Bad service, dirty bathroom, poor wifi, or I can say there is no internet the staff is not kind and helpfull they just try to make fool the guests and earn money, is very long way from the city, I dont recommend it to any one, especialy the staff is worst

Quiet hotel in small town away from crowds and noise at a very reasonable price. Bufger breakfast was very good. A bus ride away from Goreme to visit sites.

Our stay at the Lost city hotel was truly amazing and relaxing.The staff were incredibly polite and friendly ing above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The Manager, in particular, was a huge help, assisting us with booking cabs. She also provided excellent recommendation for resturants and bars, enhancing our overall experience. We highly recommend the Lost city Cave hotel for its unique charm and exceptional service.
