I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but I will never be staying at this hotel again. The room had a horrible smell, and the bathrooms were not very clean. The elevators for the parking garage were also down, so we had to wait for staff to take us to our car, which was very inconvenient. The room also did not have a microwave. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, and I will not be coming back.

Location was great, lobby was lovely and the available snacks proved to be helpful for us. A couple things that were disappointing…. 1) Our bathroom on the 10th floor had ants in the bathroom. Like… a lot of them. 2) Bathtub faucet was broken— it had been pulled away from the wall which at first I thought was just a little bit of an eyesore (needed new caulking, a little moldy) but then when I went to pull the stopped for the shower about 75% of the water was still coming down from the tub faucet - leaving about 25% to come down out of the shower— and it squealed (very loudly!) when it was in shower mode — likely due to the broken faucet. 3) the dining room was listed as being open from 5pm-10pm, but when we got back from a day out the dining room was in fact not open. The front desk said that we could order at the bar— except I was travelling with my teenage son, so that didn’t exactly work. We went up to our room and looked online at the menu and decided to order some food — Our room had a “room service” button so I called to order and I was told they don’t have room service… so I walked downstairs to the bar to order only to find out that their online menu has been changed and the items we both wanted were no longer available. So, begrudgingly I walked over to the snack area and bought a cup of noodle and a bagel and cream cheese. Not what we were hoping for on our last night. We did enjoy our stay, but will likely stay elsewhere next time we’re in town.

It was a nice stay for family for a nice riverwalk visit. We could just walked out of the hotel patio right on the riverwalk. Location was great. The room was clean. We got extra pillows and blankets that we asked for. And the riverview room was a nice bonus.
