Tv remote in the living room was not working. Staff tried to fix but it remained broken the hall time we just the 1 remote from the bedroom. I was impressed that the use of washers and dryers was FREE and you just needed to bring your own detergent. We stayed in a suite that had a separate bed room and pull out couch it was very nice.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience overall. The staff was very attentive and friendly. While the hotel itself is a bit outdated and one of the elevators was out of service, the suites are well maintained, nicely renovated, and very clean. No complaints about cleanliness or comfort — I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cleveland!

Everything was great. The staff helped me retrieve my boarding pass, free coffee is always good. The room had all the amenities as a regular kitchen would have...sink disposal, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge. Hey, free washer and dryer on main floor, queen sized bed. I highly recommend this particular hotel. Also in the room is dishware, toaster, lazy chair, clothes basket, ironing board. you could live there. (a stuffed fridge was not included!)

The property was well maintained and had many nice features such as outdoor couches and chairs along with a sheltered area with a gas grill. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean.

I liked my stay but probably will stay somewhere else due to being charged a $5 a day parking fee .im paying for my room so i dont expect to pay to park in a half empty lot and be charged for that too. Front desk was pretty nice for most part. Was clean and convenient to interstate shopping and restaurants

It was comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being right off the interstate. They have one of the better gyms I've seen at a hotel of this level. The place is showing its age, but the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I appreciated being able to have my dogs with me.

I think the property is relocating nearby, so they don't seem to be keeping up with any routine maintenance or wear and tear. Everything smelled in the hallways, like the carpeting was dirty or musty. Air circulation was poor in the common areas. Our suite was very dusty. White towels had spots on most of them, like bodily fluids. Two in-room coffee machines did not work. Toilet seat busted. The suite layout was nice and having a full fridge and freezer was a bonus. But they don't dust! The couches had hair and crumbs on them. If you're relocating, please tell us before we book. Not cool.

The room was clean but had a very bad odor. I was lucky enough to be 5 minutes from a walmart so I bought deodorizing spray and it helped me get through the night. It was an overwhelming aroma and I only stay a night so I bore through it. The staff was good. They allowed me in the room early but they weren't always at the desk. The bed was comfortable.

Like: room design, size, cleanliness. Staff was friendly Liked the kitchen and sitting area. Very nice set up. Sheets in room were very clean. Towels were clean. This place needs to enforce the no smoking policy. Could improve: the hotel smelled like a mixture of cigarettes and “drugs” smell. I had a headache all night and into the morning. The fixtures were very dusty. When were they dusted last? Mattress on sleeper sofa had large blood like stain on it. The mattress cover in room had several yellow spots on it. Coffee maker: had water in it! How long has the water been in it? When was it cleaned last? Do you realize the water is the breeding ground for bacteria? Will I stay here again: probably not

Not clean. A/C was terrible. Everything in room became damp. Musty moldy smell. If I was staying more than 2 nights I would have left after first night and eaten the money.

The room was very dirty. Sheets were very clearly unchanged. There was hair and crumbs left in the bed from the previous people. There was a dog hair all over the chairs in the living area. I was unable to stay due to the cleanliness and had to check out and book another hotel in the area. My son had an allergic reaction because of the amount of dog hair. The front desk woman was absolutely amazing and tried her best to help me. I was only refunded one day even though I was in and out in under an hour. Pass if you’re able to.

The hotel was ok. Nothing to get excited about. The rooms were pretty clean but not super clean. Inside the dressers was dirt, the elevator smelled like diesel fuel. When we went to check in we heard a guest ask for 2 extra wash cloths and the woman at the desk said no because as we wash them we distribute them out right away. The guest said ok and when I was checking in she said some people just don’t get it. Which led me to not want to ask for pillows and bedding for the pull out bed in my room and I went to Walmart across the street to buy what I needed. I would say cleanliness is 6/10. The strong smell of diesel fuel in the elevator and dirty dated carpets throughout were off putting. This will sadly be the first and last time I stay with this place. Not a good first impression.

The kichen area is great for an extended stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Sonesta Suites is a nice extended Stay place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The neutral colors, clean softinens make you feel at home. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen area has new appliances, and basic essentials. The bathroom is large and the shower works like a charm. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

2 room suite with sofabed and recliner in living area. TV in both bedroom and living room. Large, built-in table can serve double duty as desk and dining table. Chairs around table were a bit worn, but sturdy and comfortable. One of the chairs was a rolling office chair. Kitchenette was spotless and functional. Fridge made a little noise, but not enough for me to complain about. Ceramic two burner stovetop and microwave worked fine. Coffee maker can use standard filters, if you want your own coffee. Slide thru AC/heating unit worked well and quietly. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was good. Have stayed here before and would stay again.

Pretty nice place. Loved that it had a separate bedroom. The only things that weren’t satisfactory is there was no pillows for the pull out. I had to give up pillows. The hotel was out. Also the bedroom didn’t really cool down. Other than that, it was great. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is fine but I can’t understand how maintenance could leave a room in such poor condition and still assign it to guests. The floor of the shower tub was cracked and peeling, it was not comfortable to stand in with broken fiberglass beneath your feet. How do you not take this room out of service and fix this? Plus no daily maid service? I’m going to simply stop staying at hotels that don’t have daily maid service, this started during Covid, then was made policy to save resources, but we all know this was to reduce costs by cutting wages of those most in need of a living wage and often don’t have a voice to be heard. It’s ridiculous, and major chains like this need to do better.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of our room. I expected a pull out couch but there was a whole other bed in here which worked out perfect. There was no air conditioner in the bedroom and that sucked but it worked.

