The people were nice but the room was dirty and the furniture was all squished together. Bed was good but the pillows were just old. The ice bucket had mold in it which was just as good since the ice machine didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Clock didn’t work.

The hotel is very old and outdated. Does not look anything like the picture advertised. Bathroom door handle fell off in my hand. Bathtub was dirty looked like it had a black ring around it. Bathroom door had water damage. People up grilling and partying all night. Parking lot was littered. Had not been so tired would have requested a refund and went somewhere else but it was only 1 night

This place was a place for people to stay if they had no other choice. I walked in. Saw the crappy old room and listened to others staying yelling and drinking. Not a safe place for me and my wife and three young kids. I immediately left and went down the street to a better hotel. I do not recommend this place for business nor pleasure. Only if you had no other choice.

BEWARE!!!! If you want cheap, well this is your spot. DON'T BE MISLEAD BY THE NICER PHOTOS. We drove in from New Jersey. The main lobby was closed inside and had to check-in from a window outside like you're at a drive-thru. It looked eerie standing there waiting for our room key. The printer didn't work, so he couldn't provide a receipt. As soon as we walked in our room, it was dirty and looked nothing like their markerting photos.. Not mention the roaches. One was inside waiting to take our luggage. The smoke detector was not attached to ceiling and was missing. Extremely dangerous and would fail inspection. After 5 minutes, we requested for a refund and went to another hotel. Unacceptable! The staff was understanding and provided a full refund. I guess he must have knew because once we went back to our car, he walked toward the room with pest spray. Lastly, there's no pool. It has been filled with dirt. Stay at your own risk.

The hotel did not match the advertised pictures on hotels.com. There were drug deals happening in the parking lot. People sitting outside the rooms making us feel uncomfortable. The room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, only 1 towel in the room. It was a horrible experience but needed somewhere to stay close to our destination. The price we paid was WAY too high for what we received!!!!

small roaches on the bathroom vanity when i turned on the bathroom light. no liner for ice bucket that was stained. bathtub was stained, washcloths had brown stains, refrigerator needed defrosted. freezer portion iced over, very little water coming out of shower/bathtub, bulb shot in light on one side of bed, etc.

The table/ lamp combo had rust on the lamp and didn't work and there were no chairs in the room. Bathroom bulb so dim I used the heat lamp to see. Micro fridge, wobbly with 3 legs, had frozen roach in it. Shower handle was loose and only one mount of the towel rack was left on the wall. No coffee maker, cups or coffee. Desk clerks were good and fixed room key issues quickly. In spite of my request, this smelled like a smoking room.

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever been to. Live roaches everywhere they refused to provide a refund gave me a different room that was equally disgusting. I turned in the key and went elsewhere. I'd rather sleep in my truck than to even sit on one of their stained chairs or beds.

The room we stayed in had a broken TV, The floors where so dirty our feet turned black, the tub was dirty I had to go buy bathroom cleaner and scrub the tub, also I bought our own towels and sheets which was a good thing because the towels didn’t look clean but the sheets did. Check-in process very good. Quick and uneventful. Room was clean; however it appeared to show the remnants of a makeover (TV wires hanging from the wall, wrapped through a wall mount fixture leading to a table top TV. Bathroom was clean and well maintained with the exception of a an electrical box that came out from wall. Entry door to room was missing a handle on the inside. The handle was found on the window sill. Hotel management was apparently aware because maintenance person came to room about 10 minutes after check-in to fix the handle. Bathroom had no soap (not really an issue since I carry my own - even to 5 stars), no wash cloths and one dirty hand towel.

I called before we came and asked the front desk specifically for a ground level room as we were bringing a dog with us. Staff totally polite! She said we did indeed have a ground floor room and she would see us when we arrived. The room was lovely ecept it was never finished being cleaned as there was food left neatly piled on a desk. The night staff traded us for another room promptly, but much smaller. The manager found my husband and complained that we owed a pet fee bc theyvdidnt know we had a dog with us. This fee was not advertised on Expedia for this hotel. Nor was i given an option to add a dog when i checked out. We did pay the pet fee of course. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was lacking unless you had it on full hot. When adjusted for cooler temps the pressure dropped to almost zero, that was disappointing. A coffee pot would have been a nice amenity, but therew wasnt one.

