Best Western Danbury/Bethel

Das Zimmer war einwandfrei, die Lage gut, und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir werden wieder ins Best Western kommen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Danbury sind.

I think they are very poor. I am disappointed with their facilities.

The staff, Eric, was incredibly rude to both myself and any guest I saw him interact with. They were without hot water when I arrived in the afternoon and there was still no hot water the next morning. I requested that they cancel the rest of my days and refund me for those days as I did not want to continue staying somewhere with no hot water. Eric told me he couldn't do that and acted like us guests were fools for expecting hot water at a hotel we paid to stay at. Luckily my partner convinced Eric he could do something about it. They let me down but hotels.com never lets me down and they helped take care of everything for me. Also, I looked at reviews after the fact and there were plenty of reviews from a month ago also talking about this hotel not having hot water.

Only drawback is their employee Eric he has a terrible attitude and is not welcoming at all

My stay was good. Staff accomodated me even when computers were down initially.
