Staff was rude and unhelpful. Pool/ hot tub was closed (staff would not tell me for how long, they just seemed like I was interrupting them for even asking) and the shower had hair in it before we used it.

The property was quiet and kept up. They had construction going on, but you hardly knew it was happening as they kept it contained to an area where it did not affect guests. The pool was amazing! Breakfast was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again!

I liked the staff as they did try, but non-working elevator when on the top floor, 89 years old, after a long wait met walking up stairs with a bag, not leaving for dinner or the hot tub and to top it off, the TV was malfunctioning therefore nothing to do but sit in the room- so not a pleasant stay.

Property was under construction, didn't have access to lots of amenities, but the price was the same. The floors are very thin.So you could hear everyone walking around above you, it was really loud at night. The elevator broke several times, as did the ice machine.

Filthy. The room looks lime it had no care jn detail cleaning. The base boards are covered in dust. The bathroom door has a mirror on it with paint on it. You could have scraped the paint off it. The room doors dead bolt lock did not work. Someone tried for fix it with a piece of sheet metal and a dry wall screw. Really!!!! For a chain hotel i except better.

No running water from 10am - 5pm, so we couldn’t sleep in and basically had to check out at 10am rather than 12pm. Internet was painfully slow and I had work to do. There was a wet spot on the carpet of our “pet friendly room” We wanted to use the hot tub at night and it was pitch black in the pool area, even though the pool is supposed to be open until 10pm.

Everything looked new and clean. The hot tub and pool were not clean and did not work properly. The air conditioner was so loud that it was difficult to sleep and the floor creaked so loudly that it woke the others up while walking on it. Hopefully the AC units are next to be replaced.

This used to be a Holiday Inn that was remodeled when it was purchased by Hilton. They did a beautiful job. We had stayed in a similar room many times, but now the room was so spacious with new furnishings. One complaint was there was not a luggage rack for a secobd suitcase and the one available space for obe suitcase was not wide enough. We were toldthat was the Hilton's new policy. No stand alobe luggage rack. beautiful

Friendly staff. Room had no closet to hang clothes, No towel rack in bathroom to hang wet towels and it took 20 minutes of running the water before there was hot water to shower. Good hot breakfast but due to the other issues mentioned will probably not stay there again. Expect more from a Hilton property.

The staff were wonderful, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the floors are very creaky. I know it may be some work but pleass get the floor boards secured better so that it doesnt creak anymore. It would wake us up when the people above us moved. Thank you. (Or floors made the same noise.

Located on a bluff on the north side of west Mesquite, so very safe location. We had our car full of stuff we were bringing back to Colorado after 2 months in California so this was very important to us. Nice view if you have an upper floor room facing south.

The bigger issue was the noise — the room was not well insulated, and I could clearly hear sounds from the hallway, neighboring rooms, and from the floor above. Our suite was so big we even moved the couch closer to the tv :) Pool and breakfast was great. Easy, safe parking. Our balcony was a highlight as we watched the beautiful sunset.

This property is going through multiple changes, including a name change to Hampton Inn from Holiday Inn Express, that I was not informed me. As I checked in, after 3:30pm, I was told by the front desk person that my room was not ready and to leave a number where I could be contacted. When I asked when the room would be available, the same person told me that she wasn't sure. I was kindly informed that I could wait by the pool, but wasn't told how long the wait would be in the 77 degree weather. Since I was not sure how long I would wait for my room to be available, I inquired if I could switch to another room, that was available. This was something the front desk did do, but with hesitation. Also, while booking this trip more than a month ago, I indicated that I was traveling with a pet, and I complied with the requests. After checking in and unloading my luggage, and with my pet next to me, the same front desk lady mentioned, "You have a pet. Good thing I caught that, since it cost $75.00 for your pet." I told her, "Do what you want." I told her that I went through Expedia and I mentioned that I was traveling with a pet, and I knew how much the fee was." Her tone was more concerned with charging a pet fee than accommodating me with a room that should have been ready at 3:00pm. There are more concerns I share, and I will not be returning to this specific hotel, regardless if I have regular travel plans to this city.

When we arrive we were greeted by the front desk receptionist and she was pretty nice. Now here's the terrible part, it was time to sleep and all of a sudden we hear loud stomping and slamming from the floor above us. It kept going for at least 30 minutes to an hour. We were trying to sleep and we couldn't! We called the front desk receptionist, which I doubt was the same one that checked us in the morning, because this receptionist was pretty rude. We had called about a couple times until they finally answered. When my husband was explaining to her what's been going on, she got upset with him. Instead of her kindly saying that she would be doing something about it, she just said oh well they just checked in. So all the stomping and slamming kept going for a long time. It was terrible! After a long trip we came here expecting that we were going to get some good sleep. We didn't.

I didn’t like the door lock , locked us out if the room late at night and we needed to wait for maintenance to show up two hours later. my kids were tired of being in the pool, hungry, and all of our belongings were locked in the room. we had to wait and sit in the lobby for over two hours for the door to be open. then Sunday morning we were told we couldn’t get in the pool because at 11 o’clock. They decided to pour chemicals into the pool.

Mindy the General Manager along with her staff is true top notch. I travel a lot for pleasure as well as business and nothing in my book beats good ole fashion hospitality and service. Our country and hospitality industry as a whole can take lessons for this small, but very efficient group of professionals. Jeremy at the front desk was extremely helpful switching my rooms and very considerate when I was sick and ordered take out to the room. Highly recommend staying in their beautifully renovated rooms with incredible staff and sensational pricing.

Pros: clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast Cons: ice machine on floor out of order, luggage push cart felt like it had flat tires and was extremely hard to push to room and front staff knew about these poor quality luggage carts. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
