The hotel itself was fine. Many places to eat and shop very close. The beds were horrendous. They felt like the supports under the mattress were about to break. Very creaky, made noise every time you readjusted, and felt like the mattress dipped in the middle. The pool was nice, the Spa jets didn’t work, and the whole pool area was filled with unattended kids. The parents were out in the outdoor living space not paying attention to them fooling around in the spa or jumping backwards into the pool. Not inherently a hotel issue, but a potential issue with zero staff even checking in at all. Breakfast was good, not great, but what you expect for a hotel breakfast. Staff were nice. For one night it was fine but we were definitely glad our stay wasn’t longer.

Very clean and friendly staff. Easy access to hwy and shopping. They serve breakfast for free and it was worth getting up for. The pool and spa whirlpool extremely clean. We really enjoyed our stay. One of the best places I stayed over on our road trip. Truly deserves a 5*

I booked a suite that was not clean when we arrived. There was hair in the bathrooms, mildew around the tub, stains on the comforter set, crumbs on the sofa, holes in the mattress and mold when I went to put the sheet on the sofa bed for my children.

We stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past and is usually very clean. Not so much this time. The carpet was dirty and torn. Chocolate candy on the floor under the desk when we arrived. Stained pillow cases and dirty grout in shower. When we arrived there were no employees at front desk and had to call for someone to help us. Hopefully this is just a bad experience and will be better in the future. We will give another try.

Facilities seemed clean enough but the room was dirty dirty dirty. Walls had stains all over them, bathroom vent had what looked like mold all over it, towels had hair on them, everything just seemed dirty. Unfortunately not a pleasant stay since the room is what we stayed there for. Pool and breakfast were fine for the kids but didn't get a good night's sleep with the cleanliness of the room.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Excellent service from front desk to cleaning the rooms. Breakfast is nicely set up and a lot of tables available. Location is great with multiple restaurants right in the same lot and more restaurants and lots of shopping close by. My 3rd time here and I love it more each time.

I have stayed here many times over the past few years. It’s always been very clean, no complaints. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room had no external noises, just the room air conditioning. Lobby and morning breakfast areas are nicely appointed. Breakfast was better than average for a hotel. We have stayed there before and had a great experience but this time our room was on the first floor next to the lobby and there was talking, yelling, and music blaring all night long. Also, though it was a suite, it was the smallest ‘suite’ we have ever stayed in and really is not a suite, just one room with no division between the beds and the couch/living space. Room was also dirty. Very disappointed.

I wasn't aware in advance, but I was booked for a handicap-accessible room. The room was fine. It was spacious, if a little dated. Unlike a Holiday Inn express I stayed in the night before, it didn't have USB outlets on the night stands. The white comforter had a stain on it, but it didn't seem dirty. The bathroom floor was especially slippery for wet feet, which seemed weird for a handicap room. Overall, it was a nice room and I'd stay there again if I needed to.

A quick review of half the parking lot as I walked in showed 7 lights needing replacement. The parking lot was very dark. Felt like an easy target for smash and grab thieves out of cars in a dark lot. Room 316 air conditioner was excessively loud. Definitely needs attention

Room was spacious and nice. I wish it had the lighted bath mirror like we find in other HI Express. It was a bit of a drive off the interstate. The TV guide was not matching the channels that were available so we had to flip through them to find something we liked.

When I arrived, there was a big group of noisy basketball players/parents/coaches. The front desk employee offered to move my room to the 2nd floor and gave me a quiet room away from the elevator and amenities. It was so quiet and restful. Everything was in good repair and clean. Especially the breakfast bar. Meticulous attention to upkeep. Customer service +++ Friendly, not just courteous! I frequently drive from Maine to Ohio and Scranton is 1/2 way. I’ll definitely be back. Bed was so comfortable.

Over a stay of 5 nights our room was not cleaned for 2 consequtive days. The front desk claimed it shoudn,t have happened the first night and said it would be corrected. It was not. The same thing happened the next day. We had to take our trash to the front desk and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The woman we were dealing with at the front desk was very apologetic.I believe the problem was with housekeeping. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and were very satisfied. In the future we will be seeking other accomodations.

We had two separate reservations on back to back nights due to shifting travel plans and winter weather. At check in, the front desk attendant merged our two reservations into one so that we didn’t need to check out or switch rooms between reservations. It was seemless and easy and quick! Superb experience and exemplary customer service.

Overall my experience was good, the pool and hot tub was nice, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff did double charge my card, that was a terrible inconvenience. I paid for my room in advance 2 days prior, during check in, when they asked for my card, I let them know I already paid, more than once, and they still managed to charge my card again. The manager credited me back 1 of 2 fees my account got hit with for their mistake. But I would definitely go again.

This was the second time I stayed here in the last two Months and was happy both times. Consistent. Clean, good location, can walk to 3 restaurants (Texas Roadhouse, etc,). Location is close to several great stores. Breakfast was good!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the overall experience was lovely. The room was comfortable, even though we had four kids with us; the beds were soft, and we didn't feel crowded at all. The breakfast was great, the pool was perfect for our kids, and my husband loved the hot tub. Parking was convenient, we were close to shopping and restaurants, and there was even an aquarium close by - our kids really enjoyed that. It was a perfect place to stay, and we'd definitely stay there again.

This hotel is amazing, especially for the price. The entire property is spotless. We stayed there on our way down to our destination and on our way back and each room was perfectly clean. The bed is one of the most comfortable of any hotel or airbnb we've stayed in....and with 2 college athletes, we travel A LOT! The breakfast is far better than the average "free" breakfast. Fresh made pancakes, warm cinnamon rolls, fresh made bacon, omlettes, sausage, yogurt, cereal, etc. Additionally every staff member we talked to, from the fellow who was keeping up with the breakfast line, the front desk, the housekeepers, etc was super friendly. The area the hotel sits among is loaded with shopping and restaurant options. We absolutely would stay here again!
