The room I was put in needed a new key reader the toilet stopped working completely I was forced to leave my door open if I left the room causing my belongings to be stolen. The AC didn't work wouldn't push cold air. There was no towels nor bedding on bed. The wifi isn't free like stated online. It cost 3 dollars a day and is constantly going out. Was yelled at by one of the managers for coming out of my room to cool down because outside was cooler than inside the room. Exact words was stay in your f***ing room. Requested a full refund and was denied

The place was ratchet before I even hit the door. The lobby was hot. The elevator doesn't work. Hallways smell and look stale. No TV available, no towels, no tissue, no soap. Bathroom dirty. Floor dirty. But for the price and area, what should I expect?

This hotel is horrible undesirable people were every where! UNSAFE! I was told there was no tv because they were under renovation after booking and paying… the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we walked out to multiple men hanging out in the hallway and the all had guns! DO NOT BOOK HERE GHETTO AND UNSAFE… no discount was given for not having a tv or basic necessities

Rooms have no flooring, no curtains on windows, no TV, no air conditioning, no shower curtains, no toilet tissue or towels. Ceiling was caving in, vanity was separated from the wall, no working plumbing fixtures, snd water leaking on the floor. We immediately left and had to pay for a different motel for the night as this was unsafe and unsanitary.

The property was extremely run down. It had old bullet proof glass to talk to the receptionist. The 1st room I was checked into had a homeless person there. The 2nd room was on the 4th floor. The elevators did not work. Wall paper was peeling and stains were everywhere. I did not feel safe there and left. A waste of money, no refund and I will not be using Expedia again for listing such a property.

The room I booked is nothing that the ad promotes. I didn’t have a refrigerator, tv or WiFi. Plus when I got in the room the power went out and almost had someone broke in my room. Not safe at all for nobody not even a dog

This hotel is not at all like the photos in the listing. Carpet ripped up, drug deal in parking lot, paint peeling, lightbulbs missing in hall ways, no staff at front desk, run down part of town. Very scary looking. We cancelled reservation and booked elsewhere.

It exactly what to expect from a $40 hotel. You can get eaten alive by bed bugs and have to double check your pockets to ensure you're not taking roaches with you when you leave. Toilet don't flush and don't even attempt the shower.

Once I arrived, there was no room available when I got to the hotel. Not because they were full; there were no clean rooms. This was around 2 or 3 in the evening. I had to sit in the lobby with my belongings for close to an hour I had to settle for a room that was not clean nor up to par. The bed sheets had dried up blood on them. The facility was filthy and there was violence throughout the night which made me feel very unsafe. I was not pleased at all with but stay there.

There is no tv in the rooms, there are loud crazy people out of the rail thin walls and they are screaming, you have to pay for wifi $3, the room is musty with a fly in it. The laundry who knows when it is changed, and the hotel did not acknowledge its hotels.com reservation therefore I had to pay an additional $40 just to come in and have a place to stay for the evening. I would have come out better spending $50-$60 some place more sophisticated and self respect friendly rather than low paying room which reminds me of section 8 housing or less.

I was told there was no tv because they were under renovation after booking and paying… the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we walked out to multiple men hanging out in the hallway and the all had guns! DO NOT BOOK HERE GHETTO AND UNSAFE… no discount was given for not having a tv or basic necessities

Hotel was unliveable room was disgusting drugs be sold and used everywhere should be taken off any site to be booked everything was nasty room wasn't suited for animals should be shut down immediately by the state

They are very dishonest and nasty people. The place should be condemned. Roaches own the place. Junkies everywhere, condoms in the hallway along with bodily fluids. This place should not be allowed on expedia at all. Book at your own risk

This hotel is not at all like the photos in the listing. Carpet ripped up, drug deal in parking lot, paint peeling, lightbulbs missing in hall ways, no staff at front desk, run down part of town. Very scary looking. We cancelled reservation and booked elsewhere.

The picture is at least 10 years old this hotel is run down it should not even be on hotels.com to the last 10 years I probably stayed at 200 hotels this doesn't even get a quarter of a star it's absolutely horrendous do not stay there very unsafe area

The manager on duty 07/25/26 was terrible. They escorted me to my room and asked if I want to check I said yes and settled in. Later I leave the property and come back and a girl in my room. The hotel checked her in my room. She told me the manger said she can have my stuff. The stay was terrible. But regardless of being a poor quality hotel, They should’ve had outstanding professionalism at least.

It was hard to get to. Was not in good repair. I have stayed in beter for less. I would not recommend to anyone. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. When I threw back the bed covers, it was nof clean. This is not worth $55. This was more of a low income residential hotel. I would recommend that Hotels.com remove from their list.
