Loved the hotel, excellent stay, environment, and Lijiang Old Town is walkable with many anemities. Definitely recommend. Staff is friendly, very friendly and quick to respond.

It is such a beautiful space, one is immediately transported to serenity. For those appreciating gardens and plants, this place is tastefully landscaped with wonders at every turn. I want to thank especially Helen at the front desk who helped me immensely with my travel plans, helping me to bridge communications with the locals with, helping me with change requests and organising all that I needed. She was very responsive, connecting with me on wechat.

I had a wonderful stay at Banyan tree Lijiang. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during my stay. Nevertheless, the hotel and facilities were amazing! Abby, Coco and Xiao Tang at the reception were also amazing and made us all feel so welcome!
