Outdated, and poorly cleaned

Wouldn’t stay here for free

The room was not clean at all. The floor and floor boards were dirty and sticky. Old dry fingernail polish on floor and some other sticky residue not sure what it was. Refrigerator outside door was dirty with kid stickers on the front. Microwave sounded like it was going to explode when turned on. Room had a musty smell to it. I chased and killed 2 bugs the last day there. Hallway looked like it hadn’t been swept in months. I could probably go on and on but the worst was on a whim decided to check the fire alarm in the room only to find that there were NO batteries in it. Unfortunately we will never stay there again or refer it to anyone. I can’t comment on staff because I never seen anyone other than the girl that checked me in. Of course the printer was not working so I never received a receipt and when I checked out another girl at the desk who I reported the fire alarm to. We were only there 2 nights and spent most of the day away from there. I suggest this place get a good inspection. There were many complaints that weekend by other people. On a positive note the air conditioning worked.

Towels in the room stained and dirty, curtains broken from one side, jacuzzi not working properly (holding the water). The phone from the room not working, the indoor warm water pool super cold.Staff did nothing to fix nor accommodate this issue I texted the manager and of course they did nothing care about anything but taking my money

I books 2 rooms for 2 nights… the front feel can only find my room and told me to take up the problem with the bilingüe dire after close to a. Hour of finding s person to talk to,,, the agent called the hotel and that deseches fir another 30 minutes i figure it our.. the issue was that he didn’t brother to look up my reservación but he found my name he didn’t brother to look further… having an attire the whole time. The room Didnt have fridge nor microwave. I found roach in the bathroom… STAY AWAY!!!
