Comfort Inn & Suites Danbury-Bethel

Toilet did not flush properly, went to desk and from maintenance man’s response was happening in a few rooms. We were told that he would be to room to fix. Never showed, tried calling front desk no answer . Shower curtain rod fell off trying to open it. Remnants reddish pink drawings/ink??on walls. Would not recommend this to others .

Overall decent for the low price point. But, I was disturbed twice, even though the “do not disturb” sign was hanging on my door. Both times staff walked directly in even with the sign hanging on the door knob. I find this to be unacceptable.

Decor was a little dated in the breakfast area; breakfast was basic as was the hotel.

Room was comfortable and updated. Bed was amazing and slept like a rock. Excellent breakfast and enjoyed the attached restaurant for food and cocktails. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, the usual stuff, but glad to have it. Kept me full until I got home 4 hours later.. The front desk girls were wonderful. The bed and pillows were comfy. I would stay again.
