Extended Stay America Suites - Corpus Christi - Staples

Had trouble with our reservation so had to pay basically twice and wait for my money to get refunded but the staff was really helpful they are the reason why I keep coming back

Had some booking issues but they were willing to work with us I love the staff there that's the reason why I keep coming back

Smoke smell lingering in hallways Ended up smelling like cigarettes when leaving Dirty frifge moldy dishwasher And roaches

The staff here is always friendly but there was some problems like with the the key getting stuck in the door having to have my door open for like an hour after and in the side door not opening having to walk all the way around but I'd stay here again

Bathroom had not been cleaned, smelled of urine. Bought my own Lysol to disinfect before using restroom. Room floors were buckled possibly from past water damage. Weak spots in floor. TV would go off when walking by it at certain parts of the floor, come back on when moved away from those spots. Possible wiring issues. I don’t believe the elevator or the building is up to code. Hotel needs major repairs and updates. Won’t go back to this one.
