Vi gjorde receptionen klart hvor vi parkerede ved ankomst . Ingen problemer! Da vi skulle afsted var bilen overstået med kalk pletter fra bygningen, og vi kunne ikke køre , Lakskader m.m et advarsel kunne være på sin plads. Og intet ansvar for en dyr reparation af lakke n

Leider ist der Parkplatz und auch die Einfahrt zum Hotel nicht gut ausgeschildert.

Fint værelse, men ville være bedre hvis man kunne se mere af den fine udsigt der var begrænset pga beplantning ud for værelset. Dejligt med kaffe/te på værelset. Flink personale, god beliggenhed. Bør advarer at man ikke parkere ved bunkeren hvor det drypper fra bygningen, det sætter sig på hele bilen og er svær at fjerne.

First, the staff are friendly and nice. The rooms and beding are clean and new. The shrubs around our balcony were slightly overgrown, but cute. My issue was, i knew i signed up to a hotel under a nightclub, with a concert hall in it. What i didn't clock was that the bar, hall, rooftop bar and restaurant and even coffee shop would close for private events. We were told it's because we chose to visit for the Christmas market. So you can't eat or drink on site most of the weekend. And the club hosts wedding karaoke until 2am, which you are definitely not invited too, but sound insulation to the 4th floor is non existent, so you will need to suffer through nonetheless.

Echt cool und klasse gemacht dieses Hotel auf dem Bunker. Sehr stylisch und ideenreich. Das einzige Problem sind die nicht vorhandenen Parkplätze. Wenn da Veranstaltungen sind wie Fußballspiel am Millerntor oder wenn da Dom auf dem Heiligengeistfeld, dann hat man keine Chance zum Parken.

Kaum Parkmöglichkeiten, Heizung liess sich nicht steuern, Zimmer war deshalb ziemlich kalt. Viele Absperrungen im Aussenbereich, man konnte zwar aus dem Hotel hinausgehen, kam aber nicht wieder einfach hinein und musste dann außen nach unten laufen und Absperrungen zur Seite schieben um wieder in den Hotelbereich zu kommen. Einchecken dauerte 15 Minuten wg. IT Problemen. Die Beschilderung im Hotel ist bescheiden und die Preise für Frühstück sind unangemessen (34€)

Das Hotelzimmer ist super modern, eine tolle Aussicht, die Dusche ist top! Man kann direkt vom Hotel mit dem Aufzug ins Restaurant fahren und von dort direkt raus zur Aussichtsplattform. Tolles Konzept!

Achingly hip hotel overlooking St Pauli Stadium and right next door to Feldstrasse U Bahn. Rooftop garden is a major tourist attraction and you have lift access like a VIP. A unique hotel experience everyone coming to Hamburg should try it!

This new and unusual hotel is located in a lively part of the city and made our first visit to Hamburg very special. The building is extraordinary. Finding the building is easy, finding the entrance to the hotel is difficult. The entrance is similar to that of an inner city car park, it’s hidden round the back, no signage to speak of and no lighting at night which is unacceptable. The hotel is the new (top) part of the building and enjoys access to the public walkway (which was very crowded when we visited). The hotel has no communal space such as a lobby so is rather impersonal, there is open space on the same level as the check in desk, coffee shop, souvenir shop and the bar but this will be pretty cold in the winter. The rooms are designed to reflect the nature of the urban location and our room was decorated with street art. Our room was very comfortable with great views of the city and windows that open wide. Our room had a lot of design features including mood lighting but it was impractical in other ways, limited space and virtually no storage. We would have liked more information about the hotel and the features in our room (we never figured out how to operate the ‘intuitive’ thermostat or access Alexa). The hotel is new and still going through the ‘snagging’ phase, but that didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves and the extraordinary location. All the staff we came into contact were very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.

Zum wiederholten Male waren wir in dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und das Experience Menüessen gut. Wir kommen wieder.

Vi oplevede også at der ikke blev gjort rent på vores værelse de dage vi var der.

