staff to provide me with the best location for wifi access with highest speed. Upon check-in I was ensured by the staff that their internet is reliable and able to accommodate my needs. Room was not vacuumed once during my 5 night stay. Luggage didn’t make it to my room until I had to go down to reception to insist on having it. Upon checkout I had to personally take my four bags down the lift after waiting 30 min for the concierge to pick them up but to no avail. On the positive side the staff were pleasant and friendly.

The staff here go above and beyond for requests and are so helpful. The hotel is clean, safe and has excellent facilities. The rooms have such great views and security and valet are excellent. We stayed at the Pearl Hilton Doha for a week. This is a wonderful hotel with helpful and friendly staff who will do their best to meet all your needs. Rehan, who checked us in, was nice enough to improve our room. We encountered a magnificent view from the balcony. Yasmin was in the kitchen, making sure we had everything we needed for breakfast and taking care of our dietary requirements. The chef went out of his way to make sure he prepared us a special breakfast every day. We are very grateful to Yasmin and the chef. I also want to thank James for helping me find our forgotten luggage. He made sure everything was ok. Sunday was ever smiling and very kind to always open the car door. All hotel staff are very friendly. I would happily stay here again. I highly recommend Hilton Doha Pearl. Thank you so much for making our stay so special.

Mr. Salah Eddine at reception checked us in very fast, in no time and earlier than 3pm, Mr Salah is a genuine professional, welcoming and very helpful. Actually all other staff at valet, cleaners, room service, lifeguards, at the kitchen restaurant were very nice, very helpful, very welcoming with a great smile. The room that I reserved was Delux superior, with a very nice balcony where you can enjoy the lights at night, the view of the gardens and fountains below. The half board reservation was a good value for a good dinner and awesome delicious hot buffet breakfast with plenty of options to suit all taste buds; Chinese, Asian, middle eastern and classical American. Free WiFi, free parking, and free access to beach and pool all were inclusive. If you want to go out for walk at the pearl or to even lagoona shopping mall will be very easy especially at winter. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. It was really a hidden gem and the best part of it is the staff and reception, thank you very much Mr. Salah Eddine.

I booked this hotel thinking we were in the pearl but it was actually quite remote and needed to take a taxi to the central pearl. The porters (especially Muhammad) were extremely helpful and friendly but unfortunately the lobby staff/front desk weren’t able to provide much assistance for anything due to lack of knowledge which was really disappointing (and slightly concerning to be honest!). Local construction was too noisy early morning and could feel a lot of vibrations from the construction work which was inconvenient. Breakfast options were good and tasty. Experience was average but not great enough to consider returning

Bereits zum 2. mal dort gewesen. Personal ist sehr nett, die Zimmer recht groß, etwas hellhörig, aber sehr sauber. Schöner Pool auf dem Parkdeck und ein kleiner Strandabschnitt der zum relaxen gut ausreicht. Man darf sich aber nichts Großes vorstellen und somit für "nur" Strandgänger und Familien eher nicht geeignet. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert und ich würde es auch wieder buchen. Man braucht aber wie in Katar oft üblich ein Uber um an die nächste Metrosation zu kommen, denn diese ist nicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Aber das ist kein Problem.Mittlerweile ist auch die Bar mit alkoholischen Getränken geöffnet. Er aslo auf sein Bier nicht verzichten kann, wird auch hier gut bedient.

We couldn’t fault our stay! The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Breakfast was brilliant — lots of choice with fresh fruit, good coffee, and eggs cooked to order. Everything was always fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were a real highlight — always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The reception team were great, and the bell boys went out of their way with taxis and local tips. Special mentions to all of the bell boys, Lakshan at the pool and Edward & Meme in The Kitchen. The pool area was spotless and well maintained, with attentive lifeguards. We had lunch at the pool bar one day — the food was delicious and great value for money. Dinner at The Kitchen was another highlight. The buffet offered plenty of choice — fresh salads, local dishes, and tempting desserts — and the set menu we tried twice was just as impressive. Our room was spotless every day, and even on a high floor we never had to wait long thanks to the super-fast lifts. Special mentions to Lakshan, who greeted us so warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. Every member of staff made our stay feel special. The room was amazing with a balcony that offered breathtaking views. We also had a kitchenette which came in handy. The pool area Was awesome. The only let down was the food, especially dinner. Even though there were plenty of options, the food was not of good standard. Service and staff were friendly for the most part. Overall a great stay.

Hotel was nice. Had a beautiful balcony pearl view. Half board ala carte set menu everyday could add more variety. Food was nicely presented. Only 4 desserts to choose from. Could do with more variety. breakfast buffet,same food everyday. Ala carte breakfast was again very nice. They used to let us take food to our room. Kitchen staff were very good always greeting you with a smile. Overall all the staff were very courteous.

Had a great stay with the kids. Staff go above and beyond with service. Amenities at hotel are excellent, especially the pool. All facilities were clean and managed very well. Restaurant staff are always attentive, even during busier times like breakfast. Special mention to Ishtiak who always looked after us during breakfast and lunch. It’s in a nice location. They need to be honest with half board as it’s a fixed menu only and the same all week. Breakfast is very busy and times staff forget about you and have to remind them you’re still waiting for a coffee. The hotel is clean and nice otherwise.

Review: Hilton The Pearl, Doha We recently stayed at the Hilton The Pearl in Doha and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful and family-friendly area, perfect for those traveling with children. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, The Kitchen—especially during lunch and dinner. However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. Breakfast at The Kitchen was consistently overcrowded. On two out of eight mornings, we had to wait in line for over 15 minutes just to be seated. The tables are placed very close together, making the dining experience feel cramped and lacking in privacy. All breakfast service is located on the 5th floor, which gets especially congested between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. It’s clear that the hotel could benefit from expanding or reconfiguring the breakfast area. My room had washer and dryer but they said “we don’t have laundry detergent, we are out of it.” I was traveling with a baby and it was the most inconvenient stay. Will never come back. We stayed 10 days and I can only recommend this hotel. If you want everything perfect, EVERYTHING, choose this hotel. The area is also the best and most elegant in Doha. If I will ever go back to Doha, I will choose this hotel again. Thank you to the staff for making our experience super, for the great food in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
