We started our Tokyo stay at Other Space for a week. We liked the digital code for opening the door (no worrying about where you put the key). Amenities were fantastic and I found the futon bed on the itami platform very comfortable. My partner loved the high pressure shower. The rooftop is worth a visit at night to see Skytree Tower lit up, as well as Senso-ji Temple. The room was cleaned daily with replenishing of water. We opted for the breakfast, which was a good way to start the day without getting too filled up (a lot of variety but small portions). Perfect location. We would definitely stay again.

The room cleaning was nice each day. Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, including when I left a bag in a taxi. They helped call the taxi service and facilitate retrieving the bag that had passports in it. Very kind and courteous. Location is excellent, yes touristy, but that makes things convenient for tourists... Our first family trip to Tokyo was wonderful and the stay at Other Space was a big part of that.

Staff was really helpful multiple times throughout my trip even though I only stayed one night. They helped me with providing a charger that I couldn’t find in my own luggage and also allowed me to store my luggage there after I checked out for a couple hours before I could check into my next hotel. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The air conditioner worked really great, which was a necessity with it being so hot right now in Tokyo. I’ll surely stay here again!
