Great pool, quality breakfast given the price, super amazing and friendly service from the front desk! Unfortunately had to deduct a star because the wifi was unbelievably slow and we had to work while there.

Nice place and friendly staff. AC was out on 3rd floor and elevator, which is dangerous in the heat. Seemed short staffed. Reception was.also providing service to the breakfast room.

Your place was warm and pleasant on a gloomy, foggy night. The pool being open was a great extra. Thanks

I liked everything that had experienced at your hotel chain my room was very beautiful it was quiet the only concern I have was that your indoor pool was very very cold and I actually got the room just because I wanted to swim and I was unable to because it was cold

Clean rooms, clean pool and hot tub, close to shopping and numerous restaurants.

Bed wasn’t bad, room was clean. Hot tub and pool were both open. Breakfast was ok. Close to shopping/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The floor was dirty and there was long hair on the sheets and sink. Hot tub wasn't working. The heather in the room is loud..

Overall it was a great stay. I was a little disappointed the hot tub jets didn't work but I still could get in and enjoy it

The plàce is in a not to bad area the entire place is dirty. The breakfast was terrible when you told them they ran out of something the lady would be upset that you bothered her from sitting at the desk. Hot tub doesn't work. You have pan handling in the parking lot. People trying to steal gas.

The bed had food crumbs and a stain.

Was horrible!!! Bed bugs in the room. Caught one to show staff. They offered to move us to the next room. Left at 1109pm!!

HOTEL HAS BEDBUGS!!! Stayed on Saturday the 23rd of November for one night, got home and me and my partner both were bitten overnight by bed bugs, we stayed on the 3rd floor and by the amount of bites I currently have I'm guessing most rooms have them.

The carpets in the hallway were old and dirty, the room smelled like someone had peed and dirty lived in it. We had to have the window open. The chair in the room looked like something had died in it. My shoes stuck to the floor. People smoking right next to doors. For over $100 a night it was not worth it. Staff was really nice it’s unfortunate the room was just Ew. So surprised that it had a 7.8 rating. Would not recommend

Room was filthy. Spider webs in the corners. Bathroom had hair, blood spots and boogers cemented on wall. Shower would not work consistently. Black mild growing on the ceiling. Bedding smelled as if it had not been changed in a while…..

The state for two nights in June. I raised my reservation on reviews I had read from several different people and felt comfortable with my voice. Upon arrival I was a little shocked at how old everything was and the carpets were I would consider filthy. As we made our way upstairs to our room I noticed pie spots in the hallway and on the walls. The room itself was okay I had a constant feeling that I needed to wash my hands though and I immediately took the bedspread off and put it in the dresser drawer. The nights were very uncomfortable there was someone I think a long-term resident next door who left his television blasting both nights. On the second night I called down at 2:30 a.m. and spoke with I believe Kimberly was her name. She was very curt with me and said there's not much she could do but she would call. I called back about 45 minutes later and said that the noise was still unbearable She said she thinks the man inside is deaf and so therefore could not hear the phone when she called him. My husband and I were up most of the night and the next day we had a very long drive with a very large trailer in front of us. It was not a good situation. In the morning I asked to speak to the manager and I was told that she may not even show up but nonetheless they wouldn't be able to help me so I was told to call Expedia who I met the reservation for through. Expedia was useless for the most part I was hung up on several times I tried chatting nothing worked.

This was not a very clean property. The curtains in our room literally had snot on them... Yes, snot... From a human nose. The room smelt very musky. The bed was very uncomfortable. Staff were friendly. Location was convenient.

Room was not cleaned well , especially the bathroom. Weird smell in room .

Absolutely disgusting the room we 1st got wasn't cleaned we went to the front desk they gave us another room got in the shower and the shower head cleaned so gross way to much money for a filthy hotel never again

I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll for sure pay more money in the future for a better stay. Saving money wasn’t worth it. The entire place is dirty and needs major improvements. The pool , hot tub and surrounding area was so dirty that we wouldn’t let our son swim. I booked the room on Hotels app. I was charged a fee from Hotels.com and 2 separate fees of different amounts by Super 8. Totaling over $500. The front desk night shift didn’t check us in properly so I had the day shift texting me to see if I was still coming even though we had checked in the night before. Still waiting to see if they reverse the charges. The area and other long term guests seem very unsafe.

walls must be thin because you can hear everything. 6am i got woken up by loud footsteps, and slamming doors, people talking.

