For people with pets only Warning: "Not Recommended." Just came from a residence in in NC. Dog friendly. Great room, first floor next to door with dog bags and trash can. No charge for dog. Got to Residence Inn in Beavercreek, got charged $100 nonrefundable for one night for a dog under 15 lbs. Put me on the third floor next to lobby elevator. Took dog outside not only no bags no trash can. Went next door to store with outside garbage can. Did not want to put in the lobby trash. Last time there for us. Mark, Naperville IL

Great Stay. Recommend highly for people with small dogs. Got a room next to the back exit where the dog walk was and where I could park my truck and not have to walk my dog through the lobby, she is small and sometimes barks at people. This is my new stop from visiting my son in NC on my way back to Chicago, Mark, Naperville

The hotel was illequipped for people to actually stay there. The rooms booked were not available and they blamed it on 3rd party booking companies such as hotels.com or Expedia etc. The pool was closed due to the staff not being able to figure out the chemicals. The entire stat was highly disappointing.

Total fasade. Area around hotel is amazing and also the outside of the hotel looks great. Inside total different story inside. Very dated and mediocre cleanliness. Rude and unhelpful staff. Couldn't get into my room because door was jammed. Frontdesk said they would text to see "if" they could come look at it. No offer of different room, nothing. Also they put my in basement level. Just bot what I thought it was. Very disappointing

All was good. The only complaint. Came in about 10pm. The smell of something burnt was thru the whole hotel. Even our room had the smell in it. It went away after a few hours.

The only thing I could find out of place about the room was there was about a 6-in blood spot on the floor other than that the room was absolutely immaculate hotel is well taken care of staff was so polite and helpful location was very good a lot of shopping and things to do all in all my experience was a five

Dennis, the manager check us in. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Real a very nice man. The room, 419 needs to have the upper vent cleaned, it and the area around it are very dirty. Kind of gross. The frig makes some loud humming noise.

Was here to see my son. The front desk was rude and very unfriendly at check in. The room smelled couch uncomfortable to even sit on and the coffee maker was very small for the full kitchen. And the pet area was a land mine because of fur parents not picking up after their dogs.

Everything was great except the bed. It was awful. We drove in to see family and were already tired and didn’t inform the front desk. My wife slept on the sofa. The manager said she could not do anything to help, when we checked out due to it being Expedia paying them. Otherwise she would have comped the room for the issue.

Kayla and her manager with the cleaning staff were incredible—so accommodating and thoughtful! Their attention to detail made us feel right at home, and the kids were absolutely thrilled they also tidied their fort they worked so hard on without destroying it! Breakfast was a standout experience, thanks to Josh and Chad. They worked seamlessly as a team to ensure everything was clean, well-stocked, and inviting. Their interactive and friendly approach added such a positive touch to our mornings. Jennifer tied it all together with her exceptional leadership and kindness. Her bubbly and happy personality made us feel so cared for, and she made a point to praise her team, which speaks volumes about her leadership. The staff was excellent! Besides very good service, the staff went above and beyond. My wife and I stayed there for a week for my mother's funeral. They heard about the funeral and gave us a very nice card signed by the staff.
