A July reviewer said pool was unavailable. Still was 3 months later. Desk guy, when we asked if we could get comped in some fashion said, "there is no such thing". Will never stop here again!

Overall this hotel is well maintained and clean. The bed was super comfy. They put us in a handicapped room (no idea why) so the shower situation was a little wierd. Breakfast was ok. Eggs and sausage were not really that good. Lots of other selections. Automatic pancake maker was fun. Front desk guy was just ok. We picked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. Upon arriving were told it was not open. Too bad, kinda ruined it for us.

They could use a massive upgrade every time I stay here the trash is full the Elevator doesn’t work the key cards one works the other one doesn’t the pool needs a big upgrade I only stay cause I’m close to where I need to be in the area and the prices are ridiculous for a 3⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel! This could be a nice hotel if you did upgrades

(1st) I tried to cancel my reservation within 9 hours left to cancel, I had until 4pm to cancel so I tried several times since 7am that morning and they refused my cancellation so I had to stay because they already took my money. (2nd) when I get there they tell me that the pool is out of service the entire time me and my family were there. Smh that's the only reason we decided to stay there. (3rd) the elevator broke down every few trips, they claimed it overheats every few times it's used. Meaning we had to walk up steps to our rooms. The entire stay was an extremely terrible experience and we will NEVER go back. The only positive thing I can say about this particular hotel was the breakfast was good

It wasn't an awful stay it was just filled with inconveniences. Door battery dead needed front desk to get in our room. The thermostat wasn't a program to a set temp, it didn't sync with the fan correctly it didn't matter whether it was on hot low slow forced out freezing air or none at all. Gym equipment was pretty lame and treadmill was broken. Pool ended up being unusable cause a light fixture was loose in the pool and they did not have maintenance on duty. All doors on the floor close extremely loudly and the toilets flushing are loud. Nothing was awful but nothing was as it should have been either. Definitely was not worth the price paid. Will do better and more research before booking next time.

Awesome experience from check in to check out. The staff was beyond amazing!! Customer service is on point. The property is in great shape, well lit and is really safe for families. The pool was warm and really helped my cranky newborn drift off to sleep. Breakfast was great there was a nice variety of healthy items. I highly recommend the potatos. The place has a family vibe that makes you feel welcome.

Check in took 30 minutes and it’s typical for someone not to be at front desk. Our room smelled like a dog, apparently they allow pets. The ice making broken on floor so constantly had to go down to lobby. Breakfast wasn’t edible.

The hotel was obviously recently updated, but not very clean. It seems like a family runs the hotel and does not have professional cleaners for the rooms or maintenance. Free breakfast was less than appetizing, ended up getting McDonald's next door.

The room we stayed in had lots of stains on the bed skirts and blankets. Behind the toilet was dirty, broken tiles and mold on the shower curtain. The TV had no reception and WiFi was poor. Breakfast was supposed to be 7-10 but was last minute changed to 6-9 on a Saturday and when we arrived at 8:30 there was nothing left and the room was trashed. Children were running up and down the halls at 10pm at night.

The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.

Arrived - Bathroom Lobby was soiled with blood . Checked in Room #1 - Beds had dust from either a vent , vacuum or machinery. Transferred room #2 - Hair bathroom , toilet dirty , found dead bug inside sofa bed , Had to run to Walmart to purchase a air mattress instead. No extra linen or pillows , had to asked to be transferred to another room .

One night stay after Hershey since the closer hotels were booked or $300 a night due to a concert. Hotel is updated& the breakfast was a plus. However, it wasn't replenished quickly. The girl working it seemed to give preferential treatment to another Indian family by bringing the food directly to them. It was very annoying because then there was nothing left. My nephew & i ended up eating the cheesecake from dinner the night before for breakfast. The room was a good size However the bathroom shower curtain was dirty& stained. Room was pretty clean but i found hair on the desk which was not my hair color. Took a look at the pool & its small 3ft to 4ft. Good value for the $$$.

Very conveniently located next to the highway and staff are friendly. The bathroom was not clean and the breakfast buffet was not good. Pancake machine out of order, orange juice out of stock, fruit was very ripe.

The TV was constantly pixelated and they couldn’t fix it right away. It was better in the morning but still not quite right. The pillows are uncomfortable. This is my opinion and that of my gf. Good breakfast. Too bad. These are easy fixes but I won’t be staying there again under the existing circumstances.

These rooms are soundproof!! Not even the semi trucks idling could be heard. When I stayed in a nearby hotel I could hear the snoring from the room next door. Clean and hospitable - nice room layout for sitting and although not a full kitchen set-up, all my needs were possible.

The property is nothing like the pics. It seems to be family owned and operated—front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning crew. My room was located next to the highway. So at times it was noisy. Ice machine doesn’t work. Breakfast, so,so. It was perfect for catching up my stomach. It’s a place to sleep and have a shower if there isn’t a water break in the main line, which affected the hotel.

