Beautiful small hotel. Naturally shaped caves makes unique atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Downsides: air-condition didn't work properly, this was reported and we were promised, it will be fixed but it wasn't until we left. Hotel is located in a small village, away from all main atractions, restaurants, nowhere to go in the evening. Therefore car rental is essential.We stayed in this place 4 days, although breakfast is served from local products which is a huge benefit, portions are small and same breakfast is served every day. Very boring. Water in swimmin pool wasn't clean. This small hotel has potential however some improvements needs to be considered.

Konum olarak merkezde değil bir köy içinde yer alıyor o sebeple çok sessiz ve hemen otelden çıkıp gezeyim yapamazsınız. Fotoğraflarda görünen teras için tuttuk biz fakat gittiğimizde orası cam balkonla kapatılmış cafeye çevrilmişti. Fotoğraflar oldukça aldatıcı. Havuz çok küçük 3 kişi en fazla bulunabilir içinde bu sebeple hiç kullanamadık. Doluydu genelde. Duş başlığı yerine takılamıyordu elinizde tutmanız gerekiyor böyle basit ve önemli bir detay tamir edilmeden bırakılmaz. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetli. Odalarda kullanılan şampuan tarzı ürünler çok kalitesiz maalesef ki marketten aldık odadakiler işe yaramıyor. Televizyon çalışmıyor. Jakuzi için bırakılam köpük bile sulandırılıp bırakılmış köpük yapmıyordu. Odalar serin rahat yatak ve yastıklar da rahat. Tekrar tercih eder miyim etmem. Fiyat olarak biraz daha üstünü verip daha güzel yerler tutulur.

The people were so friendly and helpful. The room was interesting , clean, and comfortable. And the breakfast served was overly generous. Our only disappointment was the swimming pool which was small, inside and didn’t open until 10. We are lap swimmers so this wasn’t for us

Un hôtel sympa dans l’ensemble, une petite structure, le personnel est là pour vous aider mais pas chaleureux. La chambre fut propre, climatisée, la décoration est typique & sympa. Les points négatifs : une horreur pour trouver l’hôtel, aucune inscription nulle part, nous avons dut demander à un autre hôtel. Il n’y a pas de parking. Le bruit du frigo la nuit est juste très désagréable. Attention aussi, une grosse montée est présente ce qui est indiquée nulle part, donc aucun accès handicapée.

Un accueil chaleureux avec un personnel très gentil et agréable, très attentionné et souriant. Les chambres sont magnifiques et très propres. Les petits déjeuners incroyables et la piscine intérieure magnifique. Encore merci pour votre accueil et ce séjour. Au calme mais un petit peu loin de Goreme (20 min en taxi)

Великолепный отель ! Вернемся обязательно. Очень чистый , аутентичный, с огромным количеством старинных декораций . Отличные завтраки , очень гостеприимный персонал отеля . Мы останавливались на трое суток . До основных достопримечательностей 5-10 мин на машине , после длительных прогулок обязательно посещали бассейн - очень расслабляет . Отдельное спасибо за animal friendly концепцию , мы останавливались с мопсом . При выезде сделали подарки в виде сувениров . Оставляя отзыв о этом отеле хочется к каждому предложению написать ОЧЕНЬ , очень чисто , очень уютно , очень гостеприимно , и еще много очень , очень большое спасибо .

Öncelikle yerleştiğimiz suit çok güzeldi. Ailecek geldiğimiz ilk tatildi ve çok güzel geçtiğini söyleyebilirim. Kahvaltı ilk etapta yetersiz gibi gözükse de aslında yedikten sonra yeterli olduğunu anlıyorsun. Biraz daha çeşit ve miktarda artış olsa daha iyi olabilir gibi. Odalar, havuz çok temizdi. Güven içinde 3 günümüzü geçirdik. Herkese teşekkürler.

Odaları temiz ve bakımlı, havuzda sürekli sıcaktı üç gün kaldık personel çok ilgiliydi, kahvaltısında resimlerdeki gibi kaliteli malzemeler kullanılmıştı ve çok lezzetliydi. Aracımız vardı forum AVM ye iki dk da gidebildik. Tesis merkezede çok yakın bir belediyede yer alıyor. Bu fiyatlara böyle güzel bir hizmet.
Odaları temiz ve bakımlı, havuzda sürekli sıcaktı üç gün kaldık personel çok ilgiliydi, kahvaltısında resimlerdeki gibi kaliteli malzemeler kullanılmıştı ve çok lezzetliydi. The room was amazing duplex room. Although there wasnt a table or great seating area, I didn't expect that to be there, the room is decorated great and the situation is fantastic. 10/10