Spændende hotel, men med rum for forbedring. Værelserne er kompakte med alt det nødvendige, rare senge med gode puder. Skønt bad, omend temperaturen på vandet var på den lave side. Bodywash var desværre løbet tør og blev ikke erstattet, på trods af vi efterspurgte det. Der var ikke morgenmad inkluderet, så det gjorde vi heller ikke brug af, heller ikke som tilkøb, da restauranten har fået lidt blandede anmeldelser. Lille altan til, som angiveligt ligesom værelserne er røgfrie, men alligevel var den lille altan fyldt med skodder. Sjov oplevelse, men ikke nødvendigvis noget vi vil booke igen til den pris, da der er rum for forbedring.

I loved this hotel. I was drawn to it because it’s built on top of a former flak tower, making it a truly unique place to stay. The hotel is completely self-enclosed, so you don’t get strangers walking past your room—despite what some reviews falsely claim. The room itself was clean, warm, and offered a beautiful view of Hamburg. I was also impressed by how quiet it was. This was especially notable because the tower has a performance stage, and a German rock band was playing that night—yet we heard nothing. There are several restaurants on-site, and we tried two of them—both were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I’m ever back in Hamburg, I will stay here again.

Den Eingang zu finden, ist schon tags eine Herausforderung. Abends zum Außenaufzug zu gehen, war für mich als Alleinreisende etwas gruselig. Ein Strahler am Dach in Höhe Parkplatz Nummer 31 wäre von Nöten. Die junge Frau an der Rezepion war außerordentlich freundlich und zugewandt und hat mir alles ruhig erklärt! Das Zimmer: stylisch, einiges praktisch, vieles fehlt: Schminkspiegel, Handtuchhalter (nur eine 60er Stange) Tisch und richtiges Sitzmöbel (nur ein Hocker), Schrank (nur vier Bügel an einer Stange). Das Fenster befand sich in Kopfhöhe, ca. 160 - 170 cm, die Aussicht daher und durch die Bepflanzung sehr eingeschränkt. Für die 2 Nächte, die ich dort verbrachte, war es okay. Längere Zeit möchte ich mich dort nicht aufhalten! Das Frühstück für 34,--€ war gut aber für den Preis nicht überwältigend. Auch hier war das Personal wieder ausgesprochen höflich, aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr flink beim Abräumen des benutzen Geschirrs. Von der U-Bahn Feldstraße ausgehend, ist das Hotel schnell erreichbar. Für mich war es interessant, mir das Hotel auf dem Bunker und die begrünte Dachterrasse anzuschauen. Ein zweites Mal würde ich diese Hotel nicht buchen.

Hatte mich auf das neue Reverb gefreut, es war eben eröffnet. Die Zimmer sollen wohl modern und stylisch….industrial….sein. Für mich wirkte es eher ungemütlich und dunkel, überall mit harten Materialien. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, aber die vermeintlich grandiose Aussicht aus dem Bunker war leider mit mehreren Büsche/kleine Bäume fast komplett zugestellt!

When we actually saw the bunker, as it is known, it just looked so cool. The actual hotel entrance was on the opposite side to where we came out of the U bahn. The room was better than we expected, it was long and narrow, but had plenty of space for us. The doors were extremely heavy, but went with the bunker theme. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Zimmer sind schon einwenig klein, aber Modern eingerichtet. Sehr gute Mattratze und super gute Kopfkissen das hat man selten im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist gut aber ich finde es etwas zu teuer . Das Personal ist aber wirklich super freundlich, und was auch super ist die Dachterrasse ist ab 21:00 Uhr nur noch für die Hotelgäste geöffnet. Von dort oben hat man wirklich einen fantastischen Blick auf Hamburg.

Absolut einzigartiges Gebäude. Tolle Aussicht, mitten im Geschehen. Mit ein paar kleinen Fehlern, wie ein fehlender Schrank im Zimmer oder ein nichtvorhander Vergrösserungsspiegel. Das wirklich große Problem aber ist die Lärmbelästigung. Ich würde es nur unter Vorbehalt empfehlen. Wir waren zwei Nächte. In der ersten Nacht war es absolut unmöglich zu schlafen. Im Gebäude befindet sich ein Club . In dieser Nacht ( 0 bis 5 Uhr) war dort eine Technoparty . Es war unerträglich laut und keine Chance bei dieser Geräuschkulisse zu schlafen. Positiv allerdings, das sehr verständnisvolle Personal hat uns für die zweite Nacht ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Doch , um ehrlich zu sein: ob im ersten oder vierten Stock. Es war kaum auszuhalten. Die Bässe verbreiteten sich im ganzen Gebäude. Unser Glück war nur , dass ein Künstler aufgetreten ist, um 0 Uhr fertig war und wir dann entspannt schlafen konnten. Unser Tipp. Vor der Buchung , die Veranstaltungen dort checken oder selbst dran teilnehmen.

