Was satisfactory for the short-term stay. However, I chose to stay here due to their outdoor skyspa with a fantastic view that they have plastered all over their booking sites, but visitors beware that the spa at the corner of the building with the view is available only for their male guests. I was surprised to see that the skyspa available for the female guests were walled up on both sides with limited views. There is absolutely no notice anywhere on the sites that this was available to male guests only, and when I spoke to the employee at the front desk, they said they are well aware of this confusion. So why haven't they done anything about it yet? My visit was back in May, and I wasn't going to share this review if they have added a notice, so here it is. Stop sharing false marketing on your sites when it is not fully inclusive for all of your guests.

外国人の団体客が来ていたのか、大浴場の脱衣所や洗面所の使い方が酷く、ゴミ箱からゴミが溢れていたので、ゴミを拾ったり、床を拭いたりした。お風呂のマナーの貼り紙をしたり、マナーのチラシを配った方がいいと思った。お風呂のお湯の塩素臭が強く感じた。お湯は掛け流しではなかった。部屋の窓に隙間があるのか、ビル風かわかりませんが、音がなり続けていて、よく眠れなかった。このような経験は初めてでした。部屋自体は綺麗で居心地がいいですし、朝食もおいしかったので残念でした。

The Sky bath (sky spa) at 12F is so nice, spacious and with great view - the hotel is also very new and everything is in order. Good English from the staff. The only downside is that the room is slightly small and does not have a decent table, but I am happy to get what I paid for (around 100 USD per night).

It’s really convenient because it is directly connected to the station. I chose this hotel because I would like to go to Wakayama castle and Marina City. You can go to the castle on foot and Marina city can be reached by bus without transfers. One thing I don’t like is that there are not many restaurants near the station.