The main takeaway from my experience was how loud it was at night while trying to sleep. The walls must be really thin because you could hear everything going on in the hallway, other rooms beside ours, and also the highway traffic that runs right next to the hotel. The room was nice, but the furniture was quite worn in parts of the room, and the bathroom was a bit outdated.

The receptionist was rude and not solution oriented. My reservation was confirmed and she was very dismissive even seeing the confirmation email from me as the customer. And refused to offer any solution and had me waiting over an hour while contacting Expedia who also confirmed the reservation.

I had a fantastic stay at Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland North Olmsted Airport. The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing night after a long day of travel. The check-in experience with Katie was an absolute delight. She was friendly, efficient, and brought such positive energy to the process that it instantly set the tone for a great stay. But what really stood out was her attentiveness and care—after I checked out, she called me to let me know I had left my medication behind before I even had a chance to realize it. Her quick thinking and thoughtfulness truly went above and beyond. Katie is a true asset to this hotel, and I can’t thank her enough for her help. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

So, I stayed here for 3 nights and the experience could have been a lot better. During my stay, I never even got my room serviced while staying there. I requested for extra towels to be sent to my room and I was told I can just pick them up at the front desk as if this not a hotel that I PAID for!!! One of supervisors tells me that you have to stay 30 plus days to get your room serviced due to "policy”.Then my key stop working to get into my room. I go to the front desk and asked if I can get my key reactivated, she asked me what room # so I told her then she asked what’s the name on the reservation and I told her. Then turn around and asked me for my ID to unlock my door(my ID was in the room that was locked). I showed her my Apple ID where it haves my name picture and still proceeded to say she needs ID because she don’t know if it’s me or not. I go upstairs to get into my room and the front desk staff is calling the hotel phone for me to come back down to show her my ID. I will admit there were some nice staffs there but the overall experience was terrible definitely won’t book there again!

The day was hot and stuffy, everyone everywhere was feeling it and you could tell. We get to our hotel and everything was WONDERFUL! No underlying smell, the air cool, and then we were greeted by Kristen. Kristen spent time to put us in a better mood until our entire group was visibly smiling. She put up with many night runs to the hotels cute "store". She checked on us every time we left and came back, asking if we are enjoying ourselves, inquired where we went and if there was anything she could do to make us more comfortable. I've NEVER been treated like true family at a similar establishment. I've been traveling more recently due to some conventions, I will definitely be booking with Simply Suites again :)

Hospitality was awesome. The girls at the front desk were nice and helpful. Check-in was super easy. There's lots of places to eat around the area, the mall and Wal-Mart are right across the street. The highway is right around the corner so it was convenient if you want to go to downtown or other areas. I was on the second floor and it was quiet the 2 nights I stayed there. I would definitely come back to stay in the future.

It was close to the airport, close to shopping and restaurants, close to interstates, close to the Beck Arts Center and close to Bay Village. The hotel is an older property but my room was recently remodeled. it was clean and I would book again if I returned to the Cleveland area.

This place is nice of course not new but I felt the room was clean and setup perfectly. I enjoyed a hot bath and could actually watch tv from the main room. Great value! I will stay here again. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. However there was very limited optiions in the lobby snack machines. And no tea!! There wasn’t anything I could walk to for breakfast since I didn’t have a car

The room was as advertised, no suprises. The $5 parking fee (for 1 overnight stay) added to the bill was a surprise Free 24/7 coffee was nice to have Bring your own tea bags, although they still provide free hot water for it

Great one-night stay for $80 + tax = $94. Best good-quality bargain near Cleveland airport. Clean and comfortable. The thermostat on the wall was easy to use and adjusted the heat quickly and effectively. I used the elliptical machine in the gym and it worked well. Thanks for letting me check out at noon instead of 11am. Two things would have made it five stars instead of four -- 1) The shower in room 419 was well stocked with shampoo and conditioner but the body wash was empty. 2) Would have been nice to have a tea option in addition to the in-room coffee.

The cost was too high for a place with no amenities, no breakfast and that turned off the water in the morning. I would never have booked knowing the water would be turned off. Other similar properties at least offer breakfast.

We booked a room with a sofa bed for 3 of us, and they had sold those rooms so we got stuck with a queen bed for 3 people. The property is not well maintained, dirty carpet, chipped paint, lots of dirty doors and walls. The air conditioner had some mold, as well as the toilet and sink. There was an old chair that was very run down and they try to cover it up with a cheap cloth chair cover, which I suspect is not cleaned. Very dusty. Recliner chair that was broken. 10 mins into is getting into the room, the front desk staff tried to enter our room. Lucky we had the lock on so they couldn’t get in. I was so surprised and opened the door to see who was trying to get into our room and when I saw it was their own front desk staff, they said, “the computer said this room was still free so I wanted to check.” If you are not sure, always knock instead of trying to enter the room! Would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a convenient location and at a reasonable price. However, it could definitely use a refresh. The room and common areas were in less than desirable condition and cleanliness overall. I would likely opt to stay elsewhere next time I am in the area.