Ich reise sehr viel und habe noch nie eine schlechte Bewertung geschrieben, aber irgendwann ist scheinbar immer das erste Mal. Insgesamt war ich doch sehr enttäuscht. Postiv: Lage Nachhaltige Becher an der Kaffeemaschine Das grundsätzliche Konzept (wenn alles funktionieren würde) Negativ: - Das gesamte Lichtkonzept ist schon schräg. Es gibt für mehr oder weniger 3 Räume (Flur, Wohnzimmmer, Schlafbereich) nur einen Lichtschalter, der nicht mal dimmbar ist. Man kann sich also zwischen Dunkelheit und Stadionbeleuchtung entscheiden, sehr ungemütlich - 1 von 2 Nachttischlampen war kaputt - Alexa Sprachsteuerung hat nicht funktioniert (es konnte nur das Wetter angezeigt werden) - Das Telefon ging, aber beim Anruf in der Rezeption ging niemand ran - Die Fernbedienung für die gesonderte Wandleuchte war ebenfalls kaputt - Es gab leider keine Gläser zu den Wasserflaschen, also musste man aus den Flaschen trinken - Bei der Klimaanlage konnte man keine Gradzahl einstellen, nur sich zwischen -3 und 3 entscheiden - Insgesamt gab es auch keinerlei Anleitung für die technischen Geräte - SmartTV ließ sich mit keinem iPhone verbinden, so dass man nur Live TV schauen konnte (keine Möglichkeit für Netflix, Amazon Prime usw.), nur BT-Verbindung für Spotify möglich - Sehr hellhörig (Über uns konnten wir alles hören) - Durch die Pflanzen war keine Sicht da, nicht mal ein kleines Loch keine Möbel (Was soll dann ein Balkon?) Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (bei der Suite) war inakzeptabel.

Insgesamt ist das Zimmer modern eingerichtet, das Waschbecken mitten im Zimmer muss man mögen, durch den offenen Schrank gibt es wenig Ablage, auch für Kleinkram. Ein weiterer Handtuchhalter wäre wünschenswert. Ebenso wie ein kleiner Vergrösserungsspiegel. für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu Zweit zu wenig Stauraum und damit nicht geeignet.

Es un alojamiento muy chulo en un edificio historico peculiar. La habitacion no era especialmente amplia pero si muy cómoda. Solo suprimiria la luz con sensor debajo de la cama pues no es de mi agrado despertar a mi acompañante si me levanto al baño. El personal es muy amable.

Der var koncert på stedet. Flasker væltede ned fra bordene i værelset pga af bassen nedenunder. Fik besked om at skrive til hotellet med vores oplevelser. De har så ikke svaret

Ein ganz besonderes Hotel, tolle Blicke und Aussichten. Sehr guter Service. Sehr nettes und engagiertes Personal. Alles top! Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

At checkout, the hotel claimed I hadn't paid for the stay, saying they couldn't find my Hotels.com payment in their system. I showed them my Hotels.com receipt, which clearly stated the stay was prepaid and only city taxes were due. The front desk staff disregarded my word and the evidence I presented, causing us to delay our departure and nearly miss our flight. They charged me twice and didn't refund the EUR 100 security deposit. After several email exchanges, the hotel admitted to the duplicate charge, but they still haven't refunded it to my credit card statement. On top of that, I'm out of pocket for the IOF tax due to Brazilian laws. This was terrible customer service; save yourself the headache. I'm still in contact with Hotels.com support to resolve my situation.