Bed was uncomfortable, mattress not good.

I have stayed here a number of times i past years. This was the worst. The bed was terrible, lumpy and very uncomfortable. The other residents were noisy, in fact the room next to me was up until approximately 5:00AM with the TV on so loud I could plainly hear it through the wall. This was one of the worst experiences I've had

Booked property because we have stayed in other Wyndham properties and like the breakfast option, rates and cleanliness. However, this property is in great need of updating. Also-smoking guests were standing immediately outside front door and we had to navigate around them, through smoke, to get inside. Staff was excellent. Property is dated, carpet is worn, and I was surprised that it was somehow connected to Wyndham. We have stayed in much nicer, newer affiliated hotels. Just was very surprised this was part of the same brand family. Truly, it is still just Super 8 I guess. Staff was very nice. Guests running and slamming doors for a while after 10:30p on our floor. It stopped eventually. Very few device charging outlets and no USB specific charging outlets in the room. Won't stay here again.

The A/C and Bathroom fan are noisy!

This hotel is very old and outdated. The cleaning staff does their best. The cleaning staff cleaned our room even though I told the front desk they didn't need to because we stayed an extra day. The waffle maker was great.

The TV service goes out frequently. Only complaint.

Walls and floor VERY thin. Literally sounded like someone was in my room. Neighbors not making much noise. I talked to the cleaning lady super and advised I had 1 more night and she was unaware. At end of day bed not made, towels not changed out. Possibly unfair expectations on my side?

The Customer Service was probably the best I’ve ever had. Every person we encountered working there was just upbeat and super sweet!

Cleaning staff pounds on your door every morning, even if you ask the front desk to please respect the do not disturb sign on the door. I was woken up every morning by a cleaning lady and asked to leave so they could clean, to the point where I had to be rude. Super unprofessional and ridiculous. Got zero restful sleep at this hotel. You get what you pay for I guess.

Front desk staff is very efficient and friendly

We arrived late, check in was smooth. Breakfast was nice, would have liked to have a protein option like sausage/bacon and or egg besides the sausage in the gravy. Front desk was kind enough to let me stay until 12, and the bed was comfy and I’m so glad 2 types of pillows were offered. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a dog show, and it looked like several dog show participants stayed there as well.

Kimberley, the front desk receptionist was the best customer service person I've met in years. She was so helpful. She even gave me ear plugs from her purse at 3 am when the room next door was up all night talking. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The walls were thin and I could hear every conversation on both sides. I'm not used to that. Also, housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am when I was still asleep. That was annoying. I wish the front desk could communicate with housekeeping so they knew who was there and who had checked out. I called front desk to let them know I needed a late check out and housekeeping knocked again an hour early. After the awful nights sleep with the neighbors noise, I needed the extra sleep. I drove home exhausted. I wish they could put some sound proofing in the rooms.

Friendly staff, great service! Property could use some updates but it's a Super 8. Definitely value for the price you pay here.

Great place to stay. Great customer service

I like to stay here when I am traveling for work. You are perfectly located between the two locations I need to visit. However I have found out the hard way that IF YOU do not get up at 6 am and go downstairs to get the hot biscuits and gravy it is gone. There is a group of men that also stay here for work and they tend to eat all the gravy leaving nothing for folks who come in after them. Which is a shame, the point to stay here is to to get a free warm breakfast. Hopefully you will ask your workers to add extra food out AFTER the group of men leave. My wife refuses to stay here anymore when we travel for work together or when we have our grandkids on vacation. Think about how many others that will spend the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel that restocks the food.

