Cindy at the front desk was great! She helped us set up our pack and play, gave us advice about things to do and was very kind! The housekeepers were very young and didn’t speak any English. Our room was not ready until after 4:00 and it smelled like the person before us had not showered in weeks. That smell permeated the room and especially the bed. The hotel is only a year old so overall it smelled new but our room was another story. The carpet was not vacuumed and someone else’s hair was everywhere in the carpet and bathroom floor. The coffee in our room was not stocked either. The housekeepers may need some more training. The pool was also disgusting for a brand new hotel. There is a black dirt ring around the pool, the water was full of floaties (clumps of hair and various other nastiness). The water also smelled awful. Overall, the place had potential but the housekeeping needs an overhaul. The breakfast was tasty though! Lots to eat!

Very enjoyable! In great condition. Only suggestion would be to replace burnt out lights in string lights over fire pit. Definitely would recommend!

Very lovely place. Liked the fire patio and coffee bar in the a.m. staff was very hospitable and kind. Really appreciated hot served breakfast and cushy room suite. Will definitely come back on another trip to Owatonna

We (myself, four kids, and our dog) stayed here while driving to Canada and loved it so much we booked it for our return trip as well. Both times we were so relieved to be there. It is SO clean, the staff is great, the rooms are so spacious and comfortable and clean. Even the pull out bed was clean and they’re usually something I completely avoid. I usually feel a little grossed out by hotels but I’d stay in this one any day. Love too that the property is clean and feels safe bc it’s in a residential area. It’s walkable to chipotle and a quick drive to gas stations etc. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a few days visiting family. Room was comfortable for our family. The storage and counter tops were very useful to keep things off the floor and organized. Made many areas for the ladies in the family to get ready. Breakfast is my only real gripe. I’m not sure the kitchen staff know how to use the hotbox they keep the sandwich’s and cheese omelets in. 2 of the 4 days we had cold eggs. Hopefully they get better egg and options when they change their menu over time.

We did not get the room we booked. The suite we ending up getting was just a curtain for privacy. It ended up working out okay, the hotel worked to find us a better fit for our group, but it was not what we had booked and paid for a room.

We wanted to check out the “new” hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly staff at checkin. Laundry facilities on site. Large counter in room for laying out personal items. Spacious and nice kitchenette. Breakfast looked simple.

We want to highlight one of your housekeepers who did a great job. It was Katherine who was so very kind, caring and helpful when my wife requested services. We tried to find her later to give her a tip, but I guess she was off duty, and then we had to depart. She truly exemplified what great customer service looks like. In addition, the property was great in every way.

Stayed here for a couple nights visiting family. Clean and well kept hotel definitely stay here again. Nitpicking issue is breakfast. The single eggs are like whipped air. Bread options are from a gas station. For a nice hotel like this, I’ve had better breakfasts at a run down mom and pop. I’m not their target audience. I don’t eat egg sandwiches for breakfast and that’s what they are making. That being said, I nice fresh cup of fruit and more non sugared options would be good. Advertised as a healthy breakfast but all the fruit is covered in sugar and sweeteners. Nice natural fruit is what I would expect to find. Definitely would stay here again
