Hotel is connected to the local shopping mall and train station so it was SUPER convenient. Room #746 was fine except the sofa bed was the worst I have ever seen. Unfortunately, I did not complain about it at the time, so the hotel could not attempt to rectify the situation. My son graciously slept in the bed for two nights, and it creaked and squeaked every time he moved. And be sure to note, this hotel does NOT have coin laundry. We found a place about 3 blocks/5 mins down the street. They even have a free nightly drink and curry and rice! If you don’t use the sofa bed and don’t need to do your own laundry, this hotel would work well.

Very easy to board the Tama Den Cat train. You need to go to the JR entrance and tell them that you want to go to Platform 9. The bus to the castle is right in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are very spacious comparing to Ginza hotels. Right in front of the station.

Loved it! So clean and what a great location (just next door to JR station). There are two adjacent shopping malls, Daiso is nearby, food options aplenty. The front desk staff are super professional and go over and beyond by thinking about the customer's needs. There is a free curry rice dinner service as long as you are a hotel guest (whoa!). There is no microwave oven in the hotel, but if you bring your food to the front desk they will heat it for you!