The hotel overall is nice and rooms are neat . Our stay overall was nice, Breakfastwas good. Some stuff needs attention, like there was no remote in the room, then tv wasn't working, room key card were not working properly. No napkins in the room besides bathroom. No one was present on the front desk most of the time.

My stay was for 6 nights. I had reserved a king suite and the room was comfortable but a bit dated. The tile flooring had chunks of grout missing. The bed was comfortable, and the refrigerator, microwave and thermostat worked well. There was noise from the highway as the hotel lies near Rt 83 and the PA turnpike. The free breakfast in the morning was a hard NO. The items they placed out that were hot were all microwaved food, even the eggs. The home fries were cold and hard or warm and mushy, depends on where you got them from the pan. The eggs were absolutely atrocious but any time you microwave eggs it's not going to taste good. The automatic pancake machine was making rubbery plastic pucks. I didn't try the yogurt machine or the cold cereal. I would imagine there would be nothing wrong with the cereal. I tried the food 3 different times, but it was always the same. You can't expect good food from a place that has no kitchen. All the food is prepared in the storage room in microwaves. The food aside, the stay was comfortable for what it was. An inexpensive hotel that offered a comfortable bed to sleep.

Our family is relocating to PA and we are staying at a hotel while the final touches are being put on our home and the experience has been awesome since check-in. The staff is extremely friendly and made checking in with a baby and 2 service animals a breeze. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is guest laundry on site and the machines work great. The breakfast is a great perk. I would recommend this hotel to families or women traveling alone because I feel very safe here and the property is very quiet and low key. Overall awesome experience!! Staff is beyond kind.

Hotel was decently clean but showing its age and in need of some reno’s. It’s close to the highway and has lots of food choices nearby which is nice. Biggest downfall is its definitely lacking staff, the provided breakfast was always out of items and you had to go look for someone to replenish them. We stayed for three days and no one tidied / cleaned our room or replaced any towels. Only saw the same two staff members the whole time we were there, not sure if they’re the only ones?

The young man at check in was condescending and rude. We asked to check in early as check in wasn’t till 3pm we checked in at 220 and they charged us an additional $20. Once we finally got to the room the door didn’t work. We again had to go back down to the reception area with nobody to be found. I had to call the hotel and inform the man working that I was back due to the key / door not working. He again was rude and said that they would have to sent maintenance to look at the door. At this point it was 245. Once I stated this I also asked for the $20 to be returned. He declined and reluctantly changed the room. I will never book at this place again. They should have heavily discounted due to the pool also being closed.

Our heat quit working at 4 am in our room . We called front desk many times and went down and no one was there. We were freezing . At 6:30 am we finally found someone , who is kitchen / breakfast staff mainly. Told him the problem . No one addressed it. They didn’t even try to speak to us about the problem We got limited sleep due to freezing in our room . The rest of the property was very clean, no odors notes in halls etc. I just don’t think you should not be able to reach someone at the desk etc . What you have a problem . Someone should be staffed or available to answer calls for problems at all times . And they should actually address the problem not ignore it

Right next to turnpike exit, so there’s noise from that (doesn’t bother me, but it’s noticeable). No one at front desk when I checked out, had to email receipt (needed for work). Pool closed, but lobby smelled like pool. Bed was comfortable, room was reasonably clean. Breakfast was nothing amazing, but very edible with no unpleasant after effects.

It's right off the highway and adjacent to a gas station. At first the noise from the highway might be jarring, but one quickly gets over it. Breakfast is prompt and gives what's needed. The coffee machine is great. Has a gym if one wants to use it. A pool, too. There's microwave/hairdryer/iron in room.

We had no issues with the room we were staying in but the grounds and the hotel itself was horrible. Not clean. Not well maintained. The indoor pool was gross. There were several areas throughout the property that looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The complimentary breakfast was terrible.

Our room was clean, well-maintained, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Part of the reason I stay here is the indoor pool. It is small, but large enough and warm enough you can swim laps. I used it for 30 minutes before bed and 30 minutes in the morning. My two friends and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, orange or apple juice, and cereal are available. We have stayed here before and will do so again.

When I arrived to the property it took someone a while to check me in. I called the number it said to call but only the front desk phone rang which obviously if no one’s there how can they answer it. After waiting, I got checked in. We went to our room. There was a strange smell. We went to the pool which was ice cold. In the morning we went down to check breakfast and the pancake machine wasn’t working, the yogurt machine wasn’t working and they were out of milk. There wasn’t much to choose from to eat.

This property should be a 2 start hotel. We checked in at 250p. Told to wait 10 mins which we waited 20 & headed to the room. We were stopped & told it’s not ready yet. Breakfast was terrible. Poor kids wanted waffles or pancakes & told the machine was broke. So was the juice machine & yogurt machine Never again for what we pd. Also jetted tub was chipped all over as did the bathroom walls

The floors outside the elevator was dirty. Room not big deal, it was clean. Pillows smaller than regular size pillows. Breakfast too plain, just eggs, biscuits and grave (not really good), pancakes good. Back door wasn't working, anybody could enter the building.