Konum olarak merkezde değil bir köy içinde yer alıyor o sebeple çok sessiz ve hemen otelden çıkıp gezeyim yapamazsınız. Fotoğraflarda görünen teras için tuttuk biz fakat gittiğimizde orası cam balkonla kapatılmış cafeye çevrilmişti. Fotoğraflar oldukça aldatıcı. Havuz çok küçük 3 kişi en fazla bulunabilir içinde bu sebeple hiç kullanamadık. Doluydu genelde. Duş başlığı yerine takılamıyordu elinizde tutmanız gerekiyor böyle basit ve önemli bir detay tamir edilmeden bırakılmaz. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetli. Odalarda kullanılan şampuan tarzı ürünler çok kalitesiz maalesef ki marketten aldık odadakiler işe yaramıyor. Televizyon çalışmıyor. The people were so friendly and helpful. The room was interesting , clean, and comfortable. And the breakfast served was overly generous. Our only disappointment was the swimming pool which was small, inside and didn’t open until 10. We are lap swimmers so this wasn’t for us

The accommodation was lovely and is in a good location for seeing the nearby sights, however the town around the hotel is pretty quiet. We booked a tour with the hotel which was very overpriced for what it was, we were sold a tour but actually we just got drove round and walked by ourselves round the locations. We also paid more to include all the ticket fees but no places we went to charged entry. They also tried to charge us €20 for an airport transfer when there is a shuttle that charges €3. They also stated that they charged €120 for a balloon ride so don’t let them overcharge you for that either if you choose to book with them. Overall nice rooms and setting but being overcharged and over sold for the tour tainted our experience.

The stay at ennar was exceptional not only for the extraordinary hotel structure and beautiful scenery but also for the warm hospitality and unconditional love that we received from the whole staff Hami is a wonderful owner, he greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome at 2:30 am and told ys to make ourselves at home not a hotel and we really felt like home and booked another night

Downsides: air-condition didn't work properly, this was reported and we were promised, it will be fixed but it wasn't until we left. Therefore car rental is essential.We stayed in this place 4 days, although breakfast is served from local products which is a huge benefit, portions are small and same breakfast is served every day. Odaları temiz ve bakımlı, havuzda sürekli sıcaktı üç gün kaldık personel çok ilgiliydi, kahvaltısında resimlerdeki gibi kaliteli malzemeler kullanılmıştı ve çok lezzetliydi. Aracımız vardı forum AVM ye iki dk da gidebildik. Tesis merkezede çok yakın bir belediyede yer alıyor. Bu fiyatlara böyle güzel bir hizmet.

Wonderful family run business. Delicious food. They can help you book everything you want to do in Cappadocia and run some tours themselves. Great rooftop area. Authentic cave hotel. Warm, friendly hosts. Highly recommend.

Odaları temiz ve bakımlı, havuzda sürekli sıcaktı üç gün kaldık personel çok ilgiliydi, kahvaltısında resimlerdeki gibi kaliteli malzemeler kullanılmıştı ve çok lezzetliydi. Aracımız vardı forum AVM ye iki dk da gidebildik. Tesis merkezede çok yakın bir belediyede yer alıyor. Bu fiyatlara böyle güzel bir hizmet.

Çalışanlar cok güleryüzlü ve samimiydi.otele girdigimizde odamız temizlenmiş havlular ikramlıklar koyulmus hazır edilmişti.terasta oturup çayınızı kahvenizi içebilirsiniz sessiz sakin bir konumu var.kahvaltı cok güzeldi minik tabaklarda israf olmayacak kadar konulmus çok fazla çeşit vardı.kahvaltıda getirilen recellerin hepsi el yapımıymıs hatta ilk defa patlıcan reçeli yedim cok begendim çalışan abladam tarifini bile aldım😄sadece havuzu kücüktü ve sanırım havuza girenlerden kaynaklı biraz suyu pisti Nevşehir merkeze daha yakın Ürgüp ve göremeye biraz mesafe var.kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

We had a nice stay and felt welcome and looked after. Room was spacious and clean, food was good. The hosts were really good at responding to our requests to organize trips. For longer stays, more variety of the breakfast would be helpful.

The room was amazing duplex room. Although there wasnt a table or great seating area, I didn't expect that to be there, the room is decorated great and the situation is fantastic. 10/10

I stayed here with my husband & toddler. My experience was amazing. Place was very clean, staff was very friendly and helping. Alhumdulillah the place was a hot spot to travel to and from activities. Inside the room can get abit dusty because it’s a cave and made from clay but that is expected since it’s a cave house.