Godt og venligt personale

Apart from not getting much advise on parking (two places nearby for reasonable money, I found a tip somewhere, but not from the hotel), the stay was great. The welcome was great, nice personal, great to take the elevator instead of walking the steps. We had a room on the 5th floor next to the restaurant where the restaurant squeezed us in for a great dinner, the room was new, of course in a rather modern beton-style, good lighting all over, with lights on the bottom of the bed when you got up during the night. The view was magnificent and we could easily head up to the top floor late at night to take photos. The place is of course a very special place and the exhibitions also tell the stories. The surroundings have a lot of restaurants and also breakfast choices, and the Bunker is just next to the U-bahn, for very easy access to all of Hamburg. Now that we know where to park, we could easily come back to stay there again, as we felt welcome.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt – der Service war hervorragend und das gesamte Team sehr sympathisch und aufmerksam! Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und toller Aussicht, das Frühstück war super und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um mit dem ÖPNV oder zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Dejligt nyt og spændende hotel. Næsten lige åbnet, mæske derfor de stadig havde problemer med f.eks kaffemaskiner der ikke virkede, dørkort som kun virkede halvdelen af tiden og lang vente tid når man skulle have hjælp. Massere af personale, men de virkede ikke til at kende deres opgaver endnu, så flere stod bare eller gik rundt om dem selv… Selve hotellet ligge perfekt og er noget helt specielt. Vi vender tilbage, når det er ovre børnesygdommene.

Vi ønskede at skifte værelse til et med bedre udsigt og receptionen klarede det ved at vise mig billeder fra forskellige værelser i samme kategori jeg kunne vælge imellem.

Ein wirklich einzigartiges Hotelerlebnis. Fußläufig bei vielen Hotspots wie Landungsbrücken oder Reeperbahn. Ansonsten direkt nebenan Metro. Zimmer und vor allem die Aussicht sind MEGA. Muss man echt mal gesehen haben. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank....

Super zentrale Lage!

Unmittelbar am Schanzenviertel wo das Leben pulsiert! Mit der U-Bahn innerhalb von paar Minuten an den Landungsbrücken besser geht nicht.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit leckeren Frühstück. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und man kann viele Attraktionen in der Umgebung gut erreichen!

Breakfast in La Sala is okay but a total rip off.

There is simply nowhere else like this to stay! Whilst in Hamburg seeing friends, we thought why stay somewhere ordinary, when we can stay in this uniquely historic monument that has been brilliantly converted into a really cool hotel! Super comfy & well designed room (we went with a King bed suite), with a really great shower! Don't expect the Hard Rock Cafe to be here, as I did (my only disappointment). The history of the place is fascinating and the rooftop views are worth the stairs! Reception's great. Found the staff in the top restaurant to be somewhat disinterested & a bit stuffy. Definitely more friendly, fun & funky in the bar down by the reception. Great local foods market & the very lively Reeperbahn on the doorstep!

I have a lot to say but I think a pro con list will sum it up Pro 1. Very clean 2. Beautiful view, our room was on the 3rd floor and had a double balcony that was a nice bonus. 3. Convenient to public transport 4. Comfortable rooms 5. Check in was super easy and straight forward 6. The bar was way over priced for the area 7. If you want an authentic Hamburg experience this is the area, it seemed to be away from anything tourist related, and a lot of shops/ bars didn’t speak much English which was cool Cons 1. Terrible signage, kind of difficult to find the entrance of the actual hotel. Can’t miss the building. Coming off the u-Bahn it’s obvious where the building is but the entrance is tucked away and there’s not signs on the side you walk up to from the u-Bahn. 2. Most everything is closed by 10pm, and despite advertising there was no grab and go (not counting the 3 weird craft sodas for €4) 3. No real amenities at all, if they existed they were not advertised by staff at check in. 4. The building is a public building, and while obviously they have taken steps for security it was very surprising to look out your window and see people walking past it, to the point you can’t open your window or open the curtains at all during the day if you are in the rooms on the 100 floor according to friends who were also staying at this hotel at the same time as us. 5. As of July 2024, the hotel still wasn’t complete and it was obvious but hopefully they will work out some kinks

Tolles, ganz besonderes Hotel mit Zimmern im Loft-Style. Frühstück hervorragend aber teuer. Leider kein eigener Fitnessraum, nur Zugang zu einen Fitnessstudio gegen ordentlichen Aufpreis. Architektonisch nach meinem Geschmack sehr gelungen. Rezeption freundlich und effizient. Direkt an der U-Bahn Feldstraße beim Schanzenvierel prima gelegen.