The day I checked in the TV didn’t work and not all the outlets worked. At least the bed was comfortable and the tv was fixed the next day. On my last night of a 4 night stay the hotel forgot I added a night and gave my room to someone else. I was put in a room with a leaky faucet in the bathroom that dripped all night, the toilet ran all night and the bed was very uncomfortable. All in all it was not a pleasant stay.

Asked for non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. Room not cleaned and bed not made. Towels and linens just thrown on bed. When returning to front desk to discuss no one was there. Waited but no one came. Had to leave and go to a different hotel. Not happy that I had already paid and was not able to stay. Worst place I have ever been to.

Unprofessional. I had to call the law because he double charged me and refused to give me my money back despite telling him i paid online and had resevations on my arrival. I let him swipe my card for damages like every other hotel i visited does. It took 7 business days for the money to come back and i had to borrow .oney to go home since i was there on business and had to submit expenses. Never again and i visit frequently.

The hotel is very old and outdated. Does not look anything like the picture advertised. Bathroom door handle fell off in my hand. Bathtub was dirty looked like it had a black ring around it. Bathroom door had water damage. People up grilling and partying all night. Parking lot was littered. Had not been so tired would have requested a refund and went somewhere else but it was only 1 night

This place was a place for people to stay if they had no other choice. I walked in. Saw the crappy old room and listened to others staying yelling and drinking. Not a safe place for me and my wife and three young kids. I immediately left and went down the street to a better hotel. I do not recommend this place for business nor pleasure. Only if you had no other choice.

The hotel did not match the advertised pictures on hotels.com. There were drug deals happening in the parking lot. People sitting outside the rooms making us feel uncomfortable. The room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, only 1 towel in the room. It was a horrible experience but needed somewhere to stay close to our destination. The price we paid was WAY too high for what we received!!!!

I called before we came and asked the front desk specifically for a ground level room as we were bringing a dog with us. Staff totally polite! She said we did indeed have a ground floor room and she would see us when we arrived. The room was lovely ecept it was never finished being cleaned as there was food left neatly piled on a desk. The night staff traded us for another room promptly, but much smaller. The manager found my husband and complained that we owed a pet fee bc theyvdidnt know we had a dog with us. This fee was not advertised on Expedia for this hotel. Nor was i given an option to add a dog when i checked out. We did pay the pet fee of course. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was lacking unless you had it on full hot. When adjusted for cooler temps the pressure dropped to almost zero, that was disappointing. A coffee pot would have been a nice amenity, but therew wasnt one.

I liked the cheap rates …. But when they say you get what you pay for….they aren’t lying. The floor was dirty in the room. So dirty that our white sheets had black marks on it from the dirt on the floor. They gave out just the minimum of towels, shampoo and soap. Had to go get more every day we stayed there. We had a telephone cord in the room but no telephone and the cord had been cut. Had a refrigerator and microwave but no coffee pot. But that’s ok because they had a Sheetz down the road so that’s where I went to get my coffee in the mornings. We had no blanket. Just 2 sheets on the bed. Not enough pillows. We had 3 pillows for me and my husband to use. There was hair in the tub also.

To begin with, the first room they gave us, which was supposed to be non-smoking, smelled horrible. It had been smoked in and they had sprayed with something to cover it up. The door wasn't even closed when I went to open it. The sheet wasn't clean. I reported it and told them it was totally unacceptable and was given another room. It didn't smell bad and the bed sheets were clean but the bathtub was dirty, we decided we wouldn't be getting showers. I have 2 small dogs and went to put their water down and spilled some so I got a towel to wipe it up. When I looked at the towel, it was filthy . I know the floor hadn't been mopped for a long time. I told my husband not to walk around in his socks or they'd be filthy. The description of the property advertised a breakfast but there was none, not even coffee. They have since removed that from their ad. We slept very little and will never go back.

The table/ lamp combo had rust on the lamp and didn't work and there were no chairs in the room. Bathroom bulb so dim I used the heat lamp to see. Micro fridge, wobbly with 3 legs, had frozen roach in it. Shower handle was loose and only one mount of the towel rack was left on the wall. No coffee maker, cups or coffee. Desk clerks were good and fixed room key issues quickly. In spite of my request, this smelled like a smoking room.
