FIVE LUXE, JBR – Pure Comfort & Next-Level Service We had an absolutely fantastic stay at FIVE LUXE. The beds? Simply magical. Some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced — proper deep sleep every night. The walk-in closets are a dream. Spacious, elegant, and practical — it feels like a luxury apartment rather than a hotel room. And the bathrobes… honestly the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. Thick, soft, and truly premium. Breakfast (native & international selection) was generous and beautifully presented. High quality across the board. But what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Extremely warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly without being intrusive. Service with personality — not scripted. The whole hotel has a confident, modern luxury vibe while still feeling relaxed and welcoming. We will absolutely return.

The hotel staff were VERY INVASIVE. My room was entered multiple times without consent by different members of the staff at different hours, claiming they were ringing the bell. At check-out I was standing for more than 10 mins not being acknowledged by staff, I placed the room key over the counter and left. The security and parking staff were the only people with manners.

The FIVE LUXE Hotel is the best place ever. It’s has everything that I needed to make my life complete. From the Paradiso Rooftop Lounge/Bar, Clean Rooms with Great Staff Service. The Amenities and the hotel Bathroom had everything that my wife I needed. The Room Mini Bar was very well stocked. The entire staff from the time we checked into the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect for your everyday activities. The Dive Bar (Goose Bar) connected to the hotel was great. The swimming pool, shisha and bar were amazing as well. The Cielo Restaurant food and staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed this place and will tell the world about it.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The customer service is outstanding, the hotel is extremely clean, and the staff are amazing—friendly, professional, and very helpful. It is my favorite hotel, and I will definitely be coming back.
