This place is horrible, pics on website do not match actual place. Rooms were old, dingy and inclean. No breakfast or food whatsoever like website states. They state dont charge cars til checkin. They charged my card for one night early morning of check in before i wven checked in. Room was booked two nights. Then When i get there the stated there was a required cash only refundable deposit of $50 which took all money in my account. Which I didn't have so had to use their atm charging my card another 3.25. DO NOT go here. Its fraudulent, dirty and a complete waste of time and money

They claim an airport shuttle but couldn't confirm if driver would be in or not. So me needing a ride to airport at 5am took an uber. Mind you looking in the parking lot that morning only about 30 cars at most. Price is cheap and you get what you pay for. And nothing when booking shows you have to have a cash security deposit. Would I stay there again??? Probably not

In a five night stay, the room key never worked two days in a row. I once had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk, with three other guests who were having the same issue. There is no restaurant, despite advertising and signage saying there is.

Don't stay here. L o l o m g. Let's start it when I got there.Alice terrified, it looks like a trucker.Stop that nobody cares about. I checked in anyway and they gave me. 214 was the room number and it was dirty. The beds were dusty. It had no refrigerator microwave. Nothing. It had a television that had a tube. It was like a tube TV one of those ones from 1980 television with 8 channels.. So I asked to be switched. They did, so please switch me to 219. Which is better because 2 14's bathroom was disgusting? I wonder if I can share pictures.. Sorry, no, but 219 was better. You know, it did have a microwave or television so forth and then I called down to ask where which floor had ice on it, the desk clerk told me the 5th floor had ice on it. I said thank you, and I went up to the 5th floor and there's a note on it that says the ice. Machine is broken so I go down to the 1st floor. And it's informed that the ice machine is broken at the desk.He goes.Oh, let me get you some ice.So he goes over to a closed bar.They don't it's not open.They just had a bar and air bar-and-grill if they don't use anymore.And it was dusty and disgusting and he went into.God knows where got me some ice cause I couldn't see him.. The key card system went down and it took a long time to be able to get into our room. Only one of the two elevators was in service. Wifi only worked in the hallway or in the lobby. Overall its an old building in rougher shape.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room was filthy, run down, disheveled, stains on furniture, carpet and walls. The wallpaper was pealing in multiple areas. There were stains on multiple walls, furniture and the carpet. There was water stains on the inside of the light fixture in the bathroom. There was black mold in the shower. There wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator. The only good thing was we didn’t see any bed bugs.

This was my 1st time ever staying at one of your hotels and let me tell you! I would like a full REFUND after my disturbing stay at your hotel. The bulding its self was dirty. It smelled bad. The room smelled bad. The carpet had stains all over it. There where cigarette burns on the furniture(Dressers,Shower,and even a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. I had to sleep with towels on the bed because I wasnt sure the sheets where even changed then). The bathroom light didnt work or was hard to figure out because it wasnt a normal light switch to flick. Also the phone didnt work. So if I had an emergency I had to take the elevator down to the lobby to talk to someone. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had at a Hotel. Especially one that is supposed to be near the airport. You really need to look into this hotel. It is very very embarrassing to have a hotel in that type of poor condition to be open. I have video's and pictures of my room to prove everything I have said. This was not a comfortable hotel at all to stay at. I will not be staying at thos particular hotel again. I would like a full REFUND back of my money very soon. I think that is fair with the conditions the hotel was in. Thank you.

There were people smoking Fetnyal outside of the building, the rooms had stained sheets and cigarette burns on the beds and the carpets. The shower was covered in mold and all the pictures you see on this site are not representative of whats there. Avoid at all costs!

Been traveling for over 50 years. Without a doubt the dirtiest room I ever had. Totally worn out. Bathroom floor was all sticky. extorted a $50.00 CASH deposit. This building should be demolished. This is the first time I ever complained about a room. A total embarrassment to the chain.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this hotel was truly unacceptable. The room was very dirty, with disgusting stains and stuff smeared on the walls. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. To make things worse, none of the electrical plugs worked, so I couldn’t charge my phone or laptop. I told the front desk, but nothing was fixed. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and working amenities. Would not stay here again.

Price was good, A/C was cold, water ran, close to airport, parking lot well lit. Room old. Sliding doors would not lock, stains on chairs and carpet. Wallpaper falling from wall, very old and dated, ceiling patched. Needs a complete overhaul. Not sure how Wyndham connects their name to this property.

