Visited the place March 2025 with 8year old son. The location is good, and easy to find with choices of restaurant closeby. The pool’s water is cooler in my opinion. Breakfast is just OK, the only fresh fruit is banana. Overall rate between 3-4.

It was a lovely clean property that was terribly understaffed. The staff that they had was polite and helpful but should the front desk attendant have to make beds and refill oatmeal at breakfast?????? On day one the housekeeper came and did a Great job, on day two no one showed up. Front desk had no one answering the phone, no housekeeping staff to bring fresh towels and for well over 200 a night was a made bed and trash emptied too much to ask for?

The carpet in the room was soaked and smelled musty. The air was stagnant and smelled of mold. I couldnt take off my shoes or my feet / socks would get soaked from the carpet. I tried calling the front desk to move rooms three times, was put on hold, and no one ever picked up.

Nice breakfast options available and the coffee decanter available during the day. Need a better system of replenishing towels!! Large number of hungry guests so kept breakfast offerings kept running short. Noisy ventilation in bathroom. Excellent location. Enjoyed the beds.

The hotel has been updated and is very nice. The staff is very welcoming! Our room was spacious. The only minor point was that there was only the bathroom mirror so hard to see you while body or get close for makeup. The bathroom lighting is very modern but dim. Will stay there again.

We stayed one night. Toni, at the front desk, was wonderful. She got us checked in, and when we discovered the refrigerator in our room wasn’t working, she quickly dealt with the problem. I highly recommend this hotel, and can’t say enough about how helpful Toni was.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful. Especially the person who checked us in, Addison. The room was nice, clean, beds were very comfy. Breakfast was not great. Waffle machine didn't cook waffles, gravy and biscuits were cold and the warmer wasn't even on, no water, no creamer, but the woman working was extremely nice and helpful. We'd stay again and just not eat breakfast.
