First of all , I was surprised that elevators is not working your room is on the second floor . The toilet did not flush. the tv , you must use your cable , Netflix , YouTube code to access channels. fortunately, the staff members was nice and helpful. So, she moved us to another room.

We had an issue with our keycard and she troubleshooted it and was able to fix it so we were good to go the rest of our stay. The room was nice and very clean. We enjoyed the larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so it isn't as wasteful. Breakfast in the morning had a lot from which to choose - including some packaged items like waffles and breakfast sandwiches, which were yummy. Would stay here again.

They were renovating, the rooms were renovated but the bathroom counter have dried up glue or something they didn’t cleaned up, the light fixtures in the bathroom was very dirty, fitted sheets was too small so the corner kept coming off.

The mattress was encased in plastic, and despite placing sheets and a mattress pad over it, every movement produced loud crinkling noises reminiscent of packing materials. This made it extremely difficult for my daughter to sleep, and the noise repeatedly disturbed my own rest as well. While the staff were courteous and the room was well-maintained, the primary purpose of a hotel stay is to obtain a restful night’s sleep, which was not possible in this instance. As a result, we departed a day earlier than planned and will not be returning.
