Bay Dreamer Custom Lakefront House, Boathouse and Ramp on Toledo Bend Lake

The home was very spacious and we enjoyed having the large kitchen and seating areas. Big Plus. The fishing dock and deck were wonderful, fairly new and in great condition. Big Patio table and grill was excellent option to have for dinners. Outdoor patio furniture was broken and some chair cushions were unclean. We were accommodated with great size picnic table outside for enjoyable evenings.

Very spacious home, Great outdoor areas, patio with gas and charcoal grill. Another sitting spot over looking the bay with a fire pit. Great having a boat launch and boat house with lift on site. Beds were comfortable. In the evening we sat around the large dining table and played games. In the afternoon we sat at the boat house and watched the sunset. Very close to town.

Good view, we used this place for a meeting but exceptional fishing rental

House had everything you needed. Host was available anytime something was needed. House was peaceful. Our group had a wonderful time.

The house was clean and very nice. The dock was a mess. The trash can was over flowing with trash and the dock look was a very nice dock but looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. There were cobwebs everywhere and the lights were covered with bugs. It was a very nice large dock but needed cleaning.
