The Arrow hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and the small kitchen unit was functional and very useful as part of our overnight stop. We would stay here again if it was on our route.

The hotel is not a big one. However we were immediately attracted by its nicely designed garden in front of the entrance. Check-in was smooth and warm too. The layout of the unit was similar to that of a mid-sized apartment and included a full kitchen; everything was also clean and well-maintained. We would've liked to stay there longer had we known of its quality beforehand.

Easy self-checkin (arrived Sunday afternoon). Clean room with small private patio. Nice place to stay if you want to avoid Bâle hotel prices. Walking distance from Lidl. Would stay again.

Très bon accueil. Mes demandes par e-mail ont reçu une réponse rapide. L'hôtel est très propre, tout comme le parking adjacent. La décoration intérieure de l'hôtel est magnifique (ours rouge dans le hall, masques dans le couloir, grands tableaux...). Les chambres sont également très propres et très spacieuses, tout comme les salles de bains. Il y a des détails qui ne trompent pas : un véritable coin bureau, une cafetière, une bouilloire pour le thé, une véritable armoire, une belle penderie et même un mini coffre-fort. La salle de bain est également entièrement équipée avec une douche très spacieuse, du savon et du linge de toilette de qualité. Le chauffage fonctionne parfaitement. Le petit-déjeuner est également excellent et copieux. J'ai apprécié les détails des tasses et des verres alsaciens. Donc oui, mon prochain séjour dans la région se fera à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

We did not have a lift to the rooms we were allocated. Rooms were great. Parking was great. Entrance to the hotel is not great. Best to drive slowly to avoid damaging the vehicle. Surroundings appear a bit lonely.

Tolles, neues und großes Zimmer, eher eine Ferienwohnung mit vollständiger Küche. Für Familien optimal. Werden wir sicher für den nächsten Besuch im Dreiländereck rund um Basel wieder wählen.

Sehr schönes, relativ neues Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Ein Stern Abzug für: - Dusche ist an dem hinteren Türscharnier undicht und die Dusche selbst ist nicht abfällig gebaut, sodass das Wasser ewig in der Dusche steht. - Wände eher dünn, neben uns wurde über Nacht gestritten und geschrien und man konnte viel mithören. Normale Geräusche waren nicht zu hören und normalerweise schreit auch niemand. Also insgesamt ruhig, wenn niemand streitet und schreit - TV auf französische Region eingestellt über Apple TV. Änderung nicht möglich. Mussten irgendwas anschauen, was in Frankreich gerade oft geschaut wird - teilweise auch nur auf Französisch verfügbar. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bon hôtel... mais problème avec la douche (douche italienne mal réalisée, l'eau coule partout dans la salle de bain), et problème avec le robinet du lavabo (système compliqué qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement).

Cet hôtel était notre dernière nuit en Alsace avant notre retour au Canada. Surprise! L'hôtel semble flambant neuf, tout est beau, propre, de bon goût. Très confortable. Nous n'avons pas déjeuné car on partait avant 6h00AM. À 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Bonne chose à savoir, le GPS de notre voiture de location nous amenait du côté suisse de l'aéroport, mais nous devions remettre la voiture du côté français. On a galéré un peu mais on s'en est sortis en utilisant Maps.

Had a slight issue with the room door and staff were happy to accommodate a room move as needed. Shower water would pool and leak out into the bathroom in both rooms booked. Apparently it was a known plumbing issue for the new owners but unfortunately wasn't fixed during the stay. Good location and price to Switzerland if you have a car. Cute decor, clean rooms. Complimentary chocolate croissants on arrival is the best!

Etter en lang dag på veien og sen innsjekk var det deilig å komme inn på dette freshe hotellet. Litt vanskelig å finne fram men rommene var freshe og godt utstyrt med litt servise o.l så vi kunne spise litt medbrakt mat. Alt var veldig bra bortsett fra 1 ting: sovesofa på familierommet vårt knirket veldig høyt hver gang noen beveget seg og vekket oss gjennom natten.
Etter en lang dag på veien og sen innsjekk var det deilig å komme inn på dette freshe hotellet. Litt vanskelig å finne fram men rommene var freshe og godt utstyrt med litt servise o.l så vi kunne spise litt medbrakt mat. Alt var veldig bra bortsett fra 1 ting: sovesofa på familierommet vårt knirket veldig høyt hver gang noen beveget seg og vekket oss gjennom natten.

Trés bon hotel. La personne qui gere le buffet au petit-déjeuner est vraiment très efficace et sympathique. La chambre est agréable. Dommage que la telne fonctionnait pas malgré un changement de piles de la télécommande.

The hotel was just over the boarder from Switzerland, easy accessible by walking, clean big rooms, lovely shower. Just slight problem with Tv which we ask reception twice about. Would definitely recommend

We chose this hotel as we have stayed there before and there was a pleasant lady on reception.This time however it took over 30 minutes to get checked in because of shocking inefficiency of the man on reception.As must people are aware the booking on the property reservation system shows as Expedia.com rather than Hotels.There in lies the problem !

Very nice and stylish hotel. I like the idea of a self service terminal for checking in late or check out early, but it was not working as supposed to be. Due to the friendly night watch we were able to call everything went well. We can highly recommend this place even if we only spend a few hours in the hotel

Rather an impersonal property with self check in if you arrive after 6pm. Check in quite difficult as the touch screen didn’t function properly. Paper thin walls between rooms, hard bed and hard pillows. Mediocre breakfast buffet definitely not worth 12euros! It’s a very new property and low budget so you get what you pay for which isn’t very much.

The Hotels doesn't seem to be accesible via train or bus. You have to either walk to hotel or drive /taxi. The hotel was having walls re-painted so there was a lot of mess in reception, but apart from that, the rooms were very big and offered just what was advertised. The bathroom was very nice.

Cet hôtel était notre dernière nuit en Alsace avant notre retour au Canada. Surprise! L'hôtel semble flambant neuf, tout est beau, propre, de bon goût. Très confortable. Nous n'avons pas déjeuné car on partait avant 6h00AM. À 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Bonne chose à savoir, le GPS de notre voiture de location nous amenait du côté suisse de l'aéroport, mais nous devions remettre la voiture du côté français. On a galéré un peu mais on s'en est sortis en utilisant Maps.

Excellent property! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was in a neighborhood but within walking distance to the little town with some good dining options. Definitely worth it!

Très bon accueil. Mes demandes par e-mail ont reçu une réponse rapide. L'hôtel est très propre, tout comme le parking adjacent. La décoration intérieure de l'hôtel est magnifique (ours rouge dans le hall, masques dans le couloir, grands tableaux...). Les chambres sont également très propres et très spacieuses, tout comme les salles de bains. Il y a des détails qui ne trompent pas : un véritable coin bureau, une cafetière, une bouilloire pour le thé, une véritable armoire, une belle penderie et même un mini coffre-fort. La salle de bain est également entièrement équipée avec une douche très spacieuse, du savon et du linge de toilette de qualité. Le chauffage fonctionne parfaitement. Le petit-déjeuner est également excellent et copieux. J'ai apprécié les détails des tasses et des verres alsaciens. Donc oui, mon prochain séjour dans la région se fera à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

Situated close to the Swiss border, we stay at The Arrow on a regular basis while traveling between the UK and Italy. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms comfortable and clean, with plenty of hot water and good climate control in the bedrooms. All important amenities after a long travel day. There are several restaurants, petrol stations and supermarkets within easy reach of the hotel as well which adds to the convenience. We don’t ever stop for breakfast so I can’t comment on that.