Front desk staff was very rude. I had left my ID at home, and we tried to nicely persuade him to let us check in with my daughter's ID since she has the same last name and address. He kept telling us it was policy. Then he told us to calm down. We weren't talking loudly or being rude! He finally let us check in with a picture of my ID. After checking in I was informed that he was talking inappropriately about us to the guests checking in after us. Once we got to our room, which smelled musty, we discovered that there were many spots of what looked like dried blood on one of the top sheets. I went down to ask for a new sheet. I showed him the picture, he stepped back looked at me with a confused look, so I zoomed in on the stains. At that point he started screaming I am not blind; you need to leave. You have an hour to get off the property. I turned to the 3 men sitting in the lobby, one of whom had been denied his prepaid room because they didn't have any clean ones and asked if we were being rude. They said no we have no idea what just happened. The front desk guy then said he was calling security. We went and got our belongings. When we got back to the lobby 15 minutes later he said that we needed to wait because he had called the police. While we were waiting for the police he mocked us and made fun of my 5 month old grandson. Police came talked to us all and said we had to leave because of his complaint. I had to call the hotel to get a refund.

Walked in and instantly felt at ease. The room smelled great and linens didnt have an odor. Great walking distance to the concert house and food was right next door.

Hotel was fine. Equivalent to price as far as cleanliness and staff. The challenge was the clientele. There were "deals" going on in several of the rooms. Lots of commotion and comings and goings. Most of the other "guests" were addicts of some sort and although friendly, unable to even carry on a conversation. I went out to my car for something i forgot and was surprised, but pleased, to see two fully-armed police officers exiting the side door. They held the door for me and were very friendly, but definitely underlined my "observations" of a place i would not want to stay again. Nothing bad happened, but noise and traffic (inside not out) kept me awake until 5

This place was super sketchy! I think this was a place that was housing homeless people. The parking lot at night was very scary. I was so nervous the entire time. Not good!

Really noisy. Sounded like people partitions. Nothing happened to us that was unsafe but I wasn’t very comfortable with the area.

Pictures are deceiving. This hotel requires major updates and is overpriced. Close to lots of shopping and dining but is not close to the highway.

We've stayed here numerous times. Everyone is friendly. Super close to restaurants and shopping.

It was somewhere to sleep and shower. Great location...restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Hotel definitely needs a updrade. Its old and outdated. It was just just what we needed. The price could not be beat! I would stay again.

It's not new/modern, but the property is kept up well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location.

Clean Friendly staff Breakfast leaves some to be desired

Breakfast was sub par, sausage gravy had no flavor and no salt or pepper. Dry powder creamer is pretty low level option.

Everything was nice and in order, the staff was great, breakfast was never short of items no matter how busy, I was there for a softball tournament over the weekend and it was packed and the staff never got overwhelmed or unprofessional with anyone, over all it was a great stay

I had looked for the cheapest place that had good reviews, wifi, and included breakfast. Given the low price, I was fully satisfied with the room, service, parking, etc. So why the 3-star review? Because of the disappointng breakfast. Both days, there was no eggs nor meat. The main event both mornings was biscuits and gravy. I tried it the first day, but on the second day I just had a little butter on the biscuits; no gravy. The only other spread available was grape jelly. The biscuits were fine, as was the toast, small cinnamon rolls, yogurt, orange juice, and coffee. Two kinds of cereal were also available. But without eggs or meat, I didn't feel like I was really having breakfast; it was more of a snack. Also, the breakfast room was too small for the amount of business it got. They need a bigger room.

Breakfast was ok - however, the timer on the waffle iron wouldn't work half the time, and even after mentioning it to a couple of employees, nothing was done to resolve the issue. There were several other guests that had the same issue with it with no response or resolution. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was not good as usual

Wow. When you book a super 8 its usually a gamble. But from check in to check out what a great experience. Both check in staff and check out staff were phenomenal. The room was so incredibly clean which made my stay much more at ease. Parking was easy and well lit. Breakfast was great for free breakfast. Yogurt. Biscuits waffles juice and fruit. Wonderful start to our trip and will be back if passing through in the future.

This is an upgraded Super 8 hotel that is very nice. The breakfast could have had a bit better selection. Overall, we found the staff friendly and our one night stay very nice.

Price was good and breakfast.