Only 1 light worked, had a balcony but door wouldn't open, no deadbolt on door, no emergency exit paper on door, basically horrible slum like conditions but was in a hurry so had to stay there plus everywhere else was sold out.

They claim an airport shuttle but couldn't confirm if driver would be in or not. So me needing a ride to airport at 5am took an uber. Mind you looking in the parking lot that morning only about 30 cars at most. Price is cheap and you get what you pay for. And nothing when booking shows you have to have a cash security deposit. Would I stay there again??? Probably not

Theres not much provided and the rooms look pretty old. The wait for check in was absolutely ridiculous we waited 30 mins to check in with literally 2 people in front of us when we had got there and it was 2am then we came back and checked in at 3pm and waited over an hour. It was an ok stay but the wait was stupid.

booked room months ago prior to my event. get to my event & they cancelled my room last minute, no explanation & no heads up. took me forever to find another room. called to inquire & the lady on the phone was rude & hung up on me. she was not in my best interest at all, did nothing to help. never go here.

Hey man you get what you pay for. Not gonna sit here and say anything super negative as it was what i expected for the price i paid. Super convenient for getting to the airport. Its like a 7 minute ride on uber/lyft. Is it the cleanest not really but clean enough to be comfortable. Bed had some stains on the cover blanket but just tore that off the bed and didnt sleep with it. AC was great though. Pillows were also pretty great considering how flat the bed was. Again for a quick stay it wasnt bad.

Price was good, A/C was cold, water ran, close to airport, parking lot well lit. Room old. Sliding doors would not lock, stains on chairs and carpet. Wallpaper falling from wall, very old and dated, ceiling patched. Needs a complete overhaul. Not sure how Wyndham connects their name to this property.

The parking lot had several people standing around cars and people yelling off the balcony's. I did not feel safe in the parking lot so I left and had to stay somewhere else, I never even got out of the car to even check in. Balconies had concrete broken off from the parking lot view and they did not look safe either. It would be great to be refunded for the stay that I was unable to use do to the unsafe area

The stucco on the outside of the building was falling off, so looked very sketchy. The hallways were very dingy which promoted an unsafe feel to the overall facility. The towels were like sandpaper. The room itself wasn't bad, but we didn't feel safe in the hallways and in the parking lot. We would not recommend it to anyone.

a genuinely horrid stay. dirty hotel, smashed mirror in our room, no seating on the balcony, dirty bathroom, got locked out our room for two hours, terrible location, barely any transport links to the city, unresponsive staff, except for Dan, he was the man. Marihuana smell all over the lobby and elevator, including the nonsmoking floor. Carpet, tv, lightning, decoration is 100 years old, the blankets and comfort has holes and stains, the faucet and shower where to old that don’t close unless you use a lot of strength to close them. Towels are so used that looks super thin…. Goods are the location and the location….

This place is horrible, pics on website do not match actual place. Rooms were old, dingy and inclean. No breakfast or food whatsoever like website states. They state dont charge cars til checkin. They charged my card for one night early morning of check in before i wven checked in. Room was booked two nights. Then When i get there the stated there was a required cash only refundable deposit of $50 which took all money in my account. Which I didn't have so had to use their atm charging my card another 3.25. DO NOT go here. Its fraudulent, dirty and a complete waste of time and money

In a five night stay, the room key never worked two days in a row. I once had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk, with three other guests who were having the same issue. There is no restaurant, despite advertising and signage saying there is.

I left about 2 hours after getting there and never looked back. the pictures online are not the same place. wallpaper is falling down. bathtub was dirty. i was scared to look under the sheets. RUN!! the lady at the front desk (behind bullet proof glass, i think) was nice. i would love my money back

The elevator was broken so we had to come down the stairs. There was a rat in our room. They did change our room. The smell was horrible. The TV was blurry the fridge didn’t get cold it was very outdated

The room was surprisingly very nice, better than expected. The staff when checking in and out were rude and almost condescending. In all other regards, the stay was good. You are expected to pay a cash deposit of 100 dollars (cash only) for a non-smoking room that was not disclosed when checking in online.

although the room was decently clean, the hallways stunk, & i was lied to about the deposit, and the amenities. wifi didn’t work, no complementary breakfast & was told by staff the site “lies”. It is false advertising, and will not stay with travel lodge or suggest it anyone i know.

While as clean as it was, it shows its age. Looked to be late 80s decor. Bed was very comfortable, TV, A/C, Hot water, doors and lights all work as expected, but I didn't stay there for an extended vacation. It's a solid hotel to rest, sleep, shower, and go.
